Alart! Don't buy from them!
You will waste hours buying their cheapest ticket, but that ticket isn't available!

Yesterday I saw the online flight searching engine, it showed they have the cheapest flight fare, I bought it, but it said pending, I called them, they said that fare was sold out and I won't get charge, and suggest me to pay more for the available fare! (Pay lots more)
I asked them why that cheapest ticket fare is always displayed on the website, even it's not available, he said their system doesn't update regularly, he said next day the fare should be update it)

The 2nd day, I saw they have the cheapest fare, I paid again, and again, I was stupid n not learn the lesson (I shouldn't buy from them again), it still showed pending, I called them and they said same thing, and suggest me to pay more for the available fare!

It's rediculous, they will not show you what's the actual fare which is available, they just show you the cheapest fare to attract you to buy it, but you will not get them!

Do not buy tickets from this website. They are a scam. Stay away from this website guy's. They will take your money and then cancel your ticket

I purchased tickets Sep 29-Oct1 2023 go to Pensacola FL.
They offer suspiciously 'LOW PRICES END UP YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE"
Also you have to 'SIT SEPARATED WITH YOUR FAMILY"
"SCAM" DO NOT BUY WITH THEM"

This company is a scam. They show you low prices and then after you book they call and tell you the tickets never went through. Offer you another ticket for a higher price.
Waste of time.

Update:

They charged me for a non-stop, then they gave me one-stop tickets "at no additional cost" that were worth less than they originally charged me. I paid this company £258 more than it would have cost to just buy the less attractive tickets directly from the carrier.

Working with this company was traumatic for me (as detailed in the original review). They have a tendency to try to keep customers by giving false timelines. It was a week since I first give my payment details when I posted the review. Within an hour, they called and got tickets issued quickly. They did not give me the tickets we agreed on after they told me I couldn't have the ones I originally requested (and paid for). They gave me a more attractive itinerary, which I appreciate even though the carrier is selling those tickets for significantly less than I originally paid the company. If this were a legitimate company, they would have refunded the difference or they would have been happy to give back my money when they couldn't get me the advertised fare.

Reacting to negative reviews seems like a priority for this business. If you find yourself here reading these because you are having difficulty with the business, writing such a review seems to get results.

This company appears to have some good reviews, but from my experience is they engage in dishonest practices. They advertised a fare they could not get. After taking payment, they promised tickets within 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours, I contacted them and they told me they couldn't get the non-stop flights, but I could have a one-stop flights "at the same cost." That cost they advertised for the non-stop is the fare for the new itinerary if I purchased them directly through the carrier. This makes it seem like they never planned to issue the more attractive itinerary as the cost matches the less attractive fare I could get more reliably elsewhere.

Once I agreed to the change they said since they'd already taken payment, the tickets would be issued within 24 hours. I contacted them every day for three days. Each time they told me the tickets were either "confirmed" or "issued." When I asked for a refund, they ignored that. Instead, I was given a timeframe for issuing tickets they did not honour.

Finally, it is worrisome they require payment before trying to book the tickets. I did not realize that before giving my card information or I would have been more cautious as that behaviour is often associated with fraud. In my opinion, using this company is likely to be a frustrating and non-productive exercise. I am disappointed in the fare comparison websites that include fares this company advertises.

This company is a scam.

First of all, I wanted to buy a ticket to Japan to visit my sister who is ill, but Asiana Airlines was too expensive at $2880, so I asked if there were any cheaper tickets.
I asked if there was a cheaper ticket and the staff said they would transfer my call to a senior manager, whos name is David Williams and his moblie number is *******938 so I was able to speak to a senior manager.
He told me that I could buy a ticket with Asiana Airlines for $1800.
The first thing he said was that I needed to buy a card for corporate seats.
The card is sold at Target, Walgreens, etc., so we were told to buy it first.
I asked for the flight schedule to be emailed to me first, but it was sent to me by text message instead of email.
The message said via Taipei. Normally, Asiana Airlines' hub is Inchon Airport. I thought it must be EVA Air if it is Taipei, and when I asked them, they said EVA Air.
I asked them about EVA Air, and they told me that they are sister airlines, so there is nothing to worry about.
I had been doing a lot of research on air tickets, and before this I had been searching on various websites, but I couldn't find any EVA Air flights, which made me wonder, so I called EVA Air.
I called EVA Air and was told that direct flights from my city would not be available until the end of March and that I would have to fly to Taipei via another destination, but that transit in Taipei was not permitted at the moment.
I told MR David to check Eva's flight schedule, because it's not really operating.
He said, "I've checked the flight schedule many times.
He insisted that there was no problem with this route.
I was so pissed off that I told him that I had called Eva's airline directly, but he refused to admit that he was lying.

Finally, he said to me "$#*! YOU" many times.
They are really terrible people.
Please be very careful.
It is a real shame that some of our staff use such dirty language with the customer.
I would not trust them.
