There are no returns, no exchanges and NO phone numbers to get in touch with this fly by night. I found 5 different telephone numbers, on one I left a message but expect no response. The other 4 were numbers that either did not connect or buzzed or who knows what. My story is a pair of air jordans I bought for my grandson. They do not fit and he says they don't look like he thought they should. And I am out of big bucks! With no one to help. I would gladly return them to the store even for an exchange but there is no one to talk to!

Scammers

If you're stupid enough to order from these people then you get what you deserve. I'm not even a customer but someone on this wacky $#*! website stole my PayPal and ordered sneakers. Not even a name on the order. Just an address. It had partial of my address so that they can get away with it on PayPal and then the rest of the address was where it's going to be delivered. I disputed it and hopefully this person will not get the shoes. But they do it at 2:00 a.m. in the morning when everyone is asleep and ship it overnight so they can get it. Shame on the site for allowing that. Shame on this site for allowing someone to buy without a name they need to be reported to the better business bureau

I ordered brand new shoes, not used and they came to me clearly used and scuffed. I reached out to customer service for return and to get my pair of new shoes I ordered and she said they don't do refunds cause it was 3 days from receiving. I just got the order and they took longer than 4+ days to respond to my return request. This is a scam and I'm reporting fraud to claim my money back unless they send me what I ordered. Was once a loyal customer but no longer getting cheated by this terrible company. Unacceptable, not what I ordered and worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Brought my daughter shoes and I have brought a few pairs of shoes from this site. They need to get a phone number or someone that's responsible for their products? These shoes aren't cheap and it takes a week for someone to send u a email before I can get information about your order? It's very unprofessional and then it has to go through so many unnecessary steps because it has to go through payment confirmation for like a week? And then wait another two weeks before u get your shoes. But it only takes them no time to take your money. I will use PayPal next time. Why don't u have a live representative? Like finish line or eastbay? I don't understand

I would love to give them 0 stars. I ordered a pair of Dunks in US M size 11. I presently own and have owned multiple pair of these the same size and style of shoe. These are at least 1.5 sizes too small, likely knock-offs. Their response ". All sales are final, if you like, open up an account and re-sell them on our site." For reals... they want me to re-sell these mislabled, misleading or straight up fake shoes to someone else?! And you won't return my $ even though you sold me a defective product?!
Horrible...
And my own damn fault for not doing better research.

Got a fake product
February 10, 2023

I recently ordered the Nike Air More Uptempo 96 and the shoes look a bit suspicious, are oversized, and unconfortable! It doesn't feel like any other of the many Nikes I have had, including this very same model, which I still keep and sometimes use, since 1996.

When I complained, they automatic answer says that all sales are final and I can't get my money back.

They even say that, if I want to get rid of the product, I can create a seller account on the platform, and sell them to someone else!

This vendor is ridiculous! Never buy, unless you expect fake and unconfortable sneakers.

Garbage Shipping
September 23, 2018

I made an order through flight club on the 2nd of September. My order sat in the "Processing" stage for 10 days (about a week and a half) before I personally emailed the company with the complaint of how long it was taking for my order to move along. It is now September 23rd and my order has already had 2 expected delivery days both of which have since changed to some kind of delay message. My item now says "Local Post Office Delay". Flight Club may not be directly at fault for the post office delay but had they shipped my item within the 7 business day timeframe as their site states I would have it by now. I'm beyond disappointed. I'll never order through them again.

I order a pair of Nike dunks, they claimed I'll receive it in 5-7 business days, it's been 10 days now and my package is stuck in Belgium for 6 days already. Now it's the blame game. I never wanted to order from a company over seas, but a company here in the United States. Once they get there money it's forget about the customer.

This shoe is amazing. Thank you flight club. Fastest shipping ever. If you can't afford a shoe please don't write reviews! I paid top dollar for the dog walker sb and realized it has real fur and feels so daum good. This shoe comes with features not seen in review videos and the material is as quality as a five digit four twenty skunk shoe. I didn't realize I would pay duties at such a high price but once again if you can't afford don't buy kinna thing. Out of all the shoes I thought long and hard and I could afford the one shoe I wanted. I got it and I wouldn't change a thing in this world except I want another pair. What a shoe wow. It's so daum special I ordered a bank vault door for my closet. I'm afraid to take it out in the light haha

My son sent shoes to be sold Through flight club. He sent them perfect with everything needed to sell the shoes.
They were on the market for longer than he anticipated so he had you send them back to him so he could resell them to the original dealer.
Upon receiving them back from flight club he was missing a pair of green shoe laces. We saw the same pair, color and everything, that he was missing on EBay, selling for about $65.
He went back to buy them but they had sold already.

Without these laces the shoes aren't worth what he paid for them.
This is fraud. I've called and emailed multiple times with no help in this matter

Horrible company

Don't ever order from this company. I ordered a pair of Nikes from fight club. I ordered a size 12, they sent a size 9 1/2. It took a week for them to answer my email about exchanging for a size 12. Their answer was to tell me that there were no exchanges and no refund will be given. Never again will I order from this horrible company.

Ordered a pair of Nike Turbos. Put them on to try on and the heel came away on the sole. I emailed, and they basically said nothing could be done. Rubbish customer service, a waste of $160, and I do not recommend. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

UPS, FedEx

Don't order anything online through UPS or FedEx. FlightClub does not use discrete packaging, and the workers there at UPS and FedEx will steal your package. No matter what it is your purchasing from flight club they will steal it. I'd suggest going to flight club in person and making a purchase. They're the workers at UPS and FedEx are untrustworthy and will steal your package and deliver you an empty box. I've had this done to me three times.

Ordered brand new Jordan's received used shoes

I orders brand new Jordan's two days later flight club ships my shoes weird I thought cause it usually take a week due to the verification period but I thought back to school they must be on it a few days later I received my sons Jordan's size 10 men that were actually used Jordan. I reach out to flight club to advise of the mistake. They take about a week to respond with I ordered used shoes. First of all my kids are boggie and would not be happy if I ordered used shoes. I ask for a refund exchange or some type of credit. They advise I can try to sign up for they shoe program where you could possibly sell the shoes by joining the used shoes program. I said naw I want a refund exchange or credit I also requested proof of a used shoe order they couldn't even do that at this point I'm about to get a lawyer cause they clearly ripping people off

I am so upset with this purchase off of this site. I would never buy from them again. On the site, it was advertised stating that the show only came new. Of course, this is/was the only reason I bought the damn shoes. However clearly when I received the shoes and the right shoe to be precise, looked worn, bent up at the toe, and scruffy. Looks totally different than the left. The messed-up part of it all is that I'm stuck with this Bammer bullshXt... One STAR rating for this violation. Three Thumbs DOWN! SO upset that they would actually send me a shoe that has been worn. Deceiving a customer is not a good business practice. I will never buy from here again nor do I recommend anyone else to buy from here or from any company that doesn't offer a return policy. BOOOOOO! They probably did this purposely and more likely that they do this often. What a scam! Consumers beware!

I ordered shoes from this place and they make it seem your getting new shoes, they sent me a picture of some shoes they pulled out somewhere and sent me a picture of them, I replied back I didn't want them and to cancel the order. Well they sent the shoes out anyway which I'm still waiting on them to get here. $150 for a pair of used shoes and I already bought another pair brand new for $120 but they won't cancel the order. Y'all may of got me once but I promise you it will be the last. Buyer beware your not getting new shoes. I'm out $150 because I will not be letting my grandson put his feet in something someone else once wore. Nasty!

Finally heard back from someone at Flight Club and they said they couldn't change the address even though they still haven't received the shoes from the seller. Said I will have to have it changed through the shipping company. I know first hand most shipping companies won't change the address. Fingers crossed.

No one has bothered to contact me so idk what the hell is going on. I'll be filling a complaint with the Attorney General's office today. Fuck flight club
