I was amazed by the extent of professionalism in the customer service displayed by First Class TVs. I was looking for 82 inches Samsung Tv from stores very close to me. But when I searched on google, First Class TV was able to offer this very TV with about $600 less than other stores. I thought it was a scam until I took a shoot at it and got a deal of a life time.
Television was delivered timely without a damage and pretty working excellently.
Thanks First Class TV. I would recommend friends and family members to order Tvs from First Class Tvs without hesitation.
My husband bought a brand new Sams 55' QLED TV a week ago and we all amazed with the picture! I've never thought the pics and movies can be so realistic, btw the shipping and installation was fast and easy, but the price is not that low.
Was a little skeptical at first but was more than happy with the customer service, professionalism and cost for my LG 55" OLED TV from First Class TV. The price was best I found at the time I was looking and it was delivered quickly by an also very professional delivery group. Cannot say enough good things about my experience.

One thing about living in the good old USA, the abundance of companies willing to serve you. First class TVs is among them. Even with the added cost of insurance, they still had the lowest cost overall. That being said, I wish that they add that extra cost info on their
Online website instead of a follow up email asking you to call to inform you of the additional cost. By the way, the LG OLED TV is GREAT.
INITIAL PRICE WAS MUCH LOWER THAN OUR LOCAL COMPANY.
BY THE TIME THEY WERE THROUGH ADDING THEIR "NECESSARY
FEES" THE PRICES WERE ALMOST THE SAME AS LOCALLY.
WE WERE PROMISED 'WHITE GLOVE' DELIVERY WITHIN A WEEK. "DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS", IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS. THE 'WHITE GLOVE' SERVICE ENTAILED TWO THUGS PLUGGING IN THE T. V. TO SHOW ME IT HAD POWER. THEN THEY LEFT THE T. V. IN THE BOX ON THE FLOOR.
WE HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE SOUND FROM DAY ONE.
BUT, JUST DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM.
With this company, you have to know the secret to call in (after you have waited a week with no tracking info). Once you call in, you discover that you needed to add $130 of shipping insurance to your order before they will process your shipment. The invoice that is presented to you at the time of purchase is NOT correct even though it shows a final total including shipping. Then you have to wait for the slowest shipping service in the world. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and I still dont have my TV. We get spoiled with Amazon, but I could have had the exact same TV in 2 days at the same FINAL price with Amazon. Im still waiting for my shipment... we will see if it ever gets here.
Called me a few hours after I placed my order to say Thry can't ship a tv without charging me an extra $150+ for insurance. Claimed this is their standard policy but as of March 1st 2022 its not on the homepage, the TV's page, or anywhere in the checkout process. Really shady practices here so I canceled my order. Still waiting on confirmation though!
I wish that I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. Ordered the TV March 2,2022, a couple days later received a call for the "shipping insurance" fee as mentioned by others. Why not just include it in the price which is the same exact price it's listed for at Best Buy, Costco and Amazon? Anyway, I foolishly paid the shipping insurance fee, and I'm still waiting for my TV 4 weeks later. The shipping company they use AM Delivery, and they didn't even know where the item is, they just keep saying it's on it's way. I've left several VM and emails to First Class TV with no responses. Today is 3/25/2022 (Friday), and I plan to cancel this order or have my credit card company refund my money by Monday if still no response. I'd rather pay the extra $200 in taxes on Amazon, get my TV within a few days, and at least Amazon and Costco would include 4 years of warranty for free. I do not recommend using this company.
Placed an order for a 75'' Samsung Frame TV in October 2021. FirstClassTVs called me a few days later extorting $187.92 for "shipping cargo insurance", which I paid. More than two months later and the order has not been delivered and no one at FirstClassTVs is answering the phone (or calling back after I left a plethora of voicemails), and no one is replying to my emails or requests submitted on their website.
Exactly as others describe it, it's a scam; they list the tv much lower, then call you the next day saying the freight carrier requires insurance on your 'free' shipping. Cancelled order, don't waste your time.
Yes, all looks good on the website and at checkout with cost but they want your phone number so they can call you and add on more required cost, shipping insurance as he tell me can't be calculated due to various zip codes, I laughed! "your computer at check out can't calculate cost for different distances of zip codes?" I told him this is poor sells ethics to add more cost after check out, cancel order! True reason they want your phone number, it's a intimidation tactic to put the purchaser on the spot with a phone call
I was called hours after placing my order, being pitched a "mandatory" shipping insurance of $200. When I asked about the free shipping, they said they technically can't ship something this expensive for free. I ultimately agreed, as the price with insurance was still a little less than major retailers. Two weeks later, I received no shipping notification. When I inquired, I received an automated reply that their offices are closed for 2+ weeks due to relocation, but their e-mails are being monitored. After repeat calls and e-mails about the status of my order, no answer. Was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card.
Insurance is not already included in the price as very clearly stated in the shipping policies on the website since we try to offer the best prices in the nation for our TVs. Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money! EVEN AFTER SHIPPING INSURANCE YOU ARE STILL SAVING CLOSE TO $1000 VS. RETAILS PRICE!
Once you check out they then call you to tell you that u need to buy insurance for freight delivery which is another $200-300.
Hence the price you see at check out claiming to be free shipping is not what u will end up paying. Its a complete fraud and misleading. I cancelled my order, so as to not support such practices.
I ordered a new LG OLED TV from this site yesterday since they had the best price available online and stated there was no tax or shipping charges. I researched them online prior to the purchase and found several people on reddit with good experiences.
Well, this morning they called to inform me I needed to pay $200 for "shipping insurance." Another bait and switch company that lures people with fake prices and charges extra afterwards. Anytime an online website calls to get more money after a purchase run away.
The website specifically states that there is shipping insurance on TVs thats quoted after the purchase. It is quoted afterwards since our company strives to give each customer their very best price possible.
Instead of putting a very high price at checkout so everyone pays more than they should we leave out the shipping insurance and quote it based on each customers location, item, value this way you can save the most money. A key factor you are forgetting is that even after the shipping insurance it was still the lowest price by far you found anywhere..
We bought a TV on September 25th. Delivery on October 21st! The TV was advertised with free delivery. After waiting for over two weeks, we called (several times because they are very difficult to reach) and were told we have to agree to pay insurance for the delivery: $86!
But we were promised to receive a "white glove delivery" which means unpacking and setting it up. Upon delivery, the transportation firm did not know anything about it. This was a one time only purchase with this company for us!
Not sure, so far not impressed on line price didn't include insurance +$120 seemed like a NY scam artist tactic. Delivery that was supposed to take 10 days is out to 17 maybe canceling the order and going with best buy guess you get what you pay for. The delivery company AM Trucking is absolutely the worst no idea when my unit should show up. They blame a late arriving trailer for missing the delivery window but it's their trailer that was late? Now they say delivery some time next week once they have a delivery window open WTF. First class doesn't help at all. You may get a good price eventually but you have no idea when you get it. If I could do it over I would

I ordered my TV from First Class TV because their price was so good, and their reviews were pretty good. While I still wonder about my decision because of the risks involved, I have had a change of heart on the company from my original one star review. My issue, at this time, is having a problem with the freight company they use, AM Home Delivery, to deliver my TV. While this issue indirectly reflects on First Class TV, I believe now that they have shown due diligence in helping me resolve the issue, and I do believe they are a legitimate seller. They just need a more reliable shipping company even if it costs a little extra, or they need to have a serious heart to heart with the carrier. AM Home Delivery seems to be the real fly in the ointment. They are unreliable, and are outright liars..
They also tried their bait and switch scam on me. I ordered the TV at a low advertised price, then by the end of the day they called to "confirm my information" and inform me that I was required to purchase insurance for the order. The price of the insurance drove the overall price of the TV up above other advertised prices, so it really was not cheaper than other retailers. It was a waste of time.
I ordered a TV from these guys thinking that I got the best price around. A few hours later I get a call saying that I need to authorize an additional charge of roughly $180 for 'shipping insurance' that wasn't included on their website price. After succumbing, I expected to promptly receive my TV. Almost a month later, it never showed up, and the product hadn't even been released to the shipping company. I canceled the order and got my money back. Totally unacceptable.
Bought an LG C8 from First Class TVs because the price was so cheap ( $1,000 cheaper than your big box store) with free shipping. After buying, I did have to spend an additional $120 on shipping insurance, but I still ended up saving over $800 on the TV (though it would have been nice if they said whether or not it was optional and they REALLY should be up front about this.)
Delivery was very fast, I was expecting it to take two weeks, but I received it within 4 business days. Brand new, in box, and in perfect working condition.
Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
Answer: Yes, you get a call after you order. I canceled the order, sounded like scammers.
