Don't order anything. Total scam. I will take courses to take this company off line. Canadian embassy and trade commission if they don't return my money to americanexpress.

I was order a lot of stuff online but This is very bad service website I ever have, my item was lost 1 month ago over, when I check online they said my bikini stuck in China post office, I never received it but they already withdrawal money fr my bank, when I was contact them they said not guarantee for the shopping due to customer issue, it sadly I don't know where my stuff is, i paid but never received, everyone must be careful with this webside ok

It's a fraud

I ordered three items from them (two swimsuits and one yoga mat).
The track number/ link they gave me never work.
After two weeks, I received one item. So I asked their customer service via Facebook, they just keep asking me to use the track number to check on the shipping.
Three weeks passed, I still do not receive the remaining items. And they cost US$70.

Fit Shop Pro is definitely a fraud.

What a Rip off

The product took forever to ship. I had to wait several weeks for it to come from China. There were absolutely no return instructions with it. By the time you figure out where and how to return, guess what? Your 5 day return time is over! And even if you make it under the 5 day wire if the item was a "sale item" you can't get store credit and you definitely don't get your money back! What a rip off! Never buy from a new company without searching the internet for reviews!

I received one of two bathsuits I ordered over 2 weeks ago today. It is defective and evidently not made to fit a human woman's body - straps are way too short, bra cups are far too small, unless you're a man, fabric is extremely cheap. All for US$34! What a rip off! Had I known it was a chinese company I would never have ordered this. I have been burned big time in the past. No more business with Quebecois companies online! This is fraud! I'm calling the better business bureau!

This company shows it's out of Canada until you place an order from China! Always search the internet for reviews on a company you have never heard of. There are several out there like this one and all seem to advertise on Facebook. Also, always pay through PayPal as they will get your refund from companies like these.

I WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION. IT TOOK ME TWO MONTHS TO GET MY BATHING SUIT. IT CAME IN AN ENVELOPE WITH ALL CHINESE WRITING. THE QUALITY WAS PATHETIC - STRINGS HANGING EVERYWHERE - CHEAP FABRIC. TO BOOT, THE TOP WAS HUGE, AND I COULD NOT GET THE BOTTOMS ABOVE MY KNEES (I'M A SIZE 2/4, AND I ORDERED A MEDIUM). I'M NOT SURE WHETHER TO RETURN IT (AS I KNOW I'LL NEVER SEE A CREDIT FROM THIS BOGUS OPERATION) OR JUST EAT THE $33 AND TRASH THEM TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY SO NO ONE ORDERS FROM THEM.

Horrible quality and wrong fitting. Took forever to arrive because it's sent from China. No easy way to contact this company for returns. Bought swimsuit for 30$, money wasted!

I have never seen cheaper material and worse quality stitching. They will find a reason not to take it back! Save yourself the hassle don't buy anything from fit shop pro or dealeze they are the worst!

I bought 2 items from their website. The pictures looked nice.
However, when I actually received the product (after 2 weeks), they were packed in horrible plastic bag and they sent only 1 item out of 2 items I ordered without any explanation!
When I wrote to them, initially, they said that they would check and asked me to check with my local post office and so on.
After that, I asked for refund because they finally said that they didn't have stock for what I actually ordered.
Then, guess what? They don't do refund even if it's their fault! They gave me gift card to use and I'm totally not comfortable with getting items they feature on their website.
Will never buy from them again and warn all my friends.

They only order off of AliExpress and put a big mark up on it. Save yourself the time and money. Ordered three items and only received one of them in a little plastic bag with China post marks all over it. Found the same exact items for less than half the price.

I was looking for a pouch or arm band in which i could carry a mobile xiomi mi 4 5.7 inches long and basic items like car keys and some money, while running half marathons. This purchase fits my needs as a dream. Grt quality material, good looks
And light weight. Worth the price

I use this regularly while cycling and this is very convenient to use. Fully waterproof and sweat proof. I was apprehensive of purchasing this as I thought the earpiece may be bulky, but it is not a problem at all. Once you put it in your ears, it is hard to feel it is there. The music is very nice.

Big fan. I'm 5'2", 130 and the small fits great. They honestly aren't 100% flattering, but the functionality is amazing. I'm planning to order more in every color from Fit Shop Pro.

I had a Fitbit that stopped working a few months after I got it. I decided I would try a cheaper option and came across this fitness tracker. I have had it a few days and it's AWESOME... It seems way more accurate with my steps and also the sleep tracker seems more accurate. I also like the app better than the Fitbit app. Overall I am really happy with my purchase!
