BRIANNA,ALYSSA AND AUSTIN SHOULD BE FIRED,first got wrong wheels,then had to sign a contract to get the correct wheels after being dissed and calling two times a day for 5 days.i was told my correct 5 wheels would be EXPEDITED so i paid to have my supra in its second car show.wheels took 10 days to get to me and 3 were heavily damaged.THEN,brianna said they would need the WRONG wheels back before they sent me replacements.i raised hell with a joke of a manager named austin,and he reluctantly upgraded me to ceramic and spiked lugs because they forgot my lugs and i lost $300 in entry fees,gas and ubers due to them sending me the wrong wheels.
Now enter alyssa who was there to save the day and sent my 3 replacements without needing the WRONG wheels back.she also sent boxes for the WRONG wheels with foam sheets for me to wrap them in...WELL.she said she would EXPEDITE the order so i paid to be in another show.not only did fed ex delay them but when fed ex showed they only dropped the return boxes.alyssa only EXPEDITED their return boxes and only gave me that tracking.wheels showed up another 5 days later AND 2 OF THE 3 WERE AGAIN HEAVILY DAMAGED.they sent foam packing for THEIR return but not my wheels.
And i spent 3 hours on a holiday packing their return that they didn't pay me for my time and i had to go out and buy a tape gun.i raised hell again and after them costing me allot more money they refunded me $200.
I was calling every day and emailing them to tell them how incompetent they are so austin (a manager)called,it was wed and we disscused that if he EXPEDITED the one wheel to be ceramic coated that it could ship fri and i could have it monday,LIES,ALL LIES.THAT WAS OVER 10 DAYS AGO AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY WHEEL.
This has been going on for over 2 months now and my last wheel is supposed to come sunday,10 days after i was told it would be EXPEDITED.
They are incompetent liars,they never answer the phone and they will stab you in the back as soon as they can.brianna is a joke and needs to be fired,and so is alyssa,their favorite sentance (as they screw you over) is...sorry,i will look into it.and austin should be fired as a manager,managers are supposed to override everything and get stuff done but austin let the warehouse bend him over daily as his response to why EXPEDITED was 10 days was (im waiting to hear from the warehouse) liars,and dissrepectfull thieves that blow smoke up your but when you get damaged wheels.
The only one that helped me was dylin in accessories,he always answered the phone and was help full and understanding,dylin should be promoted to manager when they fire austin for incompetence and loosing the company money.
AGAIN,BEWARE,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
