Really not that bad

Okay I know from the amount of $#*!ty reviews, it'll seem like the good ones are fake... I was an idiot and I bought the products (activewear, 103.99$AUD) before I read any reviews and I was freaking out! I was expecting the absolute worse. I made my order through Facebook and they dealt with everything over Messenger, which to be honest, I was fine with, they were also really quick to reply. The tracking on orders was super convenient. I ordered my products on 7th and they came yesterday and today (pieces came in separately). For what it's worth, and the horrible reputation it apparently has, I was really impressed! I bought the grey two piece active set (I don't know their actual names), a white marbles set and another part of leggings. They fit all me perfectly, and I'm happy with the material and make considering I didn't pay much for it. Yes, it's made in China, but isn't everything else?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Positive reviews below are fake, it's a huge scam. Badly made, badly fit and the material is so cheap. I asked for a refund due to poor quality and customer service blocked me.

Pure scam. I should have read the reviews! Like everyone else the bikini is poor quality and not designed for a human. The front crotch is so low - use your imagination as to what wasn't covered. Wouldn't even fit my 13 year old daughter that is 90lbs. Refused return on the item and said bikini's were final sale. Even though this is supposedly a Montreal based company the funds were charged in American and there was nothing said about this on the website or at checkout. Company offered me a $15 gift card for my troubles and after a battle offered a gift card for $30 (the purchase price of the swimsuit). I have been too afraid to even try it.

Pure scam. Cheap rubbish goods. The easy way out if you have paid for this rubbish is to ask your credit card for the monies back. They have to refund you if the goods are not fit for purpose. Get you cash back and never use this lot again.

I purchase the white tan kino. I costed me 100AUD. The bikini took months to arrive. It was wrapped in a black garbage bag!
I am size 6. The bikini itself fitted on my cabbage patch doll!. I sent 2 complaint email's and demand a total refund.
I receive generic email replies with no name addressing me.
I continused making formal complaints until finally I was offered a 10% discount on my next purchase.
I was disgusted.
They also refused to accept the unworn bikini as a return.
Fitshoppro Feel free to email me a refund form to *******@bigpond.com. So i can get my money back. Will post the dolls outfit back to you at your cost.

Never buy from them!

First of all, it comes from China.
Takes at least a month to receive it.
Lots of automatic responses.
Sizes are for Asian bodies. I'm a size M. 5.5" and 130lbs. Ordered bikini. The top ffits like an S and the bottom as an XS.
They don't allow return of bikinis.
Never again!

Don't ever buy from this site, Placed an order they took my $33.99 out of my account on July 31 never received an email tracking number order number anything from them I've been in touch with their help support they can't find anything but yet they still have my $33.99 and no one can help me they keep on directing me to the help support which wants a tracking number or order number and I have none

Didn't read the reviews below. Same experience! Waited weeks upon weeks to receive my swimsuit order and it was so small the M wouldn't even fit a young girl! CRAZY SMALL! Tried to reach out to them by email twice so far and absolutely NO response. These people are the WORST! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! And spread the word!

Very disappointing
August 11, 2017

Do not order from this company! I got my order incomplete, late and the size L is actually an xs. I tried emailing because of course they don't have a phone number and I still have not received the rest of my order! Very very disappointing. The quality of the items I got was poor too.

Placed an order on 27th June. It's now 11th August. Used their online tracker and it states order not found. Emailed them numerous times to find out what has happened to the order with no response. If you want to lose your money and waste your time then go ahead and purchase from this company. They need to be shut down!

My bikini at the cost of over £30 arrived with what coud only be described as mould spots on the lighter material, I asked to return it for a refund, they said they would only give me an exchange or credit note, I felt this was unfair as the fault lied with them and I was going on holiday that week so a replacement wouldn't get there in time. Finally after about 7 emails they agreed to refund my money, I returned the bikini at the cost of over £6, now they have my bikini and my money and they just ignore my emails even though I've publically complained on thier adverts, they simply don't care, once they have your money it's theirs as fas as they're concerned, very unhappy:-(

The more I use my fit band the more I am pleasantly pleased it has all the attributes of bands costing twice what I paid for this one. The information is accurate, I compared the sleep information with my c pap machine. The quality is amazing. With the information from this band I can do my best to improve my health. I AM LOVING IT. I bought one swimsuit, was charged for two.
Package came home with only one swimsuit. Thought the second one would be sent separately.
Two weeks later, nothing. Contacted customer support and they told me that it was both in the first package which it wasn't.

No response received. Never have I ever experienced this in my entire life.

As many people here, I wish I read the reviews before ordering anything. The items received look nothing like their photos. Despite ordering size L they seemed to be Chinese L which is more of a medium size in the US. In addition, the bathing suit is made in such as way that it is impossible even to put it on (no clips, zippers or hooks even though it is a one piece with pretty tight bra and panties connected to each other). The leggings are just so poor quality that I do not want to wear them. And of course, if you want to return something you would never ever want to wear, you have to pay more with no guarantee that you will get a store credit (yes, they will not give you money back, just a store credit to buy more $#*!ty stuff they sell). Stay away from Fit Shop Pro!

Super slow and WORST SERVICE EVER! I have never had a problem with other company's size charts and items fitting accordingly. FitShopPro's are WAY off on their size chart and I can not return because it's a swimsuit. I have never been more disappointed in a company. Never, never again.

THE WORST

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LAIRS AND PHONEYS! HALF OF MY ORDER DIDNT ARRIVE AND I RECIEVED A WRONG SIZE AND THEY TOLD ME DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES THEY CANT EXCHANGE IT! They are impossible to get a hold of, no customer service line, says 7 days of order to contact them. I reached out 5 TIMES and never heard back. They want to make me pay for shipping the items back to CANADA and only give me store credit. Awful! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and cheaters and i will not drop it

It's a very nice fit for my skinny wrist. Very comfortable to wear. It has lots of features. Alarm, heart rate, pedometer, sleep tracker, sedentary notice, and it also alerts you to social media notifications, phone calls, texts. I quite like the sedentary alert to make you move and walk a bit if you're not very active that day.

Very clever and highly recommended!
