Flight Fare Deals

You'll book and your status will stay pending until they can book you on a different flight - I assume a flight where they make money. In my case I booked a United Airlines round trip flight for 2 for $262 total. They said it was no longer available and offered a Frontier flight for 2 for $396 total. The Frontier flight was only $118 per person or $236 total on every reputable service (Frontier, Orbitz, Priceline etc). I'm pretty sure I ended up on their page via Airfarewatchdog.com. It must be garbage too.

They scam people, taking advantage of foreign nationals unaware of the standard pricing in USD. They offer flights at suspiciously low prices, yet Delta has no record of it. No confirmation email gets sent upon purchase. If you call them up about the lack of confirmation- they tell you, just as the other reviews detail- that the flight is sold out and that they can get you an alternative one with stops for twice or thrice as much. Again, no confirmation, delta has no record. I didn't fall for this- but a sweet lady on my bus did.

And then you will receive an email saying is pending and someone will call you to confirm your tickect
They never send nothing and then when you call to ask about where is your tickets they make histories saying that the flight are not longer available and start get aggressive towards you because they know you have catch them I lost 1.400 pounds it's a shame they can do something like this to other people

I got caught in the scam. Travelling with my son to multiple cities for the summer and trying to get flights at good rate through Jetcost. The flights I selected send me to Flight Fare Deals. They used over US $600 at other merchants from my card. They cancelled my flight and tried to hiked the prices up for me to purchase new flights. Agent who identified himself as Mark promised to send email with more flight options. Nothing after 48 hrs. Shortly after I input my payment information, charges from unknown merchants started coming in. I asked Mark if they were charging my card to other merchants, he said no and from that I can't get them...over UD$600 charged to my card. Be very careful. Wish I had seen these reviews before attempting to do business with them

Found 2 tickets for $615, I entered my credit card number 7 it was showing pending for 45 minutes, I called & they said it's not available anymore & that's why it's showing pending, so they wanted to sell it on me for $1058.
Of course I didn't take their bait, so I was back & forth with the Indian/Pakistani agent with no resolution.
7 days later on that exact same card they I was charged $2706.75 at wayfair Massachusetts.
Do not give them your credit card info.

I bought a flight to visit my friend. Was so excited then another friend asked about my flight i pulled up my account and it showed flight cancelled! I did not cancel it can you imagine how mad i am, now i need a different ticket. What if i had went to airport day of only to find i have no ticket!

This is a scam agency. Booked a flight from Los Angeles to Boston. They called me day later to let me know that flight no longer available. If I wanted to book something similar it was going to cost me $ 1400. She was raising her voice when I said no and that I could find something cheaper she then hung up on me. Great customer service!

I booked SFO to LAS roundtrip and the fare listed was $99. I got a call back in an hour telling that this fare is sold out and the next best fare is $400 a 4 times jump in the price. When I declined, the guy on phone 'James Jackson' got antsy and said this is the best deal for this flight and I'm getting a special promo for you to 350 or something like that. I declined the offer and cancelled the booking. However, they have all my information and credit card details that I need to watch out for. This is not a good company to buy your tickets from.

It's a scam: they advertise their flights significantly below market rate. After booking a flight, you get a message that the reservation is „pending" and that you need to call them.

When you call (even 3 minutes after booking), they will tell you the fare is no longer available and try to upsell you to a flight twice their advertised price!

Total scam.

After you enter or your information, and they grab your payment method, they send you a receipt saying your booking is pending, then they contact you 6 hour later saying there is not sit in the airplane, and they try to sell you the most expensive ticket, i wasted my time and deals with other booking pages because this FFD

I would have put zero stars if possible. I tried booking first class tix through them through a search engine. At first couldn't find my ticket online,, called Delta-they couldn't find it, once I started asking questions, they gave me a "different" ticket number. It was NOT a first class ticket. Not even comfort +. AND they booked it for the wrong date for departure. When I told them to fix it, they said there was no first class available and to change dates I'd have to pay another $550! They've already only used half the money I paid for the tickets. There is $840 they took of my money that they just kept. At first they said they couldn't afford to give the money back. Then offered $300, $500 then $820. Which none of it is the full amount. Not to mention the hotel cost we were out because we had to leave a day late, our missed wages because we already had taken that day off work! We agreed to the $820 just to be done with them. Now it's been a month of excuses-their bank doesn't work with our debit card (even though it worked just fine to take money out), then they wanted my bank account info. When I said No, they wanted PayPal. So I gave them that, and they supposedly still can't get it right. They don't ever plan on giving my money back. They are thieves, scammers, liars, and nobody should trust them with their money and travel plans. Now I'm taking them to court

When you try to book at the low price, you get a pending status. Then they call and tell you none of those fare are available, but they can book you on the same flights for a much larger amount. My fare for 4 people went from $752 to $1998. Don't waste your time with these people! I would rate them zero stars if I could.

I will just reiterate what others have said here. Tried booking tickets. Sale said pending. I called them and they tried to "bait & switch" me. This website should be reported. Also, I went back to the website six hours later and they still have the fair posted for sale. This is FRAUD!

It shows way below market price to lure customers to book with all personal info and give a pending booking number. Later they'll call back said the price changed at least 3times higher than the price originally showed. Totally waste my time. I wonder if they will sell/steal my personal info including credit card. Be careful not to book!

Been calling since I booked I looked at the reviews after booking which I should of never did it but this is a scam company and no one calls you back or response to emails

Cobran el DOBLE de comisión del valor de la aerolínea, agregan la maleta de 23kg y luego la retiran. Tengo DOS MESES reclamando mi caso y no me dan solución.
