Ordered flowers as for my friend for Christmas
Paid extra for morning delivery so total order was almost 60 euro. Received an email later that evening saying no one was in. They were in all day and I provided a telephone number for the recipient. Courier did not knock on the door or call them. I was fobbed off by an automated message and told to call the courier. Half an hour on phone from uk to Spain, courier says " parcel" is at another depot.
I requested a refund and was declined by another automated message saying recipient not in so no refund, along with a photo of the front of a random property, I then get sent an automated customer satisfaction survey to complete! More than a week later the flowers were delivered to my friend and you can only imagine what they looked like. These people are crooks, how can they justify delivering dead flowers a week late and refuse a refund
Horrible service. Ordered flowered to get delivered on valentine's day. Decided to check my order status today and I see that no-one even plans to deliver them today. Surprise ruined. Can you get a full refund? Of course not.
I wanted a gift for my friend on Valentine's Day our first…looked around for international florist and went with floraqueen. Spent 140 Australian dollars…morning of Valentine's Day got a message said it would be delivered. Never arrived no email…I sent three four emails before end of business with no response. Still no response. No phone number to call…my friend and I are very disappointed…I will never use again and advise against using. Even if delivered today will not be the same as she was waiting all day on Valentine's Day. Very upset customer

My deployed husband sent this to me with the best intentions as we are due with our baby in two weeks. This is what he ordered vs what I got, it seems comical to even compare. Given the price that was charged it really seems like it's a rip off ($130 use) Kindly request a reimbursement you can pick up the Flowers as this is not what he paid for, super misleading.
Do NOT use this Company under any circumstances. Was totally embarrassed by the cheap looking arrangement sent, did not match the photo. The message I typed for the card was not the same either. Still awaiting a response to my complaint. Order# ******* Wish I had read these reviews before ordering! One star is too much! See pictures, ordered the Autumnal Splendour: Lilies and Roses but the arrangement with the red roses was sent!
Flowers were delivered five days late although I ordered same day delivery order. Upon arrival, the flowers were browning and wilted.
Customer service does not exist. No one answers the phone or replies to customer support email.
I sent my mother a bouquet in Italy and it is nothing like the one in the pictures. Save your money or buy from someone else, their flowers are old and they dont put nearly as much effort into it for 80$ Also sent a card for 10$ and it is just a small white piece of paper.
I wish i read the reviews before i went and purchased but oh well, reading everything i feel lucky it even got delivered!

The biggest scammer in the world, would have given it a negative score if I can! Ordered some sympathy flowers for my auntie for the loss of her husband. The bouquet arrived 3 days late and looks nothing like the one on the website.
Should have read the reviews before ordering. Do not trust any positive reviews for this company!
I live in the USA and used this company to send flowers and champagne to my wife who is taking care of family in Europe. Spent nearly $140 and they didn't deliver anything.
They blame me for giving a wrong address, but the shipping company shows Floraqueen provided a different non-existent address than the one I provided and that's on my order receipt. It's a scam.
I feel so stupid for not reading all the other reviews from people who had the same experience and explained this company is running a scam. I'm now living the nightmare of trying to raise a Paypal dispute to get my money back.
This poor bouquet of 10 small roses, one chrysanthemum, a twig of aster cost over 50 euros, came a day too late and literally frozen by the cold (ice in the box) because of really bad packaging and not adapter to the weather outside at all.
The delivery was specifically organised for a birthday, and I had spent a significant amount in order to get a nice bouquet across to my mum. Not only did it not arrive on her birthday (and impossible to get in touch with customer service) but what was eventually sent looked nothing like what I had ordered.
Please stay clear of floraqueen, it's an absolute scam!

I have never had such an horrible experience regarding online shopping! I ordered for my mother's birthday a bouquet + vase+ chocolates + a card with message... on the site it said delivered but my mom never received nothing! I contacted them with almost 20 mail and initially they said they were trying to contact the florist, later they sent me an automatic message saying they were late with deliveries... I placed the order on the 12/February to be delivered on the 15. What is really painful for me and my siblings is that our mother (someone that works 12 hours in the hospital) didn't receive nothing for her day! Please don't use this company! They will disappoint you and they don't really give a F...! Oh and I spent 112€!
1 star is really too nice for this horrible company! -10 is more appropriate! I am sure all the positive comments on their website are FAKE!
What I thought was going to be a beautiful Christmas arrangement ended up looking like a cheap grocery store poinsettia! Extremely disappointed in what my Mom received! Looked NOTHING like the picture in their site! I requested some compensation on my $80 purchase and was told no as the product was delivered and met their minimum standards! Won't use ever again!
Not recommended at all. They do not bother to deliver your gifts once they received your money.
I ordered flowers in advance, double-checked the address, but as long as the recipient is a guest - the name might be unknown for neighbors. To mitigate that - local cell phone number was provided. Nobody ever called.
Five! Days after failure they sent an email to me - something like that "we screwed up, but it is all your fault - no refund, no flowers". And the funny thing that they replied to my inquiry sent on the delivery date when I learn that my sister did not get any flowers!
If they have reacted somehow on the delivery date - we would resolve that for sure, but now there is nothing to deliver, flowers are probably spoiled now(if there were any flowers at all - nobody has seen them). But nobody cares.
This is the third time I pay extra for a specific delivery date (3 weeks on advance for an important occasion) and I get an email the day before the delivery is supposed to happen (a Friday) to say flowers will be delivered on the following Monday. Upon contacting customer service they offer a discount on next order but do not do anything to help rectify the date, and do not answer to follow up emails. Also address by courier is wrong, even though order has correct address. I will never use Floraqueen again. Totally Unreliable and unprofessional (and they have ruined the third celebration for me). I'm not sure they will be even delivered tomorrow (writing on Sunday)
I ordered a bouquet with chocolates and wine from float queen, who have miserably failed with no delivery and no updates instead of repeatedly contacting their customer service. It's a horrible place ab do not order from there ever.

I am utter disappointed and frustrated regarding my recent order for a flower bouquet. The level of service I have received has been wholly unacceptable.
To begin with, my order arrived a full two days later than the promised delivery date. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as the flowers were intended for a special occasion. I find it completely unacceptable that the company would fail to meet such a basic commitment.
Furthermore, the bouquet I received bears no resemblance to the bouquet I selected on the website. The disparity between what I ordered and what I received is not only disappointing but also misleading. This level of disregard for customer expectations is both unprofessional and insulting.
I find it incredulous that I would be expected to pay for a product and service that were not delivered as promised.
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed in this transaction.

The appalling unfair and deceptive practice of having people pay for a bouquet and have it be nothing like what was paid for is shameful. I would wager most people don't catch that quality disclaimer on your website. I wish I could show screenshots of what was ordered and what was received. Do not use this company you will be disappointed. Feel like the FTC should go after these guys it was that egregious.
This is the final time I use Floraqueen. I ordered my girlfriend 35 red roses for our 2 year anniversary, A WEEK BEFORE the date to be delivered. The day of our anniversary, no delivery. Emailed service to cancel the order and I want my money back, in full. Their response, "we'll give you shipping charge back."

Flowers were delivered today, 3 days after they were supposed to be and never should've been because I cancelled the order after they failed to deliver on time with a weeks notice.
The time I used them before this, they nor only delivered to the wrong house, but... the wrong town. All delivery instructions I entered were 100% correct and even with more than just the address. My handicapped girlfriend and her daughter had to drive to the house they were delivered to to get them. When they opened them, wilted and browning, died 2 days later.
Will never use these people again. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at info@floraqueen.info be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
