They stole my money

My wife ordered me a pair of foamposits for $700. All they did was give me the run around about when they would ship them. Then they just started ignoring my emails until I couldn't get in contact with them at all. Do not do business with these scam artist

Unacceptable!

I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company. The first pair was great! The second pair was great which was the same shoe and I bought them for my best friend's son! The third pair was terrible. The soles fell off on 4 times wearing them and when I wrote them an email explaining they told me that they can help me with telling me how to repair them to sell to someone else to make my money back. Are you kidding me? Why would I want to do the same thing to someone else? What a terrible thing to respond back with. The picture shows what I am trying to do to fix them. Yeezys dark slate

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered infant yeezy dark slates on Friday for my son's second birthday. After reading reviews (after I already made the purchase) I was terrified they would never come or be fake/damaged. The shoes came in a timely manner, 6 days:. The issue is they smell COMPLETELY like MOLD so they are not able to be worn! And I could bet they're knock offs. The material is so cheaply made I would be shocked if they were real. The smell of mold is so bad I have them sitting outside in their box right now! I thought flight club was a pretty popular store/website. There is NO WAY this is the same flight club that was in NY. For $290 shoes that can't be worn? I will definitely be disputing the charge. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing, I was just in a bind trying to get my sons birthday outfit together. Now, I am still in a bind for his birthday tomorrow. Like every one else has stated… STAY FAR AWAY!

Horrible customer service

Ordered a pair of sneakers with ample time to have them by a certain date, get them a couple of weeks later and they are wrong. Not the wrong size. The wrong shoe in total. A mistake that shouldn't be made of you are scanning a barcode on the box to keep account of your inventory. Anyway I reach out via email to fix the situation and I'm very calm about it. Asked if I can exchange the shoe or drive to the Ny location to fix the issue, I am asked for several pics before anything. Keep in mind I never put the shoe on my foot. And the emails in take about a day apart just for a response smh. Long story short I was told that I can not bring the shoe to the store to return or exchange them... horrible customer service. Do better...

I've ordered at-least 10 pairs of shoes from flight club and never had a problem recently I ordered a pair of Yeezy foam runners and they sent two right shoes and two different sizes! I thought they had a verification process how could they miss this? I'm currently waiting on a response from customer service to see what they can do I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from them anymore

I was purchasing a size 11 and the invoice, after purchase, said size 4. They will not provide me a refund nor will they provide me a credit. I cancelled 5 minutes after I saw the invoice and they shipped the item two days later. There needs to be a class action suit against them some where, due to the overwhelming reviews I have read with the similar problems of not receiving a refund for poor or horrific merchandise. I will be taking legal action. Any one with me can reach out *******@gmail.com only if your serious.
I will also take to social media to utilize those methods to get information to the masses to avoid FLIGHT CLUB as they have illegitimate company practices

They take your money immediately, but they don't require their vendors to authenticate the shoes beforehand, nor do they confirm that the vendors EVEN have the shoes before they let you commit. You could easily get an email canceling your order! This is such a one-sided sham of a website. The business model is completely black-swan and filled with hassle for the buyer.

How can flight club not do returns especially when the shoes don't come in the original everything shoe box tissue paper etc... Box is a bit crushed and shoes didn't have the nike tissue paper just shoes in a box.

We ordered some shoes in size 12 and they came in children's sizes and they refuse to do a refund do not buy from them because they cannot be gotten hold of and they are not a good company to work with. 10 thumbs down...Don't buy from them they are THIEVES...

I purchased the purple and black Jordan 13's that recently released.
I received shoes that were obviously worn. Both shoes were already dressed up, dirty, the suede looked worn and the bottom clearly showed signs of being worn.
I paid for a new pair of shoes, not a used/worn pair of shoes.

NO PRODUCT

I ordered shoes 6/12/21 for $312.00 9 days in the order still said processing so I reached out to them to check the status. They responded by saying the seller didnt send the merchandise out in time but not to worry they found a new seller and the shoes would be sent out soon 6/25/21 we get an email saying the seller cancelled my orderd and a refund will be issued in a week. Such garbage no way to call and speak to anyone just via email and ot will be a total of 3.5 weeks from date of purchase before I can get a resolution ie my money. Don't order from this garbage company unless you want to waste your time.

Overall Good Experience

I guess I'm one of the few people who had a good experience. I ordered a pair of Nike Quest 4 for my mom, it took a while for them to be authenticated (like 3 days) but after I got a notification saying they were shipped they were here in like 2 days, so I had a good experience that doesn't mean you'll have the same experience but overall I give them 5 stars. Hopefully they've gotten better management and authenticators.

If you message about refund they never message you back price was 357.48shoe was 1 week late the size of the shoe was 11 look like a 10.5 different box and paper insoles are different compare real ones. Bottom insole says 11 l instead of 11 M don't buy from flight club.

Do not ever purchase anything from this company they are a "FRAUD" I order from them in error and they mailed me some previous returned broken garbage shoe. Order number ******* I tried to return them 1st day and they refuse to except the return because they are scamming me sending me a garbage pair of shoes already OBVIOUSLY RETURNED. Now they refuse to except them in PERFECTLY MEVER WORN ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHES TO THEIR TRASH. Total scam! I have to file a civil suit to return them DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANIES TRASH RETURNS!

Dissatisfied

Took a survey and was sent a free watch. The watch I was supposed to get was not what I got. I received a watch that had a mesh watch band with a magnetic band that they charged me $105 dollars for. I got five of the same watches from Amazon for $36.00 total. This company is a scam. If you like paying a lot for junk this is the place for you. You will better off buying from a department store. If they tell you the watch is free just pay shipping, they will then charge you $105 dollars later.

Seller canceled my order
September 4, 2021

Stay far away as possible from this company. All the negative reviews you're reading are true. This company will find a way to rip you off. I ordered a pair of forces and received an email a few days later stating the seller canceled my order. Fight club states they refunded my money and I should see it within 3-5 business days. I already reported them to the BBB and time will tell if I get my money back. I'll give them 10 days tops and if I don't see my money I'll take them to small claims court.

Emailed to cancel my order about an hour after ordering, I'm just getting a response 2:00 this morning about how they cnt cancel my order due to my order already had been processed. Of course you cnt cancel my order 5 days later. No customer service number just emails. Flight Club need to do better. This is my last order from this company.

Never got my order or refund!

I ordered from them around a month ago and contacted them regarding my order multiple times and they keep ignoring me!

I asked for a refund because they were way too late in shipping my order and they didnt reply till now.

Ordered shoes from my cell using apple pay, incorrect address was auto filled when purchase was completed. Immediately reached out to them about this issue providing the correct address. They stated they could not help before the item even shipped. I asked to cancel and replace the order and they declined that. I called ups to reroute and they said only the sender could do this. I informed them again to please change the address or send to my local ups store so i could retrieve with my ID and they declined that as well. They delivered to the front door of my old address at a student living facility. Would never order shoes with them again!

Y'all need to partner up with usps or ups because FedEx not doing y'all no justification the shoes we're great and the box's were as well but I ordered 3 pairs all on the same day and only one came in a reasonable timing the other two came 20 days later
