I was a little worried purchasing an LG OLED TV online, but I could not be happier with my decision to purchase from Firstclasstvs.com. The price was the best I have come across, then and since. The TV was shipped by a courier that I was able to track across the country. Carrier called the day before and let me know delivery was scheduled for the next day. TV arrived in perfect condition and is everything I expected. If you want the best TV on the market, and the best price, buy the 65" LG OLED from Firstclasstvs.com.
The white glove delivery service was unsatisfactory. And the price charged for it negates the great price you had on the tv. As much as I appreciate the partial refund on the white glove service, it still mars the overall purchase experience.
