Setup services were minimal: a guy took the top off the TV box and plugged it in to see if it powered up. That was it. I had assumed that the delivery/setup guys would at least put the TV on the pedestal, saving me, age 73, from having to muscle the thing around and build the pedestal (which included no instructions). In fact there were no instructions anywhere in the box. I guess the TV must be a grey market one without instruction manual or warranty. I should have inquired, as the price was much lower than the competition's. On the plus side, the TV looks awesome.
Everything went Smoothly. I ordered off eBay and received the TV in good time. If I could give the price I paid more than 5 stars I would. This is a fine product, one that I would recommend to anyone.

I would have liked the better model or a lower price, but mostly I was satisfied with this purchase. Also, I would have preferred white glove delivery. It was difficult to get this TV out of the box and set up by myself.

Overall very good, I received the item in a working brand new condition as described. The only complain is that the shipping waiting times are very long without a working tracking number so you don't really have a way to estimate when the item will arrive.
Excellent price and great delivery service. However, be aware that there is a fairly hefty charge for delivery insurance (for me about 7% of the list price of the TV, but it depends upon shipping distance. Mine was NJ to OH). This is actually called out in the Terms and Conditions where it states "... some items may be subject to additional insurance costs if required by the carrier. The customer will be informed of any additional charges before the item is shipped and before the payment is captured." However, this is the only place that I could find this additional charge referenced, and I missed it initially, so it was a bit of a surprise.

It's a little anxiety provoking to make such a large purchase online, but I'm very glad that I did. It is possible to get a great price without sacrificing customer service. Everything was received and in perfect shape. There was no tracking number for the sound bar I ordered and difficult to find a number to call. Despite not knowing and being nervous about the order, it was received in a reasonable amount of time and as advertised. So, good price and prompt delivery but poor communication.
Everything went really well! Delivery service called before delivering and allowed us to set up our tv and inspect it before leaving. I guess the only downside is we really had no idea when it was coming until they called. But overall the service and quality of the product is outstanding!
On December 7,2018 we received a T.V. That we had ordered online. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received by Jordan and Gabriel! Not only did we receive the item on the day scheduled, but when it was going to be a little late due to weather and traffic, we were notified to let us know the new arrival time. Once it arrived both men were kind, courteous and professional. The T.V was brought up 3 flights of stairs to an apartment without comment or complaint. They stayed to make sure that the product arrived safely, securely and worked on site. It was exactly as described and ordered. It was above and beyond what we expected. It was unsettling to never see the tracking update from the shipping company until they called to set a delivery date but it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and they made sure the tv worked properly and wasnt damaged before asking me to sign for it.
Customer service was only proactive when it came to collecting funds und upselling warranties. They always did answer the phone, but there were multiple delays in the delivery date, which I was only able to ascertain because they did not call back within the specified time they committed to and gave no updates when further delays occurred. It seemed they were not interested in the fact that the product would be sent out 2-3 weeks later than originally stated and would then not commit to a date.
The pricing, free to and return shipping, and included white glove service were great, as well as the product being great. I was disappointed by the length of time that transpired between purchase and delivery...13-14 days seems like a long time in these days of the Internets and while understanding that it's the holidays, this length of delay should have been noted as a problem more prominently at the time of order to help set expectations vs. the unknown "black box" and after-the-fact explanations that came sporadically when inquires were made.
The TV is great! The shipping was a little wonky however. Took longer than ideal to get here and the tracking system didn't really make sense. When it was delivered one person carried my TV from the truck to my house even though there was a second guy in the truck. It was pretty terrifying to see one dude with my brand new 65 inch oled tv balancing up on his shoulder but thankfully it all worked out in the end.
Easy to order, great price, brand new TV in the original box. Had to reschedule the delivery and it was no issue at all. Delivery guys were very friendly and helpful with pointers about setting the TV up carefully.
Took longer than expected to get shipping information. The offered a service plan that seemed a bit expensive. I declined. I did get the white glove service for getting the TV down a flight of stairs into our entertainment center (glad that I did). Overall I'm satisfied with First Class TV and would recommend them to others. They had the best price on the LG C8 OLED! Saved about $2,000!
Shipped fast though there wasn't much control over appointment date. The delivery people were a little too quick with bringing in the TV. They were in and out in about five minutes without any help with set up. They opened the box to check if it turned on then left. The TV was in good condition though and has worked great since.
For a place so far away I was pleasently surprised. I received a phone call, but not because anything was wrong they were just following to confirm my order and if I had any questions or concerns. I received prompt alerts and notifications by email and the delivery provided by the shipping service was outstanding. They even tested my tv on delivery, instead of that having to be something I would have to request or do on my own to confirm the product. Pretty amazing experience.

Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
