I was very leery about buying an expensive TV online at this low price. You always hear about bait and switch, price too good to be true, etc. But after I did a little research, I took the chance and glad I did. I saved a lot of money, my TV was shipped right away and it was packaged very well. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. All my fears were for nothing.
I was very hesitant to purchase the extended warranty even after a salesman called me since most of the time they are a waste of money & pads the sellers pocket. But I didn't want to take the chance on my TV going out after the MFG. Warranty expires. The LG OLED TV's have had some issues. I hope I don't have to use the EXT. Warranty.
I have had my TV for 5 months, so far no issues.

The only thing I did not like was the week-long gap between buying the TV and getting some kind of notification about shipping, I was pretty nervoust that whole week that I'd been scammed. Some kind of communication I think was warranted between us so I knew everything was proceeding OK. Otherwise I got a nice TV at a good price and once the shipping kicked in, I was able to track it just fine.
I placed an order because the price was right. After placing the order i received a call from FirstclassTVs to confirm the order. The TV arrived within days of confirming the order. There are options for shipping insurance, extended warranty, etc. that are presented to the customer at the time of the over the phone order confirmation.
I am very happy with my purchase. The TV arrived on time and was not damaged. The price was tremendous! The expected pitch to purchase extended warranty was informative but NOT excessively annoying. My only disappointment was being told that the delivery team would not wait a few minutes to see that the TV was not damaged unless I paid an additional $100. I did not complain because the TV price was a great value and it was worth the peace of mind knowing it was OK, avoiding the hassle of returns, etc. I have and will recommend Firstclasstvs.com to friends and family!

Awesome TV! LG OLED 77" saved over $1300 from the big box store price. I showed the price I was going to pay to a sales person at Best Buy and he laughed at me and told me it wouldn't be the same TV. I got the last laugh and exactly the same TV. The delivery people brought the TV inside, opened the box, and plugged it in to make sure it worked. Buy with confidence, First Class TV's is the real deal.

Everything was awesome and I would buy again from them in a flash. Knowing that, know that:
Their tracking annoying and makes them seem downright sketchy (the tracking number never did work even after delivery!)
The 75' 2018 Q9 Samsung I got was $2400 less than amazon or Best Buy. I ordered fully expecting to lean on my Amex fraud. The TV I ordered arrived in a factory sealed box in perfect condition.
The bottom of the box had some warehouse grime on it but that is my only complaint.
Also, just consider shipping to not be free. They will call wanting 'shipping insurance' as an add on. I'm pretty sure it's a uShip price they pass on to you. I bought it and did t need it; TV was still a smoking deal.
