Delivery took a bit longer than expected but it was to be expected Between Thanksgiving & Christmas. The shipping company never responded to emails. Delivery men were great & very professional.

Let first start by saying I had my doubts when buying this TV. I thought too nice to be real. I made the purchase anyways knowing I had ebay and my CC payment protection behind me. It took exactly 2 weeks to get it. I set up my appointment time with their automated system and they showed up early, which was nice. They came in, unboxed it and confirmed the TV turned on and had no visible damage. I confirmed, signed the waiver and that was that. No issues. I wish it would have been a faster process but I'd say what I saved was worth it.
Awesome prices. Just be prepared for a rather slow delivery process (3-4 weeks from purchase) since they offer free shipping and the trucking company is not the fastest. I ordered a very large TV and opted for the white glove delivery. The delivery went smoothly and I could not be happier with the product or the extra care the delivery men took with my purchase.
Product was as advertised and in perfect condition. The seller provides plenty of communication and updates on shipping status and their carrier called in advance of their delivery which they did with no issues.
The service and the overall experience with them were great. My only comment would be that the delivery contractors they used demanded $50 dollars for delivery to a 3 floor walk up where i live in.
I was not made aware of this before and was surprised by this. The delivery charge was said to have waived in the final bill/receipt. Was hoping that they would be more transparent in the future.
First TV was damaged so they sent another one, which was in perfect condition (The box wasn't in the best shape, but whatever). The delivery service offered during the follow-up phone call isn't available in my town, but that money was refunded. I got the TV I paid for, and the customer service was good. Price was excellent, but it took about 3 weeks to actually get my TV. Long story short, if I'm not in a hurry, I'll buy my next TV from this seller again.
I wish I knew ahead of time of the required shipping insurance. If something says free shipping then buyers should be notified if they have to pay other costs on top of it and that is nowhere on the website.
Everything went as planned with my delivery. Received my item one day earlier than the expected delivery date. The delivery men were very nice and extremely careful when handling the item and made sure their were no damages anywhere before I signed for the item. Thank you for your services.
Received my oled tv brand new in box as advertised. Seller responded very quickly when I have questions. Everything is great. Only one gripe I have is the slow delivery time. The order was shipped on 11/19 but I didn't receive my tv until 12/07.
Great seller, excellent price! There was a minor misunderstanding with the shipping company, which meant the TV was sitting at the warehouse for a couple of weeks, but once I contacted firstclasstvs they were able to resolve everything and the TV was delivered the next day.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that TV's remote is having issues, so I had to contact LG and request a replacement.
It's probably not the seller's fault, everything else went well, but remote issues prevented me from giving 5.
By the time you add the scam 149 for shipping insurance that NO ONE ELSE charges, you can get the same product from a reputable dealer at a similar price.
When I ordered the TV, my credit card was charged immediately as well a tracking and delivery papers created. However, the item wasn't made available for pickup by the freight company until over a week later, and then only after I had inquired on the shipping process.
Emails for delivery updates were not answered.
Finally delivered 17 days later.
We were promised "white glove" delivery which the shipping company stated means bringing the TV into the house, placing it where we desired, unpacking, testings and removing all packaging materials.
The delivery men attempted to leave the TV right inside the door, but I asked them to carry it to the rec room, about 30 feet further into our home. They cut the box open, gained access to the plug and tested it to ensure it wasn't a brick. Then left. Nothing was discarded or even unboxed.
Very reasonable pricing. They were found to be professional with no hidden costs or bait and switch tactics which is prevalent with many on-line sales. It was refreshing to find a store like Firstclasstvs as they take to heart customer service and total quality management principles. OLED TV arrived on time and in pristine condition. We could not be more pleased.
I don't know how they do it but I sure am glad that I got past my skepticism and Took a chance on Firstclasstvs. The OLED I ordered is amazing.
The delivery went without a hitch and the shipper was cooperative with having the freight driver calling 15 minutes in advance. The driver brought the TV to my front door, showed me the number on his form to call if there was any damage and then wished me well.
The only suggestion that I offer to them for improvement is to pare the shipping time down somewhat. They were very upfront about this aspect but I honestly think that there must be room for improvement.

Shipping through AM Trucking was awfully slow. The shipper indicated to me that delivery was to be delayed for up to a week or longer. That would put the total time between order and delivery to be four weeks. I told them that was unacceptable, at which point the shipper changed the delivery to be the next day. Overall, good shopping experience.
I have no prior purchase history with Firstclass tvs, but decided to go ahead with my purchase based on the excellent reviews I read and on their terrific pricing. TV arrived approximately a week later than initially quoted. Because it is the holiday shopping season and Thanksgiving fell during my delivery period, I gave them considerable leeway and just decided to be patient and exercise gratitude for what I have. The two fellows who delivered my unit with white glove service were very professional and polite. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone to purchase from Firstclasstvs.com and save yourself some dough...they certainly came through for me.
Great deal on the TV. Quick response to the question I had asked before purchasing. TV works great. Delivery crew brought it into the house and plugged it in to make sure it worked before they left even though I did not buy the "white glove" treatment.

They are as advertised. Don't hesitate to do business with them. I saved $500 over retail. Just watch out for the 'shipping insurance.' I threatened to walk away and they waived it. Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
