Hi, i bought 2 smartbands and want my money back. my husband and son don't want them. i don't want a credit, i want my money back. if your product is good a person should get their money back if they don't want it. it seems like you only get credit to buy something else from you, is it because you have a lot of returns. i didn't even open mine, they just don't want them. how do i get my money back?
