Great photography. Poor descriptions. They despatch an order in separate parcels. Items can be three weeks apart. Website does not declare if in stock or not. Refunds very slow if at all.

I purchased a one piece swimming costume and a bikini on 17/06/17. One piece arrived on 3/07/17. Still waiting on bikini. Have contacted customer service twice. No reply. Full purchase amount has been deducted from my account. I was also not aware prices were USD. I thought AUSD. Big difference. Very disappointed. Next step to contact my bank.

I purchased a dress 20th may. I emailed to request ETA and told unfortunately sold out but re manufacturing. This is not good enough. Website should state "sold out, watch this space". Not happy.
