I ordered a blazer set for my kid from first cry and the tee shirt was missing. I asked them to return it. They keep canceling my request. Worst site. I won't be shopping here anymore.

The are trying to fool us. I got nearly 18 products, out of which 1 was damaged. I asked for return on the same day on which I got the products. They said they will collect it withing 10days. They did not. So I made a customer care call twice within a span of 5days. They said they will pick up the product within 24hours. But it's been more than 5days none of them cam to pick up. Simply sending messages that some one will come to pick up if I call that person he is telling I am delivery man so I dont know. And again I am getting more than 40 messages mentioning that I was not available to collect the product. Why you are trying to cheat others.
In the following matter amount is deducted my account 5 Dec 2022,i returned original product but delivered boy accept my original product and change my order to warehouse otherwise delivery boy how to accept return order and change my parcel at warehouse its big scandal in Company Name Misuse i cancelled order but not credited in my account till date.
NEVER BUY A THING FROM FIRSTCRY MY ORDER IS OVERDUE FOR OVER 10 DAYS. CONTACT THEM AND THE MAIL IS FORWARDED TO A THIRD PARTY COURIER WHO WOULD NOT BE OF ANY HELP. FIRSTCRY SEEMS TO WASH OFF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AFTER PASSING THE GOODS TO A COURIER COMPANY
Pathetic Customer care, sometimes pathetic and poor quality diapers, always delays in the delivery specially whenever ordered for the next day delivery product.

I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
My order has not been delivered - no contact from logistic either. However the status shows as delivered - i have contacted first cry team and updated them - every single day they called to check if product received & responded with 10 days for resolution - after 10 days absolute no contacted 5 days later i contacted again after 2 days of run around they say 10 days! I insisted on speaking to a supervisor who says i have an update you have received it and therefore no issue to resolve!
I insisted on putting a conf call with deliv person and they claim they cannot disclose personal company updates ---- FIRSTCRY is liar and cheats - i should have stuck to amazon and flipkart! NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I SHOP AT #FIRSTCRY

I purchased suite for my kid and it was manufacturing defect. When I called the customer care they informed that return window has been closed but still you have 3 more days if is there any issue with Quality. When I send an email with the proof they said that it is not possible to return because its a manufacturing Defect and doesn't comes under return policy. Wasted almost 3 hrs on call but same response from all the 3 agent. Want to mention 3 agent name Abhinav, Gourav(esc desk) and Kailash Sr TEam Leader Who disconnected my call without providing any resolution. They simply denied for providing any support. Please DONOT purchase any product from First cry specially for baby. I think it's a fake or fraud website. PLEASE BE AWARE before purchasing any iteam from FIRST CRY.
Firstcry delivers defective products and just discredit customers's words by stating its superior quality
Worst customer service I have seen. I bought a stroller worth 5000AED. 2days and I found a manufacturing problem in the legs of the stroller and so I called FIRSTCRY to come and inspect it. They did after a week and then the confirmed the defect and 3 weeks later they have not come back to replace it.
Been calling them since 12pm today to collect it and they did not send anyone till now even thought they "promised" they will be here by 6pm.
Our product is Shipped, Shipped and Shipped. That's all I get to know. No further status. Kick out your robot customer service and recruit human instead. Human are better..
