Very happy with my purchase! Received my TV sooner than expected. Paid extra for 'white glove' delivery and was slightly disappointed. Only brought the TV in the house and opened the box and then plugged it in to see if it worked, they would NOT help me lift it to the TV stand. They told me they were not allowed to do that. I guess I was under the wrong impression as the what 'white glove delivery' meant. But overall, I'm VERY pleased with the experience and would do business with them again. The TV was in perfect condition.

Very pleased with the product, price and the delivery time. The only downside to this experience was that I was convinced to pay an extra $99.00 for what's called "White Glove Service". However, when the delivery arrived the guys knew nothing of this service, it was not listed on the invoice and I was told that they don't as a rule unbox and check the tv's operation as I was lead to believe. So my advice is to decline the so called "White Glove Service".

Wonderful TV, great price. Unfortunately, at time or order, I made a mistake with delivery address. While I corrected it immediately and seller acknowledged the new address, freight company continued to deliver to incorrect address. Finally, address was corrected but freight company had poor delivery status info so did not know where TV was. The revised delivery added a week to final delivery - total delivery time was 2 weeks after order placed. Additionally, the bottom of shipping box was covered in heavy black soot. This made a nice addition to the turquoise rug in my house entryway when the box was brought in.
Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
