Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star for this company. It is very unprofessional! I am not satisfied as my mum received somebody's order. Nothing from the package matched to the order I placed. It is true that there was a extra teddy bear in the box but there was missing a white vase that I ordered and paid! In addition to this, the text on the card was for somebody older! Awful experience!
Imagine that your mum is 54 and she receives an card where is wrote felicitations for 80 years old. The text on the card was also in Spanish language and not the language that I wrote! The flower was a orchid which was old and most of its little flowers fell. The colour that I ordered was yellow and she received an ugly red-brownish colour!
I wrote them and tried to get some refund but I was obviously refused! They said that the order was exactly the one I placed and also high quality! Lairs!

I contacted them 6 times via their Customer Service Portal. It was only through the PayPal Dispute portal that they responded to me.
Ordered flowers for my cousin in New Zealand as her Mother had died. They did not arrive got onto FloraQueen for some reason they said they could not deliver them and would give me a refund. Paid out over £60 all i have got back is £12-60 have sent e-mails to company but no reply. Not only is it very upsetting as my cousin did not get the flowers but they have stolen nearly £48 from me. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

For Christmas I, living in the Netherlands, had ordered a Christmas arrangement at Floraqueen for my niece in Australia. Costs about € 76.00. My niece never received a Christmas arrangement.
When placing the order, all information was entered correctly, but Floraqueen mixed up mine and the recipients addresses in the confirmation email.
Inquiry with Floraqueen resulted in the following ( partly) correspondence:
Floraqueen: We are very sorry to let you know that our courier company tried to deliver the flowers but the delivery address you provided was wrong or incomplete and they couldn't get a hold of the recipient.
Floraqueen: However, please be informed that this order was already processed and can no longer be re-delivered due to perishable goods.
How can FloraQueen give orders to a florist to make a delivery to an absolutely not existing address?
An why did they not get in contact with the recipients address with the recipients phone number I filled in in the order form?
FloraQueen: *Florists' duty is trying to deliver in the address provided but not calling the recipient.
My opinion: collecting money and delivering nothing and making no effort is pure theft!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I stupidly did not look at reviews for FloraQueen before ordering. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister on her 21st birthday. They never came. I can't even explain how disappointed I was. I've never missed her birthday and due to covid I could not be there. Having something from me to her to arrive on her special day meant a lot.
I contacted FloraQueen. After some of my messages were ignored, I eventually got a reply that said 'we're sorry to hear that there was an issue with your order.'
That was all. They couldn't care one bit.
I sent more messages which again, were ignored.
After a message I sent requesting a reimbursement for the overpriced flowers, I got a reply to say a refund was being processed. When an experience like this happens, you realise the damage has been done and that being refunded means nothing. The disappointing feeling will never go away.
It is interesting to note that what happened to me happened to many others, as I noticed from the reviews. It makes me think about the humans who run Floraqueen. Are they human? Zero compassion. Flowers mean a lot to people, they are more than just an order or a sale. However this is something Floraqueen will never bother to understand.

Got delivered a bouquet of a very old flowers. They died 2 days later and also got a teddy bear that was a bit torn (heart not well stitched). I contact the customer service through website, sent 3 emails and no reply. I got a reply through their page on facebook and they offered me a 50% discount which for them is good enough to cover the deception of my girlfriend. I highly do not recommend them because once the only things that matters for them is money. If you have an issue with your package, no one is there to help you.
I ordered a deluxe arrangement on Dec 26 2020 for my friend in England who told me her mother had passed away that morning, delivery was scheduled for Dec 29. The flowers were just shy of $90 a beautiful arrangement with her favourite flowers, gerberas. The flowers eventually arrived on January 4 and bore no resemblance to the ones I ordered, no gerberas included. I was so embarrassed when I saw a picture of the pathetic display. When I complained to Floraqueen I received the usual excuse of COVID-19 and offered 20% off my next order, needless to say I will not be using them again.

Received an email at 14:25 which confirmed my order had been shipped so I believed the flowers were on the way for my friend's 50th birthday. It's now 14:56 on 14 January and the flowers have not been delivered and I have not heard from the company despite trying to contact them twice online. The flowers were eventually delivered late afternoon 14th January but they were nothing like the bouquet I had picked. I did not hear anything from the company until the following week when, in fairness, they refunded the full amount I had paid.

Ordered Christmas gift with flowers, champagne, box of chocolate and bear. First of all they delivered it one week later. And the most horrible is WHAT they delivered. Instead of beautiful Christmas basket they delivered one poor Orchid. Instead of champagne - white wine. Instead of big box of Lindor selection chocolate - SAMPLE box with 4 truffles! It was so miserable and horrible! Shame! And no excuses or refund of money. Shame on you.
My delivery was 3 days late. When it arrived the flowers were nothing comparable to the advertised picture, the vase was not the one I ordered, there was no note with the delivery and worst of all the flowers were painted to disguise the fact they were dying. They have been ignoring my contact with their customer service and I would highly recommend never using this company.
I decided to give FloraQueen a go this year to deliver two bouquets rather than Interflora, one to a very good customer in France and another to my wife as an early Christmas surprise, well that was a huge mistake. I chose Surprise Gesture: Amaryllis and Red Roses £79.70 for France and added chocolates and Infinite Love: 12 Red Roses £59.80 and added a lovely looking red vase and upgraded both to the deluxe. The French flowers looked terrible and certainly did not live up to the deluxe that was promised and the 12 red roses, one with no head! And one piece of greenery and to add insult to injury a cheap and nasty clear vase, all of which I could have bought for less than £18-20 at a local supermarket and got better flowers. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service, 4 days now and they have not replied after spending over £140 plus exchange rate fees, buyers beware, I only gave a 1 star as I was unable to leave no stars... I have the photos to back up my issues with my complaint too I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN USE THIS DISGRACEFUL SO CALLED SERVICE... Save your money and use another company, I'm going back to Interflora
