I was skeptical at first because of the great price on the OLED TV I purchased. But good reviews gave me some comfort in buying from Firstclasstvs.com. While the delivery took a little longer than I had hoped, it was worth the discount on the purchase price of the TV.
Shipping was the big issue. Price was good but not exceptional.
Price was so low I thought it was a scam! Foolish me... Excellent TV, excellent price, great customer service and excellent people to do business with. Next TV will definitely come from these folks!
The pricing is first class. They do try to sell you on the extras though, like white glove delivery and added warranty. Just business. Altogether, a great company to purchase from.

The shipping time took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it was worth the wait. I got a great price on the TV I had been looking at for a while. I got the 65 inch TV for less than other sites were listing the 55 inch version!
The Shipper did not deliver the product to my home, I had to drive an hour to their distribution center to pick it up. That is my one complaint.
Great prices and service!
I paid extra for expedited delivery as well as freight charges as required for 65" TV. The delivery came on time and the box was handled well and in perfect condition but when plugged it was factory damaged. When I called your office a recorded told me you would be closed for the next week or so because you were moving. I left a message and no one even called me back. Finally about 10 days or so later I spoke with someone. Ultimately they finally sent me a upgraded 55" of the same brand and charged me $50 extra. It took almost a week however for it to get to me and I had to pay someone to have the original 65" removed to the dump as I was told it was not fixable and to just throw it away. I spent all this extra money for a quick delivery for nothing. Not pleased at all with amount of time it took to resolve this. I understand you were moving but the level of customer service and time it took to correct the problem was unsatisfactory all around.
I was suspect to buy from a site with all the scams now day's. My TV came as promised before the date estimated. Will use them again in the future.
Great buying experience! Not only the best price hands down, but also keeping me informed of status of delivery and quick, on time shipment! I received my TV in 5 days from order and the delivery company was very professional and helpful. I will absolutely make additional purchases from this excellent company!

Just like you, I was skeptical buying such an expensive item from a website like firstclasstvs.com, but I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with my purchase. Great price & great service. They are as advertised. Don't hesitate to do business with them. I saved $500 over retail. Just watch out for the 'shipping insurance.' I threatened to walk away and they waived it. Still very satisfied.
Pleasant experience. Great pricing, professional delivery and low pressure sales approach. What's not to like?

The order was delivered on a timely basis and the TV was inspected when it arrived. Overall a good experience
The price was good and I got the TV in short order. There was an associated insurance/shipping charge, which brought the cost up to be comparable with having it shipped from retail competitors. But it arrived in a timely fashion and was handled well in transit. So I can't really complain.
Seamless transaction
I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first when I was on the site and ordering. Turns out I didn't need to be. I talked to sales to confirm my order, and shipping and to ensure everything was accurate. Received my TV about 10 business days later and it is gorgeous and the TV I ordered. Very happy with my decision to buy it.
Delivery took a lot longer than promised from advertisement on the website. Also, too many hidden costs! After paying the hidden costs, I could have bought the TV locally!
