I ordered flowers on 8/26. Today, 9/1, they have not been delivered yet. I chose an expensive bouquet for a very special event. Their customer service is spotty... or nonexistent. It is interesting to see how they try to hide real customers' bad experiences by writing five-star reviews themself. Do not trust this company with your hard-earned money! They should be ashamed.
Flowers arrived 4 days later frozen, sad, rotten as photo 2, awful they were supposed to be beautiful as the photos on their website suggested. Have contacted them several times but with out luck here what I go for St Valentine
I bought flowers for birthday/mothers day gift and they never arrived. There is no way to contact the company, no tracking info. Wish I read the reviews sooner as this is clearly common practice with them. I'm still trying to get my money back through PayPal, but I'm not sure if that will work. £70 down the drain. It's disgusting that a company can sell sympathy and casket flowers to scam grieving people. Shame on you!
Made an order for two bouquets for 2 different dates. Both orders were delivered with a delay of one day and two days, respectively. Flowers arrived not fresh, orders arrived without soft toys, that is, not in a complete set.
Based on the above facts, as well as from reviews about this company all over the Internet, we can conclude that these company are ordinary scammers.
For those who are thinking whether to use the services of this company and whether they can be trusted - do not even think about it. You will be cheated for money and ignored.
Support responds one message per 2 days, responds with standard prepared phrases and promises that they will figure everything out.

Stay away! I ordered roses on Valentine's Day and received only half of my order. Also the flowers were small and not pretty.
I complained multiple times but barely received any response. Now they wanted to send new roses but nothing arrived.
In my view flora queen is a scam ripping off customers!
Made an order for Valentine's Day way in advance - tracking link they provided didn't work - on the day I got an email notification that the order was delivered but it never was. I tried calling them but nobody picked up and automated voice dropped my call - I tried submitting a support form and messaging them over socials but all I got was them sending messages from my form back to me as a reply but without any actual response.
This is a scam - avoid at all costs.
Ordered a bouquet of flowers from uk to be delivered in France. Arrived 8 days after delivery date. Many emails ignored. Told to contact courier direct. Shocking disregard and eventually here's the £50 worth of flowers received.
My Mum paid €60 excluding taxes and delivery costs for a large summer bunch, to be delivered to me in central London (not the end of the world). We are in August when flowers are abundant and super cheap.
The bouquet I got had 3 sorry looking pink roses, 4 worse looking daisies, with some sparse greenery. Small bouquet at best and not in the freshest state.

I had ordered flowers under order no. ******* on 16. 08. 20 for delivery of flowers for my daughter's special birthday and had paid Euro 66.90 which is quite expensive. Not only the flowers were not delivered but there has been no response to my 5 follow up emails asking for refund. This is very unprofessional for an international company which boasts of timely quality service. The lack of response except the first time is infuriating. Having no calling number makes it even more difficult to contact this company. Please don't order with this company for you, are going to be disappointed and you will regret it very much just as many buyers have experienced. I wish I had seen the reviews before i ordered the flowers. Please don't make my mistake.
Ordered flowers for delivery in Australia. Asked for a delivery date two weeks in the future, so plenty of time to prepare. Order never arrived. Inquiries initially went completely unanswered. Then, received an email that contained only the text of my inquires and complaints. Essentially, this is a criminal enterprise
This company is a shame and should be avoided at all costs. I chose a DELUXE arrangement (largest option) to be delivered next day. Firstly they contacted after 48 hours via email to advise they could not deliver due to unforeseen issues and would I still like them delivered. I advised yes, of course. Finally they did get delivered but after a further 3 days, so total delivery took 6 days. I was then shocked to see the size of the flowers delivered - image below. Total rip off and company not even concerned. Going to contact my bank to get refund. Worst experience and will not use them again and will tell others to AVOID!

Quality of the bucket and additional items ordered not met at all. Paid for deluxe bucket but it doesn't look like that at all. They left the card empty even though they have a box were you text a message and i had put a note there. Very unprofessional.
Flora Queen delivered flowers in a shattered vase. Flowers died 24 hours later. Impossible to get a hold of someone for a refund. I have sent 5 emails so far and all I get is an automatic reply. Do not purchase from this florist service.
So Mistakenly added the same apartment number to the address field at the end and they were too stupid to figure this out and the delivery didn't make it for 79 old birthday in Italy. Doesn't help when I get emailed at 200 am my time. Pick up the phone or can they not use Google? Morons
I ordered the largest of 3 sized bouquets (Deluxe) from FloraQueen. They were delivered a day late, missing the milestone Birthday, and the bouquet itself was incredibly disappointing for the largest size at €85 (+delivery). FloraQueen believe this bouquet meets their standards, if I had of ordered the smallest size (classic) we would have received just 2 flowers. Only when I pushed for a refund I received a 20% discount off a future order. Do not order from FloraQueen if you want to miss your special occasion completely and be embarrassed about what your loved one will receive.
I placed an international order with Floraqueen for a potted pink azalea, to be delivered to my mother in England for her wedding anniversary on 10 November. She is 95 and living in a nursing home. Notice of delivery was never issued, and the plant still has not arrived. I have written three times to FloraQueen, with no satisfactory response. This has cost me $103. I said that i would accept either [very] late delivery, or refund. Still no response.
Got delivered a bouquet of a very old flowers. They died 2 days later and also got a teddy bear that was a bit torn (heart not well stitched). I contact the customer service through website, sent 3 emails and no reply. I got a reply through their page on facebook and they offered me a 50% discount which for them is good enough to cover the deception of my girlfriend. I highly do not recommend them because once the only things that matters for them is money. If you have an issue with your package, no one is there to help you.
When buying they confirmed exact day of delivery and delivered after that date. I also paid for a card that was not included. Trying to contact them in a phone with an recording or on their site through a form that does not work...
Ordered from the site to send my MIL flowers in Greece for Mother's Day. It showed up on time but I paid almost $20 euro to have a full size card and the florals in a decorative ceramic pot. It showed up without either. Our note was printed on a piece of paper and stapled to a mini envelope. They won't do a refund because I contacted them after 24 hours from delivery. Beware when you order and check your order

Ordered flowers as for my friend for Christmas
Paid extra for morning delivery so total order was almost 60 euro. Received an email later that evening saying no one was in. They were in all day and I provided a telephone number for the recipient. Courier did not knock on the door or call them. I was fobbed off by an automated message and told to call the courier. Half an hour on phone from uk to Spain, courier says " parcel" is at another depot.
I requested a refund and was declined by another automated message saying recipient not in so no refund, along with a photo of the front of a random property, I then get sent an automated customer satisfaction survey to complete! More than a week later the flowers were delivered to my friend and you can only imagine what they looked like. These people are crooks, how can they justify delivering dead flowers a week late and refuse a refund

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at info@floraqueen.info be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
