I had purchased to wrong caps for my '17 370Z wheels. Contacted Fitment and explained my mistake. They got me the correct caps, and sent me a return shipping label for the incorrect caps. I dealt with several different people, but mainly Brittany regarding the return process. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you!

Ordered isc coilovers.

Website was laggy, checking out wasn't really easy, and then trying to follow up at all about these insane shipping times was just like hitting a brickwall and getting automated stuff. Finally got what i ordered 6.5 weeks after. I understand somethings are uncontrollable but just didn't have a great experience.

I've purchased a set of wheels from this company before in 2018. Went great very satisfied with them and the order process. I purchased another set and they sent me text updates saying my order had shipped on March 8th. It says on their site it takes up to around 6 days for them to arrive. I got nothing after several weeks. On March 24th I emailed them about the issue. I received another text update that my order has shipped. This was on March 29th. It is now May1st and still no tracking number. I assumed it was a delay or an issue with whoever is delivering. I have no idea who even has my wheels at this point. Very disappointing considering my first order from these guys went so well. I'm holding out hope the fault isn't with FI themselves.

I ordered a set of konig Countergrams on 10/2 it's been about 4 months and my order is still processing. When I ordered my wheels it said they had them in stock. They didn't. Fitment industries do email me twice a month saying thank you for your patience on this backorder, but my point is this situation could have been avoided if their inventory was updated. I very much appreciate their corporation with somewhat updating me on the status of my order. I don't want anyone to wait as long as I have to, so before you do purchase try your best to KNOW if the item you want is in stock.

Small dent on 2 wheels

Too many push emails when you have something in your cart but arent ready to buy yet

Upon delivery, 2 of the wheels had small dents in them. They werent very big, but its unfortunate that they showed up like that. Couldnt tell if it was a ups damage, or a damage from the warehouse. Didnt make a complaint because i wanted the wheels on the car asap, and didnt know if they would ask for them to be sent back. Delivery and the process of the order was quick and otherwise handled really well.

Hello all so I ordered and wheel and tire package late night picking my second choose seeing as I could find the wheels I really wanted which was cool. Next day however I saw what I've been looking for so I gave Fitment industries a call to see if I could change my order I spoke with Bryce and he was very helpful and understanding got my order changed in no time Thanks again bud. Looking forward to receiving my order.

Previously i had ordered wheels and tires but the tires were not quite what I was looking for. I had ordered a 205/50/15 for my Focus but I actually preferred the 195/45/15 on other cars, and i noticed the 205's weren't gonna work out as soon as i mounted the first wheel. Without continuing mounting the other wheels and trying to convince myself by driving that I might like them, I hit them up and told them my situation that i wanted to get the tires exchanged for a smaller size. They worked with me without much hassle and for a small fee of course. Eventually it all worked out and i got my 195/45 tires put on and i'm now rocking them with pride. Very satisfied with my purchase and with the attentive service I received. Keep it up!

HORRIBLE
December 7, 2021

I placed my order 9/25/2021, received them 10/25/2021 and they look amazing! Unfortunately I only got 3 wheels! They are fully aware that fedex only delivered "3" wheels and that the 4th wheel was never shipped out. Today makes two weeks sense we filled a clam but I have yet to received my 4th wheel or any update on fixing this issue. It really does suck that they are fully away of this issue and couldn't send me a replacement. This issue clearly has nothing todo with me, Where is customer service at this point. I shouldn't have to wait this long to get my 4th wheel.

Still Waiting...
June 4, 2021

I ordered a wheel and tire package from here on the 28th. I also ordered a shirt with them too. The shirt just got here and yet my order still has yet to move from "Order Placed" to "Being Processed" or "Shipped". I called and was told they should be shipped out by the 4th. Well today is the 4th and it's 7:00 pm in Massachusetts right now and my order is still at "Order Placed". At the least my order should be being prepped for shipping but nothing. I've already paid for everything so there should be nothing else to wait on.

The entire experience was enjoyable Fitment Industries website was easy to navigate. I was able to look at many wheel options and pictures of wrx's with them on as well as the suspension option they used and when I had a question Evan was very helpful and quick to answer my questions I will be using them for any future wheel and tire purchase can't wait to put my TS-5 on my Wrx

I bought some enkei wheels that were backordered for about 4 months until they finally went on sale again. I clicked purchase and added the some add-ons without paying too much attention. I later get an email from customer service for a return on some parts that I did not end up needing. They took the initiative to process a return for me instead of just sending me unecessary accessories. That was definitely greatly appreciated.

Good experience

I took a while to get my rims and tires but it arrived nicely packed with no damage. One thing. The tires that i bought my rims with had good reviews but they handle absolutely horrible on my q50 if possible stay away from vercelli tires get continental or similar they are handle very poorly. My oem rims with pirelli tires handle much better 8 inch wide than 9 inch wide on vercelli.

Good selection

Seems my filter for offset was completely ignored and I had to scroll through a bunch of similar offsets but they weren't the one I put in the filter. Had difficulties filtering tires too, I wanted to sort by treadwear.

User friendly website, lots of tools to help find the correct fitment, tire stretch, plus the gallery is very helpful. The Konig ampliform and Continental DWS06 Plus tires are a great combo. Email updates through the whole process and fast shipping. Would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service

I was looking for wheels and tires for car, my sales rep Luke was great, knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, answered all my question, was not pushing to make the sale told me to take my time, I was interested in a few different wheels and Luke checked the availability of all the wheels I was interested in. This sale took a few days from start to finish and Luke was available for all my question regarding wheel size and tire size, I was considering different set ups and Luke was able to give me the pros and cons of each set up. I will definitely do more business with Fitment Industries, price and products offered are top notch. My order was placed so now all I have to do is wait for my wheels and tires, I'll write a follow up review once received to comment on shipping.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!
Ordered wheel and tire package 3 months ago and was told they were on back order and I was alright with that. After 10 weeks called to check on the order (since I had not heard from them as promised) onlky to be told that the wheels were in stock with just a very slight different offset. No problem, send the wheel and tire package. Then I was told the prior order was placed with the wrong tire size for the back wheels. After confirming the new tire size, i was assured the order was placed and would have within 14 to 21 days. Fourteen days later I call to check the status, again no called to update me as promised. Only to learn that not only did they cancel 2 of the wheels and tire completely, that were going to order the wrong color.
So, Whatever you do, order from somewhere else. The people they have working there are incompetent. Now I have to start over with another provider.

I love the Anovia wheels, they arrived very quickly. The only issue I had was the lug nuts, the website did not list the ones I ordered as out of stock for months. After two weeks, I contacted customer support and the representative notified me it was out of stock until December. They helped me choose a set that was in stock, and they refunded me the difference in cost. I will be ordering my future wheels, tires, and suspension from them in the future!
