So far, I love this watch! The large screen, the big font, the fact that the NUMBERS light up instead of the whole screen. It's lightweight, has great adjustabliity, and feels pretty solid for being entirely plastic. At $39, it was an awesome purchase. The ONLY issue is the vertical viewing angles. Overall it is good product. Thanks for a quality product.

I received one of two bathsuits I ordered over 2 weeks ago today. It is defective and evidently not made to fit a human woman's body - straps are way too short, bra cups are far too small, unless you're a man, fabric is extremely cheap. All for US$34! What a rip off! Had I known it was a chinese company I would never have ordered this. I have been burned big time in the past. No more business with Quebecois companies online! This is fraud! I'm calling the better business bureau!

So far, I love this watch! The large screen, the big font, the fact that the NUMBERS light up instead of the whole screen. It's lightweight, has great adjustabliity, and feels pretty solid for being entirely plastic. At $39, it was an awesome purchase. The ONLY issue is the vertical viewing angles. Overall it is good product. Thanks for a quality product.

Girlfriend is getting into the healthy lifestyle and she wanted two of these. One for her and I.

It was $95 all paid so I figured what the hell. Well, the entire process was exactly that; Hell.

After ordering I get a tracking number informing me they watches are coming from Singapore. Considering this company is based in Quebec, Canada it seemed weird but I figured it's just another small company that is selling direct from manufacturer and doesn't actually have "stock."

Well 3 days later it hits the Canadian border (live in Canada) and everyone knows Canada Post doesn't track international parcels anymore. Cool. Figure it might get held up in customs, give it three weeks and we should see it. Well, 2 months pass and nothing.

So I contacted them on their website requesting a refund as we never received the product. I'm not big on wasting time working through solutions. I'm a consumer. The entire manufacturing and shipping deal isn't my problem. I get an automated e-mail back saying it was forwarded to their customer care department. I check my email periodically and nothing. At the same time my girlfriend messaged them on their facebook page and their solution was to send two more "better" watches as compensation and that I should be receiving an e-mail shortly with a tracking number. Again, two weeks pass and nothing.

At this point I still don't care about the reasoning, I just want my money back. I decided to message them on their facebook. I sent a detailed message explaining everything and providing the order confirmation number and original tracking. At this point I demand a refund. They didn't respond. That's not to say they never got it because periodically you'd see they came online, but no one responded.

Later that day (yesterday) I get an e-mail with a new tracking number. Today we got two better watches in the mail. They were sent from Quebec this time.

What ticks me off the most? If the option to ship right from where you're located is there, why the hell did my order get shipped from Singapore? That's what ticked me off from the whole ordeal. Before that I was impartial to the whole ordeal, figuring it was an issue on their end or with Canada Post being absolute garbage.

Either way, regardless of the outcome, I will never order from them again.

Fit Sho Pro camera does what it says on the tin and does it pretty well. I've had a pair of these cameras over a month now and have put them through the wringer and they still work just fine. For the money, I don't think you can go wrong. Giving it 5 stars simply because it works great.

These idiots are the biggest scammers ever!... We ordered 2 watches on 13th November 2016 and the parcel never arrived... Only a lot of empty promises... Bunch of thieves! As soon as you report them and place comments on Facebook they send you another crap mail saying ooh send your order number so we can help you... bull$#*!! They block you as soon as you complain... Why does Facebook not close site down if you guys know they are stealing from the public

I ordered a smart watch for my grandson for his birthday. That's all he asked for. It took 2 months to receive my order. Not only did he get his present late, but the stupid thing didn't work. My grandson was very disappointed. I emailed them several times, because that's the only way to get in touch with them, there's no phone number, and no responce. I guess I'm out $77.00 and that hurts because I'm disabled and on a fixed income. I will never order from this company again.

Do not order from this company I cancelled my order within one hour of ordering they refused to cancel it and refund me my money I cancelled because it was coming from China even though their company seems to be based in North America. Anyway most people seem to be waiting over 2 or 3 months for their products arrive I'm now working with my credit card company to retrieve my money. Do yourself a favor do not order from these people!

I ordered some mandala blanket for my GF. Took about 20 days to arrive here in the US.

Tracking number was not working though...

The website is so well marketed, with beautiful pictures, great prices, etc.
Now is where the real truth begins:

* shipping took 6 weeks!
* A scrunched up ball of plastic arrived in the mail with the worst quality item inside. I'm talking sub- dollar store quality.
* After 5 emails, someone finally replied and said I was too late for a refund.
If you work hard for your money, do not purchase on any of their scam sites. You will not see it back. BUYER BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Buyer Beware. Full out scam. You will never see your money again

I bought over 10 items, i know it is from china. Which i already lower my expectation.
They changed me over $20 for the shipping which come in by regular post mail about 1 month later.
Only 1 items meet my satisfaction and over half of them are defected/lowe quality made and 3 of them is not the same in the picture. (the quality mostly like the cloth they made for Halloween)
The store only gives store credit on return item even defected. And they do not return bikini even it is defected.
The return policy only has 7 days which comparing the shipping time is credulous.
If you do buy stuff, lower and lower... your expectation.

Shoes took a long time, but they finally made it. I ordered size 8 (woman's) which is size 41 universal ( more like a man's 8) so I had to return ( darn, the shoes were cool)... full credit return and bonus 15% on my next order.

It's a very nice fit for my skinny wrist. Very comfortable to wear. It has lots of features. Alarm, heart rate, pedometer, sleep tracker, sedentary notice, and it also alerts you to social media notifications, phone calls, texts. I quite like the sedentary alert to make you move and walk a bit if you're not very active that day.

Very clever and highly recommended!

Packaged perfectly to prevent scratching/damage while shipping. Comes with nice case and cleaning cloth. GREAT fit and feel! Buying another pair- they're that great!

I see all the other reviews and it sounds just like what happened to me! You should call your bank and dispute it! These people should not be getting a dime! I bought 3 gps watches for my kids back on November 26 and spent over $100 and I never received the order. I didn't think it was a scam because they would respond to my emails but would just say sorry about the delays and tell me to track my package which I did and it was in transit and hasn't moved since dec 5th! Its sad there are people like this that steal people's money!

I was doubtful about buying these because I have never had items like this in the past that worked. But these were perfect for my yoga sessions and now I even use them to walk around the house in. High quality, well made, Very comfort and at a great price for four. I've paid this much for a single pair before. I highly recommend these.

I ordered the Smart Band on 12/5, they took my money, sent me an email saying it had shipped on 12/9, but still not delivered as of 1/23. I have no way of tracking it... keeps saying it's In Transit but last update was 12/12 that it was in China. How can they get by with this? Is there anyway to stop them from doing this to other innocent people? If you're thinking of buying from them... DON'T. Also, I put this same message on their FB page and they deleted it.

I Love it so much... haven't really played with every feature. But connection is great. Worth the money even if it doesn't last long. It was easy to set up & manage, and much cheaper here than your local stores! I recommend this product!

I ordered 1 bikini. Can you imagine how small this parcel must be? Its been 3 months... I'm still waiting. Their customer service is pathetic! They are still telling me to be patient as it could take up to 90days for delivery. The last tracking entry was beginning July when it noted it departed China. Nothing since. It's clear the parcel is missing. I now demanded a refund. Still no response.

I got this as a birthday present, it fits good and the android app works pretty well. My favorite feature is the remote camera shoot mode. Better than a selfie stick.

After 22 emails back and forth, I've been advised I'm SOL!
I bought two GPS kids tracker watches and spent $60 is SIM cards, at their urging, and have wasted $200. I bought two "trackers" and six SIM cards with three different carriers. They lack not only integrity, but completely fail to stand behind their products. If you want to waste your money, get screwed around and mislead, this is the joke for you. Otherwise, keep your distance and save your funds. Horrible business relations!

I was looking for a pouch or arm band in which i could carry a mobile xiomi mi 4 5.7 inches long and basic items like car keys and some money, while running half marathons. This purchase fits my needs as a dream. Grt quality material, good looks
And light weight. Worth the price

They stopped responding to status requests.

I ordered the product November 26th. The excuses include: Christmas, Customs holding up packages in Vancouver or Los Angeles (depending on your country), most recent excuse was shipping delays delays from Singapore due to Chinese New Year.

Thank goodness for credit card dispute department - and the 100 day limit. They have provided a refund - pending FITSHOPPRO's reaction.

Love this product! WORKS well great value for the price. It has an app that links your phone track colories burned, steps, distance and sleep. Was going to buy a fitbit trying to get in shape. I have three year old and when i buy something she wants one too at this price. I got one for both of us
