We booked a deep sea charter with promises of big game fish and the equipment to catch them with. Not the case at all. The trip was in the bay only, and the equipment was so substandard it couldn't catch goldfish. We notified fishingbooker.com about being charged for one trip and taking another, no response. The only thing we received was a survey to see if we had a happy or sad face about our experience. Continued to follow up but again no response. We were taken for a boat ride. :(
We had a dry spell at the beginning but Captain Corey stuck with it and after visiting many coves and docks (enjoying the great scenery in the process) found a few great spots where we caught some great size redfish. Captain Corey stayed out longer than advertised just so we could catch some big ones. Much fun!

I use to get most of my work as a sub contractor to other fishing companies. I was a better guide and have more experience than all of the other companies that fish my waters. The money wasn't great being a substitute guide. Then I joined fishing booker, it was unbelievable how many clients I got from fishing booker. I do not even sub for other companies anymore. Fishing booker has me getting bookings 11 months in advance at times. Without a doubt use fishing booker, for what ever fishing you're trying to do. I fish from the shore and they get me booked. They'll get you booked too.

To Hot To Handle fishing charter put us on the fish and treated us like family. It was the best fishing trip I have ever had. I highly recommend fishing with Captain Eric and his son Lane. I will definitely use them again.

Crew was waiting at the end of the dock and we left on time for our 4 hour fishing trip. Crew had beers we requested and took us to areas were we caught fish. Had a great time and can't wait to book again!

This was the first time using Fishingbooker scheduling a fishing trip out of the country. It was very easy to use, I liked that I could contact the captain at any time to get updates about our trip and it included all the information on where to go.

Boat and gear were in good shape. Captain Kevin was great with the kids and knew right where to go to get good bites. Mostly catch and release and even managed to pull a couple quality red fish onto boat!

Booked a trip with fishingbooker. Spoke with the captain and was told to be there at 6:15 AM. Called captain multiple times with no answer. Spoke with other guides and they said he did the same thing. Fishingbooker canceled and refunded but didn't let me leave a review for the guide. He still has 5 stars on their website
Family fun. Two uncles with four kids from 6-14. Great time, fun fishing with the family. We caught fish the kids have never seen before. With or without prior fishing experience, stop looking further. Hire this boat and tip well.

I downloaded the FishingBooker app to book an experience for my husband, daughter and her three friends - 4 new 16 year old "fisher girls!" My Husband and I were so excited to take them for their first offshore big fishing trip. Long story short, we booked a very expensive trip and the captain called to "give us a better experience" but changed us to the next day. Well, the next day came and we never heard from him - Capt Ron, Fishhawk Charters. My Husband frantically started calling and texting; I got on the app to try to find another charter but to no avail. Devastating! All the sudden, I got a random number calling on my phone. I answered it, and it was Chloe from FishingBooker. She not only knew about the problem, but had already started calling other captains and charters trying to find something for us! She stayed with me for over two hours until she found a charter for us in the morning - This was at 9 PM!
We have not had customer service like this in years from any company. Not only was she, friendly and diligent, she was proactive in texting me and calling me and didn't stop until she found one. It was truly impressive and quite overwhelming in a great way! I haven't felt so cared for by a company and I really long time.(FishingBooker… give Chloe a raise!) The captain of our trip was very knowledgeable and provided clear and helpful instructions to enhance our experience. I took my two boys, ages 11 & 12, and he was very patient with us, put the bait on all the rods, and handled all the fish we caught. Very nice and accommodating.

Using FishingBooker was a great way to find a charter captain and compare prices. The one stop shopping idea is extremely useful and convenient. Reading the reviews was especially helpful to find out the personality of the guide and to find out if clients enjoyed the charters and if they had fun as well as fishing success. I would definitely use it again.
My 12 year old son wanted to fish on our trip to San Diego. This "event" provided a stress-free way for us to enjoy fishing without worrying about equipment and location. We got to enjoy being out in the bay, in beautiful weather, and fish for several hours! We fished at various locations and got to see the bay, in addition to catch (and release) some fish!

I am hooked on Jack Crevalle the way they fight and are tougher to still live afterwards. Andy Janoski was superior and made the adventure a wonderful memory for us until next time with him. His knowledge and patience is stellar. I will be knocking at his door again in the near future.
After my initial booking through FishingBooker was cancelled by the captain I contacted FishingBooker directly. They were prompt with their response and helped me find a good captain within my budget who was Perfect.

Easy to book online. Captain Mike of Corks and Croakers was great he took time to teach my 9 year old grandson some helpful things.
Captain stayed out fishing past cut off to try and find more redfish. We will be back.

I was referred the name of the boat that I should book by another fisherman who was fully-booked. I did a google search and I thought i was accessing the boat directly to contact them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I was booking through a third-party and now I've screwed myself out of $150 dollars.
Be aware! If someone else refers you to a boat/business make sure you go direct to them and not through this so-called service.

We take reports of this policy being breached very seriously, and we followed up with Captain John to make sure the trip went ahead according to our policy. He confirmed that you paid his regular price for a full day trip, which is also what's advertised on FishingBooker and his own website.

We booked a trip for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 9 yrs old - 14 yrs old. We had a wonderful time and caught many fish. The crew was fantastic and we kept them busy baiting and taking fish off the lines. Sometimes we have 3 or 4 people have fish on the line at the same time. Great experience.

Fishing Booker was good with the follow up but BlueFinn Charters took us out when there was a small craft warning one day. In our next day the seas were even worse 10-12) so we canceled directly with the captain who then refused to fully refund for the day. I understand he needs to make a living but this was dangerous and we should have been refunded the entire day despite what his faulty refund policy states.

Harry, we're sorry your trip couldn't go ahead and that we couldn't reach an agreement between you and the captain about the deposit refund. On our end, we refunded the amount that had been paid to us for the trip that had been canceled, but unfortunately we aren't able to step in with the funds that were paid directly to the captain. We understand how disappointing this must have been for you and hope we can help you arrange a more successful trip soon.
