Shipping is extremely slow and I had to contact them to ask where my stuff is before they shipped it. Where is this stuff shipping from? China?!

I'd love to say great things about the shirts I ordered, but unfortunately I haven't received my order. I ordered over a month ago. Got notification it shipped 2 weeks ago. Haven't seen a thing and the tracking number does not show anything past the day it shipped.

I waited as long as I could before writing a review, because I didn't want to complain, but I'm running out of time. I ordered three shirts on July 28; two were to be gifts. One arrived in an individual packet on August 18. The tracking number I received said that my order "had been delivered." I contacted Flock and Feathers, and I was assured that they would send the other two as soon as possible. A tracking number was sent to me, and I was informed that it would update soon. By August 24, I saw that the tracking number still had not updated. I was informed that my shipment was delivered August 18. I reminded her that I had only received one. She assured me it would be sent as soon as possible, that they make every shirt individually, and please be patient. Unfortunately, it is September 10, and I have not even received an email that the two shirts have been shipped yet. I was hoping to give one of them as a gift before I had to leave the country in a couple of days, but it seems that it will not be possible.
The one shirt that was received seemed really nice. My sister in law liked it a lot, so I'm sorry to write a negative review. I love the designs and would love to order more some day if I hadn't had a frustrating experience.

Easy to shop and great customer service! Somehow I accidentally picked the wrong size on one item in my order noticed it immediately and contacted customer service… they responded almost instantly and had the order corrected overnight! They were super kind as well!

It would be nice to have an intermediate email between order confirmation and package-on-doorstep. I found your site through an Instagram ad and bought the shirts on faith that it was legit. It was, and I am very happy with my purchases! But silence from vendors always makes me a little nervous. So, if possible, I'd suggest some sort of email when the items have begun production with an estimate of likely ship date, etc. Thanks

I bought the T-shirt under women but it was a man's shirt and the medium was way too large and boxy. The tank top medium was also way too big.

I ordered three shirts two were the exact same one was different they all came in different material and feels.
