When I mistakenly ordered the wrong part the support agent personally helped me find the right one. He spent several minutes going over the parts diagram and made sure that was the right one and set it up so I could send the wrong one back to them. I wouldn't hesitate to utilize their services again.
I am a 79 year old woman with no mechanical skills whatsoever. I have ordered from FIX.com twice and have had excellent service. I did not know what part I needed both times I called them. They were able to find the part I needed and I received it within days. When I couldn't figure out how to install the part on my dishwasher, I was able to go back on line and received pictures and written instructions on how to install it. It worked perfectly, even with my non-mechanical skills. I will always use FIX for my appliance parts.
Parts work great and ordering was easy talked to someone there when payment wasn't going through he was very polite and did a great job helping me.
Only complaint is that I paid for 3 day shipping and didnt get it for 6 days. When I needed the parts
I accidently broke the small part that turns the light off in the fridge when you close the door, so the fridge thought the light was stuck on and the temp. Was 45 degrees before we realized the light button controlled the temperature, long story short Fix.com had the part and we had it within 2 days and it is working again.
They are thieves, I made the order of two pieces that were missing for my refrigerator, and they only sent me one, and they do not answer me for the other missing piece, they do not answer me for the money
Bought a part for my older generator, they sent the wrong part. Ok stuff happens paid the shipping and ordwered a replacement. The replacement part was the right part but did not fit. Stay away from this company unless you are buying hoses and clamps. That is all they are good for.
My experience buying parts on fic.com exceeded my expectations. The call agent was professional and polite. She helped me confirm the right part number to fix my broken trash compactor. A great experience.
I found the replacement parts for my dishwasher top shelf and was easily able to find a video to replace the broken pieces easily. Saved $$$ and risk as we are doing a strict Covid quarantine here due to high risk. Great company and it was easy to find the parts I needed.
I ordered a part on February 11, and was told that I would have it in 2 weeks. I called 3 weeks ago and they told me it was on its way to be shipped to me. Called again and they said it Might be here in 2 weeks, but no promises. I canceled my order. It's been almost 3 months and I've just been getting the runaround.
I was looking for a casing nut for a Wilton bullet style bench vise. Hard to find and expensive when i could find it. Fix.com had it for a reasonable price and low shipping cost. My vise is repaired and back in service.
Find the right video on UTube, order the part from Fix.com and watch the video again and you're done.Saved a ton!

I purchased a new armature assembly for my Dremel 4000. It's an easy job for the DIYer and a lot cheaper than replacing the tool. The site is fairly easy to use, but if you are brought to the part directly from an Internet search, I caution buyers to scroll down to the Model Compatibility to ensure it is indeed the part you need.

I was happy that they were prompt. They seemed interested in doing business and helping me get the problem solved. I got my equipment earlier than expected.
The item came broken. There is no point in sending back for my money. I bought it again in another place. Bad experience, will never buy from you again.
I ordered a part, not terribly complicated or large, and "if I ordered in the next 2 hours it'd ship today!" - well, that was a lie. I ordered it on Monday, and while the part had a shipping label created 6.5 hours alter, FedEx didn't get it until 6p the following day - 30.5 hours later. That's not "today" by anyone's wildest imagination except fix.com management who found a way to create urgency and sucker good people.
I paid for 2-3 business day shipping. Another lie.
Here it is the following Monday and I still don't have the item. It seems to have been shipped ground. There is a cheaper option "Econo Ship" that appears to be how they've actually shipped my item. Or might as well have.
It bounced around Rocky Mountain states and is currently holed up in UT.

I'll skip the blow by blow, but it went to another TX location, then CO, WY, UT, and another UT location. It seems my payment for 2-3 days shipping was another lie.
The part might be correct, but do NOT waste your time on extra shipping. Heck, don't waste your time with fix.com if you need a part sooner. Get it somewhere else that doesn't lie to you with ease.
Also, for all I know, the part I ordered is perfect. Or maybe the wrong part entirely. Who knows - I don't have it a week + 2.5 hours later after ordering asap and paying for 2-3 shipping.

I hesitated to purchase from anyone but the manufacturer, but after ready other reviews, and considering the fair price that was offered. I decided if it wasn't what I was after or it didn't fit or it was a cheaper version. Then I was only out a small amount.
The part came within 48hrs. Opened the box to find it to be a perfect match. Followed installation instructions, and it worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier, and I now know where to shop for my appliance repair needs.
All parts were made to fit and is still working a week later. Had fast delivery so didn't have to wait to fix. I'm going to use them from now on, on all my appliance repairs. Good prices as well.

Answer: It's legit, got exactly what I ordered. No BS, I ordered an ignition coil for a 125,000 btu mr. Heater salamander. It was $40 cheaper than Amazon, shipping took a little longer than I'd have liked, but overall good experience
