Fitment Industries

So far so good! Love the galleries and all of the helpful info. Wheels came early and look good. Only issue is my center caps won't fit because of the factory bearing dust caps, even though the wheels were for this specific car. Not the end of the word tho

It was easy but the wide selection made it hard to decide which set of rims and tires would be best for my car from the ones I decided that I liked. So I called them and spoke to them on the phone and after all set and done I finally made my decision and picked an awesome set of rims and tires.

Brenda was so helpful with giving her opinion on what tires would be the best option for me. Even though I know cars and what I should get. It helped with her opinion on which ones were going to be the best for my car.

Contacting them is simple and easy. They take a very long time to reply. Also they said my tires weren't on back order which I ordered them because they weren't, just to get notified that they gave those tires away to someone else and I have to wait on the back order. I asked for a refund, still haven't gotten a reply or my refund yet...

Everything was perfect. Other then they told me they would let me know when package was going to be coming because i needed to sign for it. Wheels sat for 10 days cause i figured tracking wasn't updating but they just never called. Had to make the call myself and was told "well we got a bunch of customers don't take much for you to just call up" lmao oh alright then. Other then that good.

Fitment industries hasn't gotten anything right in my order... they said my order would be guaranteed by a certain date and didn't show up till a week after the date guaranteed. After it was delivered, only 1/3 of my order was there. I had to call multiple times to try and get the rest of my order, once everything was figured out and I received my second package, only half was received. After calling multiple times yet again, I found out they weren't even going to send the rest because they messed up somewhere. When the final package was received it was in the wrong color. It's just been a joke this whole time and it's been over a month from when they said everything should have been here.

It was super easy to find a set of wheels for my car. There isn't a huge aftermarket market for my vehicle. But fitment industries made it easy to find the right wheels for my car without having to do any complicated math. Shipping was faster than expected and the selection of wheels is amazing.

I ordered my wheel and tire package about 2 weeks ago. They were scheduled to arrive today and we made appointments with the shipping company to get them today. Turns out the shipping company didn't have the product and they were still a state away. Madi, one of the customer service employees I talked to helped out tremendously. She called the shipping company in my state and the state the wheels were in to figure out what was going on. She helped out a lot. She was extremely excellent and I was very pleased.

Talked on the phone and the gentleman was quite helpful in the way that he checked on backorder stock and see it it was a false backorder. Turns out there were 3 sets left and we got the order done right then! Very helpful and detailed. Great personality as well so it was a great experience! The wheels came in sooner than expected and are beautiful on the car with perfect fitment!

After ordering a set of coilovers and receiving the wrong set, then the hassle to get my money back, I flet slighted. But Fitment industries contacted me directly to resolve the issue and turn around my experience. Initially I felt like this company was just another company that didn't care about the experience of its customers but after fitment reached out to me i now see they not only care about maintaining a good reputation but their customers as well. Will definitely return for more products in the future.

I called looking for a inquiry on specific set of wheels. I've looked on three other carriers and none of them were able to get ahold of them. Izack was a top notch guy and was able to help me find my staggered wheel set! He was quick with a quote and was open to follow up calls. Great customer service and knowledgeable people!
