Worst service and it was my first, I ordered an item several days ago and they did not get back to me when I called them they told we will check, a few minutes later they canceled my order because the item I ordered is not available!
I requested for the refund and they told me we will do it manually and it will take up to 15 working days!

I ordered snuggy packets twice on firstcry. Both reached till the destination. But insted of contacting me they returned the packet saying not deliverable. Once a delivery boy contacted me and said the consignment is huge so cant deliver. When tried to reach the customer support they said I wasn't available which means the delivery boy have updated so insted of delivering the product.
If they are not interested in delivering the packet, then why are they running an online store.
I have ordered an item and tentative date was 24 jul. Till now i didnt recieve any item and tracking company is atmost worst as Firstcry who dont know what to say. Currently it says returned in tracking status. Whenever a query was raised Firstcry just close it without a solution. Worst and worst. I am planning to file a legal complaint against them.
Dont buy from Firstcry. They are not delivering item and making status it is delivered. After you will contact to Customer care but they will not give you proper answe. In this way they are looting people. Firstcry managment are very unskill and non professional.

Regrettably, I have yet to receive a single response. Despite assurances over the phone that I would receive a reply within 24 hours, I have been met with silence and inaction.
On top of this, last Saturday, I was assured by one of your representatives that all items would be returned, and arrangements would be made for a prompt collection by your delivery team within 24 hours. However, no action has been taken thus far, and there has been no communication regarding the return process.
Additionally, I followed the instructions provided by "Omer" from your team to send product photos and details for a replacement, yet I have not received any response to that either. It is incredibly frustrating to experience such a lack of accountability and efficiency in handling customer concerns.
I want to emphasize that my request for the latest manufacturing date was not arbitrary; it was made out of genuine concern for my baby's well-being. While the product may not have expired, I specifically requested the latest manufacturing date for peace of mind. This request was communicated clearly through multiple channels before placing the order.
Guys now firstcry is providing 8yr child cloth with a option of new born. Sit with a inch tape to measure coz Dey cn gv any size even if u r opting for new born. They have partnered with most lazy, sleepy courier service (xpressbee)
They sleep over your item, i have made 2 separate order on 09/10/20, which was shipped/hand over to Xpressbee courier on 10/10/2020, yet 1 order is in the destination city and 2nd one has not moved at all.
While tracking on 13th, for last 4days item is still at the same location and xpressbee has changed delivery date to 17th oct now.
Xpressbee courier service has no value for time. And they have some lazy people in there team as well
And all the time they are calling for the new products the product are also poor and im not satisfied with there customers service no and there cutomers who they delivered to us and my product are also not return it have been 2half month

1).discount is not applicable on all products.club members and non club members are getting same discount on their most of the products.
2)after club membership you still need to pay shipping charge of minimum order of 299 INR.

Despite doing multiple calls and mails no one has visited to correct the defect nor replacement has been provided.
My sons 1 st birthday is on 5 th feb and his birthday gift is not there,just because of your team slow response.
If you want to cheat customer and parents at least say so,so we can make other arrangements.
Revert back only if you are resolving the issue or enjoy your team brutal suppression of parents feelings.
