DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I ordered waited weeks received two of the 6 items that I ordered and both were WRONG! Customer service does nothing but ask for details. Wait details? Check my order number against what you sent me and there's your details. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!
I'm very happy about both orders. I received them on time and I get great support ans customer service. Reactions on my questions about trucking the shipments were perfect and too fast.
I will buy again products in the near future.

I ordered the Aqua round boho Mandala towel. Waited almost a month for it and got something that is like a poncho umbrella cheap fabric instead. Came from China. No invoice no return label. No customer service phone number. You have to submit a request. I'm on my 4th request with no replies back. I am beyond upset. I would never pay 30.00 for this thing. I don't even know what it is but I did not purchase this and they give you a 7 day return policy and I'm pretty sure I won't hear back. Will be reporting this company and getting my money back some way. Total scam, DONT BUY from this business!
Received nothing and took $150 off credit card. These companies are why I will no longer shop online. Shut these Chinese cowboys down. We really need to stop growing their economy with purchasing this $#*!.
Like everyone it took ages to receive the bikini I ordered (from China to Japan). The bikini doesn't look like the one on the picture, but just like a really poor imitation. Cheap fabric, no lining, weak sewing. The website said the original price was $80 and I paid it $30 but the actual bikini just looks like something you would pay $2 on a night market in Vietnam.
Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress on July 8. I track it on July 19 and I was told that my order was just accepted in china
In today's world shipping any item should not take this long.
This company is an absolute rip off. I am extremely disappointed that I wasted money with them. I ordered two bathing suits at the beginning of June. I have yet to receive my bathing suits. Come to find out, the company did not include my house number on the package so they package was returned to China after it traveled all the way to Denver. When I contacted customer service, I requested a refund which they didn't acknowledge and offered a 20% discount on my next order. I advised I will not be using their company in the future and want a refund. They then advised they reprocessed my order and will send it to the correct address but can not process a refund because it was "my error" and they haven't received my original package back. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service skills is appalling. I wish I would've read the reviews prior to placing my order and based on what I've read, I'm surprised this company is still in business.
I've been waiting for 4 weeks now. ITS STILL IN CHINA. Please don't order from this website, it's terrible. Company says it's in Canada but all products are from China! Terrible, I would give it no stars if that was an option.
Ordered swimsuits from the website, too late after ordering I realized they were from China. Took several weeks to arrive and when they did they were made of extremely cheap material, the clasps didn't work, and they looked nothing like the pictures. I reached out to the company about a refund and they offered me gift cards- I will not be ordering anything from them ever again.
My wife bought me a dayfit 2.0 and after waiting for it for about 3 weeks when I got it and followed the directions it didn't work. I'm still trying to send it back and after a couple of days I get a run around on taking a video and send it to them. Are you kidding me. This dayfit is a piece of junk. I'm going to report them to BBB.
I ordered a swimsuit. Shortly after I received 2 emails saying my order was on it's way, but didn't receive it until 3 weeks after that. This is because it came from China (which they don't tell you on the site). When it finally arrived, it didn't fit. I ordered a small and the top for for someone much larger and the bottom was for someone much smaller. I went to the website to see how to return it and followed the directions to fill out their online return request. I got an automatic reply that someone would get back to me with return directions. This was about a week ago, and I have still not received any return instructions. They have a 7-day return policy (which is crazy!). I made my return request in less than 7 days, but since I haven't heard back from anyone, 7 days has passed. This company is a total scam! Spread the word!
I had a great experience with FitShopPro. Its product was reasonable but great quality and design, and I am very happy with my purchase! Their service was also very satisfactory; Jayshawn was extremely helpful and friendly, and resolved my size issue in a timely manner. I will definitely do more shoppings on FitShopPro and recommend to others!
I just got my pair of legging from Fitshoppro as they are awesome. The material used in the legging is great. Definitely buying another pair of legging for my daughter from fitshoppro.
I purchased a one piece swimming costume and a bikini on 17/06/17. One piece arrived on 3/07/17. Still waiting on bikini. Have contacted customer service twice. No reply. Full purchase amount has been deducted from my account. I was also not aware prices were USD. I thought AUSD. Big difference. Very disappointed. Next step to contact my bank.
First time shopping on Fit Shop. Pleasantly surprised by their Customer Service response. Prompt turn around in 24 hours with all information I needed. Highly recommend shopping with them!
I bought over 10 items, i know it is from china. Which i already lower my expectation.
They changed me over $20 for the shipping which come in by regular post mail about 1 month later.
Only 1 items meet my satisfaction and over half of them are defected/lowe quality made and 3 of them is not the same in the picture. (the quality mostly like the cloth they made for Halloween)
The store only gives store credit on return item even defected. And they do not return bikini even it is defected.
The return policy only has 7 days which comparing the shipping time is credulous.
If you do buy stuff, lower and lower... your expectation.
I placed an order in MAY for a swimsuit, that I would have liked for the 4th of July Holiday. I have NEVER received that suit and NO ONE will respond to my emails. I have since CANCELLED that order.

Fit Sho Pro camera does what it says on the tin and does it pretty well. I've had a pair of these cameras over a month now and have put them through the wringer and they still work just fine. For the money, I don't think you can go wrong. Giving it 5 stars simply because it works great.

Ordered 3items. Tracking number given forever cannot track. Customers support team will only reply you same thing wait for few more days tracking number is New without helping any. U meant after 2-3 weeks tracking number still New?! SCAM!
I even called china post to check with them.
The number don't even exist.

Well, looking at all the past comments I doubt to quality will be good even it surprises me in the future when I got the chance to receive items.
Totally unreliable! I ordered a pair of gym leggings and what I got was a cheap quality of leggings worth 2and not 26$! No brand shown, no tag showing any material! The customer service girl was actually helpful however they do not offer any form of compensation unless a credit into the account; now I got this 26$ balance to spend buying another item from them? This is scam!
