I had ordered a stroller which I want to return it back. Spoke to executives multiple time and they have pissed me off. Attached are the order details and return policy for this clearly returnable product. I tried everything to explain the executive but they unable to even understand the least. I am again raising the return request and if it does not get processed, I am uninstalling the firstcry app in my mobile. And if need comes I am ready to fight it in consumer courts.
