Everything was great.
The shipping time is the main reason for the low marks. 1st Tv was damaged and finally received the replacement on 19 Mar. The original order was placed on 13 Feb. Customer service could also provide better tracking info to their customers. I had to practically contact the shipper and find the bill of laden to follow up on the progress of the delivery.

While I had a very good experience shopping with firstclasstvs.com, my experience with the shipping companny has been terrible and pathetic. The guys who delivered the TV were rude and brash and they were not at all reasonable. Since it was raining on the day, we asked them to remove their shoes but instead they just dropped off the TV in the kitchen area. In the process they ended up scratching the wall making marks in 2 places.
I was very satisfied with this transaction. The seller contacted me and provided the shipping information and the tracking number. The delivery occurred right at the time agreed to by the shipper. Absolutely no problems whatever.
Lots of attention to details- they were great. Never had to wonder where things stood.
Fast shipping and the merchandise in perfect condition. Amazed at the colors and clearness of the
Pictures. Now I have more room in my livingroom.

FirstClassTVs is the real deal. Bought the LG OLED65C7P and it is wonderful! My one gripe would be I did not like the phone call I got from FirstClassTvs after I ordered the set with them asking me to call them. I'm thinking 'Here we go, I'm going to get some delay tactic cause my set is not in stock.' But the call was FirstClass wanting to sell me a service where the delivery company would bring the TV into the house and after that they tried to sell me an extended warranty. I must say that these were not "hard sells" and I was not pressured really hard by my salesperson David; who then said that the delivery company would bring the TV into the house anyway to take it out of the box to check it for damage and test it for "working," which they did. You never know what you're gonna get with these East Coast/NY-NJ Electronics shops so I was happy that FCTVs is legitimate. The price was not a killer discount but they did really have the TV and it arrived within a week and I am on the opposite coast in SF. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and I love the LG OLED TV it is fantastic. I would recommend FCTVs.
Great price, product, processing time and communication from seller. Only problem was after it left their hands with the choice of shipping company. Company took two and a half weeks to deliver and then is completely inflexible on when it can be delivered. It's not like everyone can completely clear three weeks of their schedule for just whenever they decide. My mother had surgery the day they said it would be delivered and I couldn't schedule any other day unless I wanted to wait a couple more weeks. Then they gave an hour window that they were 90 minutes late on (if you're going to be that specific don't miss it). Needless to say I was late to hospital. Also, tracking page had incorrect or not stated AM/PM times.

An overall positive experience, however it was disappointing that it didn't arrive before Christmas. The delivery time was almost three weeks...
I am very happy with my purchase from firstclasstv, few points (1) I received very good quality product in brand new condition. (2)Delivery was very smooth and delivery guy checked the product in front of me before taking my sing on delivery papers. (3) I got this at an unbelievable price from firstclasstv.

Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
Answer: Yes, you get a call after you order. I canceled the order, sounded like scammers.
