Uncomfortable Unhappy

Bought the Frances boots in black.They are beautiful, yes! But the most uncomfortable boot l've ever worn and yes I have the right size!). Impossibly stiff and hard to get on (especially at the heel counter and across the instep) with bootstraps (Unlike Frye) that are not meant for assisting with pulling them up (I was told this in an email - "not recommended" for pulling the boots up). I asked for suggestions on what I could do to loosen them and break them in and was told by the customer service person that she couldn't suggest anything. I finally got them on after great effort and using a long shoe horn with a silky sock (took about 15 minutes). It was obviously so difficult to get them off as well. Not happy at all.

I was a loyal Flattered costumer despite being scammed by the brand. This is the third time that I am dealing with the same problem. I do my purchase and no order number, no costumer account, nothing.

I've contacted to Flattered they told me that Klarna is the responsible. Here's the automated response below. And Klarna is deep dark hole you canny reach out anybody. Who is going to refund my money?

Have you still not received the refund from Klarna? I would recommend you to contact them here https://www.klarna.com/uk/customer-service/, since they are the responsible company for the transaction. And they won't give me any further information due to personal security reasons. I hope you understand!
