Great fast and easy to navigate to find the wheels for my vehicle.

Honestly this is my first time purchasing rims and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Watched a few of your YouTube videos beforehand and then I came here. Thank you!

Finally decided to order a set of wheels and tires and extremely happy with how they look and no damage upon delivery! Fitment is even better than expected can't wait to upload my car to the gallery.

Unless youre very knowledgeable about wheels and tires, do not buy, I'll repeat, DO NOT BUY from Fitment Industries. I purchased a suggested tire and wheel package from Fitment Industries. I discovered my tire had sport suspension and contact customer service on 3 different occasions to verify if my selected package would fit or not. I waited on hold for several minutes and when I finally spoke to someone, the simply said "I don't know." The "Tire Specialist" had no clue how to help me and Id go as far to say they had no knowledge of tires or wheels.

Of course I get the tires, and theyre rubbing against my inner liner, I contacted support again, and they escalated to a technician who actually asked for the proper fitment and measurements and when it came down to returning the tires, they declined to remedy my issue because my shop took the sticker of the tires when I had them installed and I drove home when I realized the tires were rubbing. Which is the reason why I reached out to them to begin with. How will the tires be new and undriven if I'm complaining about rubbing? Not very logical. Basically the customer service rep told me to get lost and they're not going to do anything about it. Now i'm out several $100s of dollars. Complete bull crap. Beware of Christian at Fitment Industries. He will just waste your time and will not help you.

Do yourself and got to a professional tire shop. They will suggest the best tires and fitment and double check to make sure everything fits appropiately. Theres to much chance for a loss when dealing with these online jokers. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to American Tires.

You can see in the screen shots the multiple times I reached out to them to get help with my order and they left me hanging. Again... DO NOT BUY from Fitment Industries or any other online tire store unless they have a garauntee and are assisted by knowledgeable tire and wheel specialist.

Called in to make sure everything was correct and proper fitment. Customer service was very quick to answer and helped me with every question I had.

I love Fitment Industries. They make the best content on cars being very accurate and very entertaining to watch. Fitment Industries has the best guide for Wheels, Tires, and Suspension :)

Great information on all wheels and tires. Easy to select the correct sizes I need. Love that you mount and balance onsite and ship ready to install.

Would be nice to have a portion of your site dedicated to STOCK sizes so the customer can better determine best options for upgrade.

Would be nice to have a tire size / wheel size calculator showing how different sizes will effect the fitment. https://tiresize.com/wheel-offset-calculator/ is a good site for that.

Would be nice to have notes notes or options about needing hub centric rings for purchases.

Lucky for me this is not my first rodeo so I knew how to figure out all this information and order the correct setup.

Easy to use and understandable, overall good shopping experience

Selecting wheel package was a breeze and so informational! I had an issue with placing my order and Jeremy called to lend a hand! I am beyond impressed and satisfied so far. Will definitely be back for more gear for my Ford Fusion!
