I was very skeptical of ordering a TV on eBay. I asked lots of questions, and received quick responses. This was a birthday gift for my husband.! It arrived in perfect condition on his big day. The TV is absolutely wonderful. I would not hesitate to purchase anything in the future.

Ordered through eBay, was contacted outside of that transaction directly and was incorrectly sold a $90 white glove delivery service even though that was already part of the order. After I contacted customer service they immediately apologized for the confusion and refunded me. Overall a good experience.

My experience was so good that I told my friends about your store on Facebook and a few of them ended up purchasing a new TV around the same time. Seamless, fast, and an over all great experience! Will keep your store in mind whenever anyone inquired about purchasing a new TV.

Very professional delivery man. But I was given a delivery time of 5:30 - 9:30 pm.
Had to get home, because they called at 3:30 pm to saying they'd be at the house

Firstclasstvs.com was very punctual in giving delivery / tracking information. Trucking company they used was very good and responsive. I just felt it took little more time for the delivery than the given estimate but all the complaints were gone when they delivered the tv. Placed it in my basement, opened it up to show that tv is delivered in good condition. Will order from here again.

No hassle purchase. Delivery was excellent. When TV arrived the delivery person brought TV into the house, opened box to check for damage, and plugged it in to ensure that it worked. Overall nice experience.

Incredible deal, saved $1000 vs buying from Best buy or Amazon. Shipment from CA to upstate NY was ridiculously quick. Freight delivery was a painless process. Firstclasstv was very responsive and quick to ship. Did have an issue with shipper with there on time delivery and has to make a few calls to get comfortable but firstclasstv made sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.

Scheduling delivery was a little frustrating, but overall satisfactory. I received a call to schedule delivery which asked whether Friday or Sunday would work, and I confirmed both days. The delivery was then scheduled for Saturday, a date not discussed on the call, which did not work. This caused a delay in delivery and required me to take additional time off work to receive the shipment.

Excellent price and service from seller. Only bad thing was the shipping took nearly two weeks. I do give credit to the two guys that delivered and carried the TV into my house.They were fast and courteous. Overall I recommend buying from this seller.

As far as the tv goes it arrived in great shape with no obvious damage or defects. Will it last or have burn in issues, we'll have to wait and see but that is not Firstclasstvs.com problem.

Price was great - better then I could find anywhere else. Shipping times are limited as they are only in our area 1 time a week. However the delivery guys were very professional. They opened the box so we could inspect the TV and they plugged it in and quickly programed it so we could see that it work and was up to our expectations. We will definitely buy from this company again.

Purchase and transaction went smoothly, delivery took 14 days, delivery man carried the tv into my house, opened the box and plugged the tv in to make sure it was in working order. I am a satisfied customer.

Carriers came inside to test the TV out and make sure it worked at the time of delivery which was impressive and the only thing even more impressive was the price!

The product ordered was what arrived. It was not a bait and switch, which I was a little worried about with the amazing price. Delivery tracking was rough, but I was able to get a day notification to meet the white glove truck. The men who arrived were very professional and courteous. Overall, I would recommend and will come back.

I ordered an LG c8. The first one arrived with a cracked screen which I believe was the shipping companys fault. Firstclasstvs.com took care of it immediately. I had my new tv within a few days of them receiving and checking the cracked one. Customer service was excellent. Although prices have declined recently, at the time of my purchase, I received a very good deal.
