Impossible. They have a phone number with a never ending phone tree and additional advertisements. Messaging though the site is easy, but they have yet to respond to me after multiple attempts in almost two months.

Ordered on 12/6/20 and still don't have the item. It was "guaranteed deliver by 12/24/20". This company is a scam.
