Great Company and product. The item arrived earlier than expected and has worked as advertised!
I expect perfection, had communicated up front when I needed the product by. I was assured it would arrive by a specific date. It did not and the tracking information showed one day, I rescheduled a doctors appointment for my wife as a result, the day of her surgery the tracking changed to the date of her surgery. Peoples lives are impacted by delivery; I don't appreciate a large ticket item being pulled off a truck, put back on the truck, put in a warehouse, loaded back onto a truck, then offloaded finally to my door. If the item was double boxed I would be ok with it; was told by FirstClasstvs they did not overbox the mfg packaging. Other large ticket tv's I've purchased on line via ebay have been overboxed.

Product came as described and on time. No complaints with this vendor and would buy from them again in the future. My only 'complaint' is that delivery took 5 days, but that's not bad for a company that isn't Amazon or Apple.
Delivery guys rushed in and dropped off the tv. But other than that, the price and delivery time was excellent.

Shipped fast though there wasn't much control over appointment date. The delivery people were a little too quick with bringing in the TV. They were in and out in about five minutes without any help with set up. They opened the box to check if it turned on then left. The TV was in good condition though and has worked great since.
Excellent price for a very good LG OLED TV. Shipping took a bit longer than expected as the TV got "resent" between 2 shipping locations (NOT the Sellers fault). Saved a bunch of dollars over what local retailers ($1,200 less than Best But) were selling the exact same TV for. It was a hassle free, no problems incurred, internet buying experience. I would buy from them again & recommend them to my friends & neighbors.
