I found the website to order my TV clear and easy to use. Ordering was simple. The only thing I would suggest is a little better follow-up on shipping information. I could not tell when my TV would arrive until we got a phone call the day before delivery (about a week after purchase). No info on the website regarding shipping progress. Nevertheless, the TV arrived in great condition and has worked perfectly.

Overall smooth experience

Overall smooth experience. Took a little bit of time for delivery (shipped from CA to NC on freight) but everything is great. The gentleman delivered has hooked up the TV to power to ensure that it Powers up and works correctly!

There was an initial shipping kerfuffle that prevented the TV from arriving with the original time frame. The seller soon got it sorted but only once I had alerted them to the issue. Nevertheless, the TV did finally ship out and was promptly delivered in excellent condition. And a great TV it is!

Overall good pricing and service

Overall good pricing and service. Only complaint is that I had no control over delivery date that required me to be there to sign for the shipment. Trucking company twice set a date when I was out of town for business, in spite of the fact that I informed them of a slew of dates that I would be available well ahead of time. Eventually I had to trouble a neighbor to come sit around my house during the 4 hour delivery window, otherwise I would still not have the merchandise. Would be nice if you contracted with a shipping service (ie. UPS or FedEx) that allows the customer to shift delivery dates, or pick up the merch at one of their local facilities.

I was wary of the price they offered which was about 20% lower than the going rate for the TV I bought. And I was concerned when they created a shipping label and said it was shipped before actually shipping the product days later. But they emailed to admit their mistake, and the TV arrived two weeks later double boxed, which is better protection than amazon or best buy uses for shipping TVs. It all worked out fine. I will use them again.

Everything was great except for the delivery. Took the day off to help the delivery guy move the tv to our second story walk up as wifey was very pregnant. Driver calls me down to help him deliver the tv which would've been both easier and faster. He takes out a dolly despite there being steps as we need to go up a small hill. To my shock he tilts it sideways and bangs the tv each step as he's going up. I was right there. I stopped him and took the tv so we could bring it up. Again, faster/easier. Terrible experience. When he finally puts it down, he puts it completely upside down when instructions specify not to while in box... He then doesn't bring it past the front stairway and watches me and my eight month pregnant wife carry it up the stairs. Instead of helping he's pushing for signature. Completely unprofessional.

I was searching for a 75" Samsung QLED tv. They were the cheapest so I decided to go for it. A day after I ordered the TV online I was contacted by one of their representatives and informed I would be charged an additional $160 for "insurance". This was required. I had no choice but to agree. I ordered the TV on Nov 23. It took over 8 business days for the TV to reach it's first destination... New Jersey. It sat in New Jersey for 5 days. It took the shipping company(AM Trucking) 7 days to get the TV from New Jersey to the terminal in the State of Washington. I live in Oregon. I called today since the TV has been sitting in Washington for 3 days. I was told it was going to sit in Washington until Wednesday Dec 27th. In the meantime I have reached out to Firstclasstv's and they have my money so they don't seem to care that it will have taken over a month for the TV to be delivered. So my recommendation... if you are just looking to save money and don't care if the TV arrives in a week or a month then yeah these guys have the price. Forget about service though. You'll get none of that.

Insurance is not already included in the price as very clearly stated in the shipping policies on the website since we try to offer the best prices in the nation for our TVs. Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money! EVEN AFTER SHIPPING INSURANCE YOU ARE STILL SAVING CLOSE TO $1000 VS. RETAILS PRICE!

This actually is a great, helpful and cheapest provider of a great product. There were numerous issues with the trucking company that needed to be sorted out (they were just awful and their reviews show it), BUT the seller was very responsive in working those issues out and, in the end, everything worked out ok. I would certainly have no problem working with this supplier again. They performed great.

Very good price compared to BestBuy

Very good price compared to BestBuy. (Costco doesn't have E series). I actually checked the serial number with LG customer service it's brand new and manufactured around 2-3 months before I placed the order. If I need another TV I'll buy from the same seller.

Easy ordering

Easy ordering. Great price. Saved $1300 from big box store. TV came by freight which took 11 days which was explained beforehand to receive free shipping. No hassles. Worth the wait for the big savings. Love the TV.

Deals that are almost too good to be true! Time from purchase to beginning of shipping is fast. Shipping itself is a little on the slow side but still made estimated time window. Delivered in home and plugged in to prove functionality. Worth the wait!

The price was good and I got the TV in short order. There was an associated insurance/shipping charge, which brought the cost up to be comparable with having it shipped from retail competitors. But it arrived in a timely fashion and was handled well in transit. So I can't really complain.

Price was the cheapest I'd seen, had no issues ordering, TV came well-packaged, delivery arrived within the stated window. Someone did call to try and upsell me on some expensive warranty, but other than that, everything went as smooth as you could hope for. Would definitely buy from again next time I need a TV or similar appliance.

Cheapest place for this new LG OLED model
February 6, 2020

Cheapest place for this new LG OLED model. Freight shipping time was about a week. Freight company is required to open box and plug in set to confirm it functions so there is absolutely no need to purchase white glove service ($79). Very pleased overall with the process. Love the TV.

The product was delivered in a timely manner considering it was driven by truck from Atlanta, Ga to the New Orleans, LA area. It arrived with no damage and the driver and his assistant were very professional and helpful. As required, they opened and test the TV. So far, the set is operating as expected with no problems. Very satisfied to this point.
