Do not buy! SCAM. Sent a dress that was not the same, wrinkled & looked used. Will not send return label wanted me to pay $120 to ship back( dress only worth $30). Customer service very rude & no help. Buy a dress in US not CHINA

I ordered a pair of denim shorts which were decent quality. When I received them, they were too small so I contacted the website to exchange them. They said I needed me to take a picture of the shorts and the package they came in and measure them so they can see. Once I went through the trouble of doing that, they emailed back and said that the size doesn't look like it's a problem and they would send me a coupon for a future purchase. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!

Please dont buy from this company! Sham company! I ordered a dress 2 sizes up, an XL. The dress I received would fit a child! Not even an adult XXsmall! If you read their return policy it says you cannot return an item 'if it is the wrong size, wrong color, or if you just dont like it' (their words). WHY else would you need to return something?! There was not even a label on the dress, no size. They just threw anything in the box and did not care what size it was and they know how expensive it is to send something back to CHINA. I will no longer do business with chinese companies; I get ripped off every time! BTW if you look on a website and cannot find a physical address it is because they dont want you to know it is a chinese company and they have a terrible reputation. This is just one more BAD experience with these foreign sellers. NO MORE

I have been ordering from this store over 3 times, the shipping schedule is fast, quality is ok. They have discounts so we get the items at a good price. Will order more from the store.

This company is a joke! They claim 30 day easy return, well that is a lie! I ordered from their company and the quality is very poor, the material is thin and is scratchy when you try it on. I followed the instructions to return the product and get a refund, but it is not an easy process as they say. They try to convince people to keep their product by telling them that their United States shipping hub is closed and they would have to pay shipping to China. And they only want to refund 15% to keep the product? I spent almost $60 and they only want to give me $8 for product I will never wear. That is such an insult! Florcoo is absolutely horrible and a scam! I would never, ever purchase from this company again and will be sure to tell everyone about my experience. There is no where to leave a public review on their social media accounts, probably because they would receive many bad reviews. I have done business with 3 other China based companies and they were amazing! Florcoo... terrible!

I got 3 loose dresses from this store, with discount, they are in great price and condition, fit me well.
