Poor service! Experiencing an issue with an incorrect product, I initiated a return request. Unfortunately, the request has been rejected, causing frustration.
I brought Night suit from firstcry but i received only tshirt not pant and when i requested for return it bcs of missing pant they cancelled my request by given reason from our side we delivered proper pair.
This Company is fraud and making customers fool. Very disappoint by there response.
I bought a notepad and when my order arrived Firstcry delivered someone else's order to me. They are not refunding me and making me wait 10 days to get the wrong item picked up only to put the credit back on their app in their wallet, as they want me to shop again. I'm

Firstcry chooses areas where product cannot be picked up and deliver damaged goods, even it is a metropolitian city. They dont take responsibilty for delivering damaged products. Customer service always dont have a solution for the issue. Worst ecommerce company i have ever seen.

The agent or the delivery person at Chiengkonpang, Churachandpur, Manipur were very very disappointed: they didn't pick up the phone for any queries and confirmation of the order. They always ignore the call of the customers. It really hurt the sentiment of the people who love the product s of FIRSTCRY.
As I had ordered a product for my Son's annaprashana with annaprashan ceremony hanging swirls n banner i finished the ceremony much earlier... So was not in need of that anymore, though it was a non returnable product Mr Keshav helped me with it for a return as the pack was unopened...
If you want to order from Firstcry make sure you opt of cash on delivery as there is NO guarantee you will receive the product so if you have already paid, good luck with getting the refund...ordered a baby item, waited for the item patiently for more than 9 days, No Site takes that much time pertaining to where I live, but here we are, finally thought of cancelling the order as soon as I logged in, to may surprise they had already cancelled the item, no info, message, nothing...pathetic...

I have ordered many products more than three times with First cry.com. First time everything seemed good. Second time clothes quality was low and sent wrong size. And this time tentative delivery dates of products misguided too much. For few products it was displaying two day delivery for the given area pin code. After placing the order it's showing some other delivery date and one of the most important item I have cancelled due to delivery date.
Customer service is very poor. No chats with customer care representatives available. If you email about your query they won't respond. Sometimes they will reject your email.
I was FirstCry's most regular customer. Since August 2019 until now (March 2020), I have been buying stuff off FirstCry, spending thousands and thousands of rupees on them. But their customer service is the worst. There is no option to chat with someone online. The bot on their website, Fisty is the most useless help assistant ever. I made two transactions on their website recently. Both failed but my account got debited twice. I am still waiting for my refund. If and when it comes, they credit it to your FC wallet, not your bank. I am NEVER EVER going to shop on FirstCry again.
This is the second time it's happened, first time firstcry send us a damage sipper for my son and they replaced it finally after 1 month approx.
Now i have ordered a scooter for my son and the quality is so poor. Seat quality worst my son fallen and got his head cut also swelled. I asked them that i want to get refund and will buy a car but they are sending the same scooter again.
Pathatic service...the brand is loosing it's value as they don't value their customers.
The worst when it comes to customer care, a pickup is scheduled since 14th of last month, and is still under process, the courier partner doesn't bother picking up calls, firstcry customer care keeps sending mails asking for 72 hrs. But till today these people haven't been able to arrange for a pickup
1. They send old products (baby gripe water was 1+ year old), when I called them for replacement they said there is one more year left to expire and asked me to use that.
2. Thier Same day delivery and next day delivery is to Fool customers. Suddenly shipping date change to 5+ days. And when I called them they just said "Shipping is not guaranteed".
3. When I cancel delayed delivery product (as we can't wait for weeks for stuff like diapers), Then they deduct 50 Rupees and when I asked for full refund, as it was thier fault of delayed delivery, They said no.
4. Biggest fraud is thier Pricing. Initially they show 10/15% discount, but later they add GST and charge more money.
Atleast Amazon shows discounted price including tax and shipping is guaranteed and they don't loot thier customers.
Be cautious before buying from Firstcry.
Poor delivery and service. Not yet delivered my shipment yet, 20 days had been passed since the order had placed. And very poor support system they have, if u call their staff regarding the delivery he will tell u to call tomorrow. I had already paid for the product to Firstcry and it is a gift for a newborn and now I regret why I paid first to this store and didn't receive my product yet. Delivery status is Out for Delivery through ExpressBees for around 12 days. I had attached the screenshot of Tracking order as well for showing how firstcry set fake reasons by itself for non-delivery.
We're ordered for pram in firstcry, the product what they delivered is damaged, old & faded, when i contacted to customer support, they're very rude, when i requested for replacement or refund, they told no! They dono how to treat the customer, don't take customer suggestion, they only convey what they want to do, while speaking they disconnected my call
Such a fraud company, very bad gui. In my case shipment status is delivered but not deliver to me. They are not refunding my money even in mail they admit that actual delivery never happen but always they will send a mail wait for 72 hrs. Avoid purchase from such a scam company

What happened to my delivery problem, first cry? I received reminders every day that it would arrive but do nothing. It was so disheartening to try and return an order but be denied because it was out for delivery.
I bought a trampoline 10feet. After less than 1 year, the lock that closes it broke down. My kids fell out of the trampoline. I called them and asked them to replace it or just give me the broken spare part.
After weeks of delay, they sent me a message saying that they don't have the replacement part. The only solution they gave was to buy a new trampoline
Damaged products delivered. Took 10 days to initiate pickup and to complement that their delivery partner is not interested in picking up the item. Both firstcry and expressbee are brothers in hand with no use in today's world where competition is offering better price and delivery options.
Answer: It's a scam, Click baiting, firstcry can't believe this. I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE
