I understand some flowers may not be available and substitutions may need to be made, but the arrangement had been changed almost in its entirety. My mom's favorite color is white and baby pink. The first image is the one I chose. The second image is what was delivered. There was unequivocally no similarities between the flowers i ordered and the ones that were delivered. Spent $100+ to maximise the amount of flowers in the arrangement
I tried again Floraqueen service since last time The experience was pretty bad but the costumer care was proactive and very helpful.
Well, this time I had again a pretty bad experience with their services. First of all the flowers were delivered 2 days late, which is not acceptable, they should state in the website that delivery time is just an estimate.
Second, the box arrived completely wet and destroyed, and half of the flowers were ruined.
Btw, the flowers were a gift for the same person as last time... so double shame for me!

I've used the service to send flowers to relatives in Poland a few times now. The first two times the flowers in the bouquet did not match what was originally pictured but the quality and quantity of the flowers was comparable so I wasn't too concerned. However, the most recent order, for which I paid extra to get the premium size, was a disappointment. They increased the overall size by adding a lot of green foliage. I've included photos so that you can judge for yourself the website photo versus the upgraded "premium" version that was received. Will seek to take my business elsewhere in the future.

They delivered a plant to Copenhagen without a problem but, in the US, switched an order for a plant on the day of delivery without informing me first or asking what substitute I might prefer. The second US order has not been delivered and the date specified has passed. In my Orders, both US orders are listed as 'not delivered' and 'being prepared by florist.' They make contacting them by phone impossible from their website and they do not appear to have a US phone #. You can only write them a message and hope they will respond. This is unacceptable considering I paid over $200 for the US orders.
My delivery was made but not to the person it was intended for. Her name is very unique so I'm not sure how this mistake was made. I used this site earlier this year and everything went fine. I've made a complaint via messenger already. I was told they would reach out to whatever shop they used. Still waiting for an answer.
