Great product at a great price
Overall very satisfied with the purchase! The price was very fair and the shopping experience was easy. I received a call about the extended warranty after I bought it. I would prefer to buy that and read about it at checkout. The delivery was timely. However, I only received a 1 day notice from the delivery company they work with and so I needed to change the date. I sat on hold with that company for over an hour trying to reschedule! To be clear, this is a different company than FCTVs. When they delivered the tv they don't spend much time examining the tv- it's a very rushed process. Luckily everything was ok!

I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR THIS OLED65E7 TO GO ON SALE SINCE FLACK FRIDAY, AND FIRSTCLASSTVS HAD JUST THE TV AT JUST THE RIGHT PRICE. AT FIRST I COULDN'T SEE THE DIFFERENCE, BUT THE LONGER THE TV PLAYED THE BETTER THE PICTURE GOT. VERY HAPPY.

Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
