Ordered item on 12/6/20. They were very quick to send order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation with a tracking number but never actually shipped the product! They only created a shipping label which initiated the tracking number and then charged my credit card. I have yet to get a response from First Deal despite numerous attempts to reach them via email and phone. After over a month of trying to contact them, tracking the package using the tracking number they provided, and still never receiving the item, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Good news is that they actually responded to my credit card company, Bad news is that they LIED to them and submitted false "delivery confirmation" information which was sadly very easy to prove was false based on the documentation from First Deal that I submitted. BEWARE this is a sham company that is trying to take your money and then just hoping that you'll give up trying to complain because it takes so long. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Ordered AirPods on December 4th and they still haven't came in! I know First Deal Savings has amazing prices, but it's a SCAM. Do not waste your money
I'm concerned as I placed an order a few days ago, my card was charged, but still no shipping confirmation, despite the fact that I e-mailed them and asked for an update. Their website still indicates "payment accepted" as the order status. I will update this review should my experience change with them. It seems odd that the other reviews have had the opposite experience that I did - especially since one was posted today. Makes me wonder if these are real customers' reviews...
UPDATE: I received a USPS confirmation number but checking the USPS website, that just means a shipping label was created. The package still has not shown up to a USPS facility. Before I received the tracking number, I sent an e-mail to First Deal Savings asking about one. They are saying I will receive it before Christmas, and are blaming USPS for delayed deliveries. Ummm, not USPS' fault if they're not taking the package to be shipped! Having read other recent negative reviews, this company still seems very very fishy. Probably best to stay away and order from a company you trust. As someone else mentioned, you can't SPEAK to anyone if you call their customer service number. It's all recordings.
8 days later and no answer to my emails, can't talk to anyone, and no AirPod pros (2021s). So not ok!

Great site. Fast shipping. Their email answers were practically moment for every one of my inquiries. I felt extremely happy with managing them, they truly treated us right.
My order came on time and that's saying alot right now that they're able to deliver without delays. I really appreciate the fast service.
