Never ever order on online first cry. Worst service. I ordered a bowl for my daughters first solid food eating function on October 30th.They have mentioned it will be delivered on 31st. Today November 1st still not delivered and it's function today. Couldn't reach the customer service, its a bot and if we call local store to get any number of warehouse, they are talking unprofessional and not giving number. Worst service. Will never order in first cry henceforth.
The service is extremely disappointing. They refuse to accept their mistakes and instead blame the customer. I ordered shoes for my kids, and due to a size issue, I requested an exchange. However, the new pair also had a size issue, so I opted for a return. Although the return process was completed, they refused to refund my money, claiming I returned the wrong product. This was clearly a logistics error, but they still won't take responsibility and instead blame the customer, ending with 'we can't do anything.' #PatheticService #FirstCryFake #FirstCryFraud
We ordered baby pampers from FirstCry.com,which is online purchasing. We regret why we purchased through online because we didn't receive the product till date. I went ask about the the product in offline service, went to directly to the shop. They responded as we were not connected to FirstCry.com online purchasing that was made me upset. Then I put complaint about this on online, we didn't receive any reply from their side. Don't purchase through online ( the shipment was cancelled) xpressbees shipment name one of worst service.more we couldn't cancel the product also. Such an irritating service.

To whoever is supposed to be incharge of your online orders app or anything. Please know that you are doing the absolute rubbish job. My account and my husbands account has been suspended for bulk purchasing. Buying 2 packs of diapers is bulk?. I have a 10 month old and a 2 year old. I order 2 packs of diapers each. So in your pathetic system that's bulk?. Are you guys working there or having a lazy day work all year round?. Basically your colleague on a call told me your account is useless now, you cannot order again as our system picks up that you are ordering in bulk. Some scripted one sentence answer. You are backed my whatever big names and investors but can't fix a system that you own?. Please review your own service and train your customers representative better to help and not to infuriate customers further.
They will offer better prices to sell defective products. No return will be available, you will be compelled to accept the items. Worst service, no customer support available. For all queries you will get digital replies only.
Ordered a baby girl ruffled frock with matching headband. I bought the product for the coordinated headband but never recieved it in the package which was delivered to me. Dress quality is okay but apart from the missing piece, packaging quality is extremely poor. Customer service is just as pathetic as their packaging. If anyones looking for a good product delivery with satisfaction, please stay away from Firstcry
I had ordered a stroller which I want to return it back. Spoke to executives multiple time and they have pissed me off. Attached are the order details and return policy for this clearly returnable product. I tried everything to explain the executive but they unable to even understand the least. I am again raising the return request and if it does not get processed, I am uninstalling the firstcry app in my mobile. And if need comes I am ready to fight it in consumer courts.
The experience on getting a prompt answer for delivery failure is a complete disappointment. The automated reply is not helping and the reason stated for unsuccessful delivery is not correct as well. I have been purchasing from multiple online platforms and this has been the worst experience.
I ordered a expensive toy. Did not get it as promised. So canceled it 8 days later instead of my refund the toy came. Running from pillar to post for my refund. Biggest cheats. Beware of this company shame on AB for advertising for it.
As I had ordered a product for my Son's annaprashana with annaprashan ceremony hanging swirls n banner i finished the ceremony much earlier... So was not in need of that anymore, though it was a non returnable product Mr Keshav helped me with it for a return as the pack was unopened...
Very poor quality clothes they keeping not reliable and customer care service is also bad they just know to say sorry but don't accept their poor service they are providing. I bought jeans for my son on this site it's tearing first wear where touching pant it's tearing tales and stories brand.
I had a pathetic experience with firstcry, I had ordered one product and was found to be of wrong size for my kid, i requested for replace/refund but they refused me saying you only ordered that. I mean so cheap policies that these guys are only money minded, they hardly give heed to customer satisfaction or after sale services. I will not suggest you guys to shop from this site.
I ordered a stream iron from this website it was not working as expected so initiated the return on the very same day but support guys did not initiated the return to vendor and hence the return got rejected because of their fault. And no one ever bothered to reply my emails. Totally pathetic customer support.
Worst management ever came across. Made purchase on 20, feb, 2022 and requested for return and Refund. Still waiting for money back. Two times I got email that says refund process faild due to technical error and to wait 10-15 working days for each.
It's a million question to order again or not.

I have been purchasing products in first cry app regularly. Recently I noticed that the billing during checkout is not fair. The bill was undergoing fraud. I think this trick was being done for every person purchasing through app. Very bad from your side. You were charging extra 500 to 2000 rs everytime during checkout. I have been watching this from the last 2 purchases.
At First you will show offers, after adding the items into the cart, suddenly the total billing changes. Suppose if we order for 2775, during check out it is showing 3363 rs. Around 600 rs extra. Later if we apply coupon code we will get around 200rs off, but 400 extra. Very bad service. Please correct your billing procedure, otherwise dont attract public with your offers and discounts. Very bad experience
Please don't buy without seeing checkout billing
It just took really one month delay after the date of delivery for us to receive the order and they dont even have proper communication between them and delivery partners. When other online platforms are so good and fast with their delivery systems
I had a very bad experience with firstcry i returned a product worth rs2000 and did not get the refund amount. I have send so many mails but no response. There robotic answers are useless. I recommend not to buy anything from this site they are fraud.
These shameless people don't have dignity. My mom is 69 years and I ordered n10 for her. Their only motto and their company agenda is to use your money and they will give you a total different product and then will play and will keep playing there is no direct number to reach these scammers. They don't care if it's for medicine emergency. After sending me wrong product they say they cannot give me the original one. This site should be banned and all their scams are planned
My baby is just 5 months old but I had ordered 12-18 month size product, still it's too small for my baby, so kindly go for the bigger one, first cry should go through it, because no child will be so small at the age of 1.

I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE
