Update:

They charged me for a non-stop, then they gave me one-stop tickets "at no additional cost" that were worth less than they originally charged me. I paid this company £258 more than it would have cost to just buy the less attractive tickets directly from the carrier.

Working with this company was traumatic for me (as detailed in the original review). They have a tendency to try to keep customers by giving false timelines. It was a week since I first give my payment details when I posted the review. Within an hour, they called and got tickets issued quickly. They did not give me the tickets we agreed on after they told me I couldn't have the ones I originally requested (and paid for). They gave me a more attractive itinerary, which I appreciate even though the carrier is selling those tickets for significantly less than I originally paid the company. If this were a legitimate company, they would have refunded the difference or they would have been happy to give back my money when they couldn't get me the advertised fare.

Reacting to negative reviews seems like a priority for this business. If you find yourself here reading these because you are having difficulty with the business, writing such a review seems to get results.

Original Review Title: My experience with the company leads me to believe they are deliberately dishonest

This company appears to have some good reviews, but from my experience is they engage in dishonest practices. They advertised a fare they could not get. After taking payment, they promised tickets within 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours, I contacted them and they told me they couldn't get the non-stop flights, but I could have a one-stop flights "at the same cost." That cost they advertised for the non-stop is the fare for the new itinerary if I purchased them directly through the carrier. This makes it seem like they never planned to issue the more attractive itinerary as the cost matches the less attractive fare I could get more reliably elsewhere.

Once I agreed to the change they said since they'd already taken payment, the tickets would be issued within 24 hours. I contacted them every day for three days. Each time they told me the tickets were either "confirmed" or "issued." When I asked for a refund, they ignored that. Instead, I was given a timeframe for issuing tickets they did not honour.

Finally, it is worrisome they require payment before trying to book the tickets. I did not realize that before giving my card information or I would have been more cautious as that behaviour is often associated with fraud. In my opinion, using this company is likely to be a frustrating and non-productive exercise. I am disappointed in the fare comparison websites that include fares this company advertises.
