A little bit of a hassle reaching the delivery.

I know when it comes to delivery it wasn't your fault. It was a HASSLE to get a hang of roadrunners customer service when fitment industries would reach back immediately.
Update- Joey a rep from FI reached out to be more engaged and ask questions regarding this matter. When it comes to customer service with fitment industries I was already happy with the help and knowledge they provided. But then Joey made my overall experience a lot better because he took his time to listen to a customers voice. Experiences like that is what makes a customer want to purchase from you guys again. However even if my experience with the delivering carrier wasnt the best. I more then satisfied with FI's customer service and overall experience with them. I don't want other customers to experience the same thing I went through.

Anovia goes hard

Great experience turns out I didn't need Tpms sensors for my civic si and they went ahead left a voicemail and emailed me letting me know and canceled before I received the order to avoid the hassle of returning them. Great customer service too

Needs more attention

Company stocks over one million dollars in wheels and has a problem getting a $200 rim? Then the customer has to call 2weeks later to see if there was a problem with the order which there was. The financer already paid for everything now I'm paying the financer back and I'll probably already have more than half of the wheels paid off before the wheels even get shipped.

Fitment Industries attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Everything is streamlined to make an easy process for deciding what to get for my car, and the checkout process is just as easy. Just bought some coilovers, but wheels & tires are definitely down the pipeline for my car.

This was my second purchase that I have made this month (April 2020) with Fitment Industries. First was a set of wheels and tires and the most recent was a set of Silver coilovers for my 2004 Lexus is300. The team member/sales representative was Zach and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of the questions that I had. As I stated above I purchased a set of Silver brand coilovers, but I was debating between two other brands. So given the tech specs that Zach provided on each set and broke everything down for me and provided his own input, I cannot be more happy with my purchase and looking forward to receiving them and doing the installation. Once again Zach, thank you for taking the time to walk me through another great addition to my build!

Excellent customer service

My experience overall was great. My order shipped a lot faster then I expected. The order was on backorder so I was shocked. I switched my original order for something else and I was helped via email. The response was quick and they switched my order no problem.

Incomplete service

I received a paper on the package that confirms that the wheels were balanced but they were actually not balanced at all. I had to take them to get balanced and pay for that. Also I I didnt know I need hob rings for it, the website never said that I needed that.

Coilovers

I'm new to the car game, I've have been looking for some new coil overs to lower my car with. Yet I couldn't find what I wanted, until I came across this YouTube video about tein coilovers and the different types. I placed 1800 dollar order throught fitment industries and a day later somebody totalled my vw jetta. I called them twice to let them know to not ship the order because i had no vehicle to put the rims on. 2 days after my 2nd call the order shipped.
I called them back they put a note to fed ex to return the items not to deliver.
Its been 2 months and i still have no one to talk to about it? Where is my 1800 dollars? My guess is as good as yours... my advice to anyone reading this review (do not order anything from this people)
You are gonna loose your money.

After watching videos from the Fitment Industries YouTube channel and looking through the gallery of wheels and tires I made my first purchase. The website made it easy to look for what I wanted and I was even able to see what others were running. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I'll definitely have Fitment Industries as my first option in the future.

I recently bought a set of Artisa Artformed wheels and tires. After driving on the highway for the first time I noticed a really bad vibrating going on. I do have hub centering rings so this leads me to believe that the wheels weren't balanced properly which is very upsetting to me. Now I have to go spend an additional $50 - $100 to get my wheels rebalanced. Aside from that, I have no complaints. Wish I could make this a 5-star review but because of the poor balancing job, I just can't at this point in time.

Amazing!

All around experience was nice. Service top notch, and inclusivity to the process was pretty cool to be apart of.

Reason for 4 star is I wanna see more selection of offsets per wheel.
I bought the enkei Pf01 in a +42
I would have gotten the 35 if I knew it was avaliable, outside of the "this fits your car" selector. But all well.

Love my wheels!

Easy experience. Only thing I didn't love was calling in and talking to a sales rep. They assured me 100% that a 45mm offset would not rub on my car with the stock suspension and it just wasn't 100% at all based on numerous reviews on forums. I bought the 50mm offset so it's not like I suffered that consequence, and I guess we'll never know for sure. But it seemed to me like the guy was just eager to get the sale and not invested on the fit as much as I was. Glad I did my research. Everything from there on was 100%.

Fantastic website
