Firstcry is showing the discount and offers kine but at their outlet they are just robbing the customers. They are not providing any discount or offer even though charging a hight amount of GST. But when your are purchasing online they are not including extra tax charges.
The quality is very bad
Scammer Number 1 they adds the club membership to your order by default and charge your around 300 rupees. When you contact they will say its not refundable and you can use the membership service as they can't refund its a day light roberry
I have buy baby massage oil and i have received damaged product and they have not even exchange. Do not buy anything from firstcry.com, its my request to all the parents.
The worst online shopping app/site and customer care. I booked an after pregnancy belt for my wife, the website does not have an option to select the size. Instead they have different sizes listed as different items. I did not notice that there's a size mentioned while booking. However, I noticed the size mentioned in the package that was delivered to me.
I tried to do a refund. But refund was blocked. I called Customer care and told them the item was not opened and was sealed as it was delivered. But, apparently they are ordered by their management to not process refunds regardless of anything the customer says. RUDE! Just RUDE!
I should have believed the reviews online.

Ordered 4 pcs if jewellery. One product, a necklace, was totally different than ordered. Not matching even 1%. This shows company has no quality controls. Another product, a bracelet, ordered of adult size but a similar product of a new born baby was sent. One item was OK. Delivery of the fourth item was not taken because of prior experience. Requested for refund to which firstcry agreed but didn't pick up the product in next 3 days and I left for another city. Moreover, firstcry advised that they will credit the amount in my wallet which can be used for future purchases. Overall customer service is abysmal. Delivery was pathetically slow. Took around 10 days to deliver. Firstcry is not supplying items ftom their own store but thtough other vendors over which it has no control. Avoid buying from firstcry or you lose money as I have.
I ordered ozocheck thermometer in firstcry app... it's not working gud every time different reading no return available n when I check to other site then I realised i pay just double amount in same product don't buy on firstcry...i attached screenshot with my review plz check
Ordered a pinekid watch for my kid as he open the parcel on his birthday the watch was damaged.
And I never Purchased China item for the concern of reliability...your website is giving description that this is made in india but on watch it's written made in China
Why are you providing wrong description...no where on watch it's mention That the company is pinekids seems like a cheap and duplicate product only by taking the watch from packet all parts come out as it's seem broken watch fix very wisely.

I did not receive their product which they claim they have sent to me. Instead of valuing their old clients claim and checking with their courier service, they outrightly closed my request. Highly arrogant and unprofessional attitude. Would never recommend this site to anyone.
I placed order on 4th Oct 2022 and the Expected delivery date was 10th Oct 2022. But still (17th Oct 2022) not delivered. When we contact customer care means one voice boat will respond and disconnect the call. When we contact Courier partner Xpressbees they wont even attend the call, due to higher wait duration, we unable to connect the call, try after some time or email to us and then they IVR disconnect the call. Guys be aware of these type of pathetic website or app don't order for Firstcry.com. Fully money minded and fake promising side.
Product is picked up 2 months back but there are not ready to initiate the refund.
They are giving the reason as they did not find the product in the warehouse and they cant refund the amount.
I am writing mail from past 2 months and they are not even bothered to call me.

Purchasing from First Cry was my biggest mistake.
Would advise everyone to purchase from Amazon as their Return policy is 100 times better. I purchased a pregnancy pillow from First Cry - it came vaccum packed in a tiny box. I opened & didn't like it. Since it was within the return period I requested for a return. The customer service agent (Mr Mohamed Hussein) wanted me to pack the 5 feet pillow back into the tiny box inorder to approve my return... absolutely ridiculous & senseless as it needs to be vaccum pressed to fit back into the tiny box. He never bothered justifying the rejection. Seems like the company was desperate to sell priducts. Sincere advise to everyone - pls buy stuff from. Amazon as their Return policy is 100 times better & hassle free - something that's very much required for online shopping...& online shopping is something which First Cry must shut down immediately as the whole purpose of online shopping is defeated with service like this.

The customer service is pathetic. Not willing to help the customer. It has changed over the years. I have been a regular customer of FirstCryBut my recent experience was very bad. Delivered a poor quality product and not ready to exchange it coz I put the request 3hours later before it's closing window ( coz it was ordered from London) Requested to transfer the credit where I can immediately buy another item. Baby care teether recieved unpacked and full of dirt! And since they don't have return policy for baby care products you will suffer! Another item received twice with the wrong size, they deliver the next day but return is such a pain. I don't recommend this website at all
There is no customer care...only digital cc with limited queries...if I want to complaint about something what should I do...ridiculous...there is no immediate action.
I ordered a nutribullet as it seemed like a good deal. As I had seen many bad reviews I decided on the cash on delivery option. When it arrived I asked to check the product first, again due to numerous bad reviews. The delivery person said I had to pay first, then I could check. This raised alarm bells as I felt he would not return my money if I was not satisfied with the product. Definitely would not recommend them.
On 3rd June 2020, I placed an order for Philips Avent Natural teats & chicco baby buds. Their website had advertised Philips Avent Natural 2.0 - Pack of 4 teats, so I placed an order for 2 packs in total I should receive 8 teats(I have screenshots of their advertisement for proof). On 4th June afternoon (prompt delivery) I received my package, it contained 2 sets with 2 teats each, instead of 8 teats, I received only 4. So i immediately called up and informed them. They asked me for photos and I sent all the requested proof by email. After repeated follow ups yesterday evening, a lady calls up to inform that it was a tying error from their end. It is not 1 set with 4 quantities but 1 set with 2 teats only. So they can't refund as per their policy neither they can do anything. I requested for a written mail on their response and I am yet to receive one from them. Please be aware when you purchase from this site.
Hilarious experience, should never pay then in advance they show product delivered, where product is never delivered.No customer support exey response just ask customer again n again to register complain, where no response is made. Wastage of hard earned money and time
Order from my daughter dress from first cry first time and my experienced with first cry is very bad.
The courier partner used by first is very bad that it comes late and not a single call connected by its delivery boy and you get a fake message that the Customer not available at given address and not reachable over phone and when you revert back on the no of delivery boy his not shown switch off.
With these type of experience i never ever again visit on first cry.

I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE
