Bought what they called apple air pod pros but after delivery and checking with apple the serial number shows as being a spoof. These are cheap chinese knockoffs that they are trying to pass as real apple product. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on 12/05/20, then was charged again on 12/6/20 (which I did not approve) I tried contacting the company immediately, with no success via the phone. After four email attempts I did receive a response a week later, they Investigated the matter and concluded that I did place the order. I asked to be provided with the information they found to come to that conclusion and received an very unprofessional email back. I attached the email exchange below. I have not received my original purchase either. I would stay away from this company, I wish I had.

The Apple AirPod Pro headphones they sell are not fake, but they are defective warranty returns which they sell as "new". FirstDealSavings make a return/exchange near impossible. Even though they say on their website that they exchange defective products, they do not respond in hopes that customers just give up. You also cannot get your money back, only store credit.
Any positive feedback they have on the web must be generated by them because this company does not deliver a product they stand behind.

Ordered air pods only to receive a card in the mail for "air pod warranty". Rechecked my Oder and according to advertisement I purchased actual air pods and not just a Warranty. I emailed company they sent a very aggressive email back and told me I would not be given a refund. I filed a complaint through my credit card company and stopped payment. Do not deal with this company!

Ordered AirPods Pro on Dec 6,2020. A shipping label was made on Dec 10 and it "shipped" on 16 Dec. The USPS has confirmed that they never received any item and that only a label was created. They cannot help me and said I'll have to communicate with the company directly. This, to my knowledge and effort, is impossible.

I'll be reporting to the BBB as I have tried reaching out to the company multiple times via phone and messaging to no avail. Hopefully you read this before going with them, because if you are like me, it is already too late.

It looks like the few who got an item was fake anyway so there's that. I guarantee you the 5 star reviews are fake.

I ordered an AirPods from FirstDeal Superstore and have never received near one month after. Called them and no way to get through. Wrote them several emails and never received their response. Come to this site and found so many complaint. The business is hoax!

As soon as this company got my credit card number the instantly charged me for $93 for a pair of Apple earbuds. I very patiently waited for the show up and they never did. To call their phone number is a joke it is nothing but a prompt to trying to sell you from a health alert button to car insurance or even drug addiction. I personally would just like to have the item that I was charged for. Shame on me for not reading the reviews on this because they're very bad so here's another one for you First Deal! Just a suggestion would be to change your name from first deal to bad deal.

They put a time count down for a 2021 version of AirPod pro. I rushed to buy it and I purchased I noticed that they renew the count down again for this deal. I was at the Best Buy site and they just popped up. The item arrived after 24 days but it does not work. I tried to contact them to return the item but they do not respond to emails and phone calls. Beware, they are crooks SOBs. Do NOT buy anything from them. You will regret if you do. I wish I saw their reviews before my transaction with these SOBs.

Please whatever you do, do NOT purchase from this website. I ordered a Dyson Hair Dryer on 1/20/21 for $242 (Retailed at $400) and fell in for the bait. Of course they took my money right away within 24 hours and after my money was taken they have yet to update my order. It has been a week now and I've sent out an email to cancel my order and refund, no response. I called the "customer service" number that is on the website, a total joke getting patched through, no one answers EVER. I left a review and it says it will be posted once its confirmed by a moderator lol. Anyway, STAY AWAY FROM FIRSTDEAL SUPERSTORE.

I ordered air pod pros on the Dec 7th. They're site assured it would be delivered before the 24th. Sent them an email a few days later and they replied on the 13th with a form letter about how it had shipped and blaming USPS/COVID and still saying it would arrive before the 24th. On the 15th tracking finally showed that only a label had been made and USPS had not received the package. Finally got the package on Jan 2, over a week after it was promised. Also it came in a flat envelope with a small zip lock bag containing just the air pods, holder and charging cable, no box or instructions, This leads me to believe they are either selling seconds or returned items. You also can't get a real person to respond to emails or phone calls. I will never buy from them and will advise everyone to stay away from these guys.

If I could do zero stars I would! They hide inside transparency mode description the fact they are used! Why not post it and be honest. Please please do not buy from this company. They are very shady about everything they do. And of course they say they will NOT give you your money back only give you more crappy used item according to their website. Because there is no customer service only recordings that lead you to more recordings RUN!

This place is a scam everythings used and they won't list it as such and they'll tell u it'll come befor xmas when u ordered it a month in advance but really it wont cause there scam artist hope the BBB gets this place shut down

Zero Rating. Do not do business them. No merchandise sent. They are impossible to contact and use all efforts to lie and fight you when you dispute our credit card charges.

I bought from this company on 12/8/20 to take advantage of a black friday/cyber sale. My credit card was charged. I received a tracking number on 12/11/20, but no updates since 12/16/20. I tried contacting the company by email and phone (no option to talk to a person - only a long automated message and phone tree). At this point it is 12/23/20 and there is still no updates or any way to get in touch with someone about my missing item. I am starting to believe this company is a scam and will be contacting my credit card company to see if there is any way to cancel the order.

I did contact the USPS who confirmed they received the package and it was delayed. Sure enough, I did received the apple airpods I ordered, however they did not come in the standard apple packaging and are likely fake. 1) The serial number on the inside of the apple airpods don't register on the apple website. 2) When you connect the device, it should say the serial number under the bluetooth information and as you can see from my screen shot it does not. 3) Also kind of sketchy - when they synced, this random song (screen shot below) started playing and Apple Music app automatically connected and tried to bring up this page (screen shot below). So I don't know if this is also going to download malware onto my iphone.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. End of story.

Here's the deal. Went to the post office here in Naples on December 22nd. They looked up their internal tracking for the number that was provided. They said the package has never reached any USPS facility. It isn't shipped however they did say I paid for it. I gave them 2 choices via email which is the only thing you can do. No response. One, ship the items via Fedex for next day delivery. Or second, if that does not work for you I will cancel with my credit card company. After looking at your reviews I am seeing extremely negative reviews with respect to Air Pods not being received as well as many being refurbished or even fakes where your website does not disclose any of that. They then, after a formal complaint to BBB and 2 bad reviews that I posted they shipped on the 27th. What I received were not 2 new airpods but 2 in a plastic bag. This was a gift for someone and was ordered in plenty of time. IO since purchased new ones from Best Buy that were actually new and in proper packaging. I have since filed a complaint with the credit card company. I have a ton of attachments including what they sent compared to actual new Apple Airpods as well as their description from their website.

Part 2. I phoned Apple this morning to register one of the two they sent only to find out they are out of warranty. They said they are not new or even refurbished and that someone else bought them and had them replaced on October 4th 2020. Bottom line is they are selling used, out of warranty merchandise. This place should be closed down. Case number from Apple **************

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CIMPANY! They sell fraudulent products, do not answer phone calls, do not answer emails, do not give back the promised refund within 15 days and the credit card companies will not help the customer to get their money back. Claimed to be selling apple Ipods: they were not!

I was ripped off over $100 and they responded saying it was in transit but the fedex tracking is phony.
