Ordered mid July, order sat in processing for a long time. TV finally showed up in late September. Product was as advertised and works well, but not sure why it is so hard to process an order and ship in a reasonable time frame. Worth the extra few bucks to get it from amazon or somewhere local.

I have been attempting to obtain technical assistance from your company without success. In response to my last communication, I was assured that an LG technician would be sent to our home to check on what I believe to be a defective TV set. It has been 7 days and, so far, nothing. In fact, I am going to email the company today to request instructions for returning the TV. This is all highly unsatisfactory, inconvenient and, potentially, costly.

TV was in great condition, but delivery service took rather long both from date of order and on the day it was set to be delivered which meant I had to stay up until 11:00 pm to receive it. No issues thus far and it's a beautiful TV.

Everything about the transaction was great. Price was unbelievable [I would have added another star if I could!], shipping was fast and the product was exactly what I expected. It has performed perfectly and is the best TV I've ever owned. It has only been a short time but I have full confidence that if anything goes wrong First Class TVs will take good care of me.

I feel that the White Glove delivery service and cost needs to be more transparent on the Ebay site. Delivery scheduling should also be more customer-oriented. I understand the truck has its routes to plan out on a week-to-week basis, but not being able to reserve a delivery appointment online for available times is inconvenient. Many times it took over 1 business day to return my e-mails/phone calls.

With that said, I am very satisfied with the actual delivery and the product and price were as described. Excellent.

In short, Excellent deal for what you paid for. Pretty much everything you need to know are stated and high-lighted in the web site (under policy). So read carefully and expect what to expect.
So the price tag you see on the web site is what you pay for the TV itself, pretty straight forward, once checked out, you will be getting a follow up call for the addition items first class TV going to sell.
1. Insurance: Just like what others mentioned. Shipping Insurance is required and NOT an option.
Consider this as shipping cost (plus insurance) might make you feel better, remember there is no free lunch, so who's going to pay for the "free" shipping with such a good deal?
2. Protection Plan: This is an option. I usually skip this option since the likely hood of using the plan is fairly slim.
3. Accessories: Skip this option and just shop on Amazon instead, or even your local store would provide a better option.
4. White Glove Service: Don't be fooled by the name "White Glove", read policy carefully and decide if you really need. Following are the key note of the "White Glove" Service I received.
- TV in boxed carried into the house by delivery crew (with shoes on of course)
- TV placed on floor with outer package removed.
- TV stand / footing will NOT be installed by crew. (that's why the TV has to stay in box foam, otherwise it will just fall)
- TV plugged in and turn on
- Say Good Bye to Crew

If you live on your own, and the TV purchased is massive and have no body helps you carry inside the house. This 50 bucks "carry-in & unwrap" service is your choice. Be prepare to clean up afterward thou.

First Class TV uses AM home delivery service, in which this could be another whole new review, google would provide a lot more info.
In short, the TV delivered within the supplied time frame (7 business day in my case).

Excellent price!

Excellent price! Shipping took a while, 14 days from purchase to delivery day. But the delivery guys were very friendly and made sure I looked the tv over and turned it on to verify all was good. I'll order from them again!

Issues with customer service on price matching or order cancellation because I found a better price posted the next day. They basically said they would check if the order was able to be cancelled and ignored my daily emails until the sale on the cheaper TV was over and I'd be forced to order through them.

The shipping was very slow as they shipped 8 days after I placed my order.

Overall, an annoying experience. Cheap, but annoying. You get what you pay for!

I was pretty skeptical, since they were selling a TV for $600 less than anywhere else. However, it came in the shipping window they advertised and the TV looks amazing, so I'm happy. Their customer service was quick to respond and very professional. I would do business with them again in the future.

TV got delivered in excellent condition. Team does not install it as stated. Can be tricky if you do it alone. Nevertheless excellent product. Airplay mirroring lags a lot and doesn't work as expected. Need to connect to get it resolved.

Easy to deal with.
1 thing though, please do not contact eBay buyers after they have purchased an item from you, trying to up sell them insurance, extended warranty or special upgraded shipping.
It is against eBay policies to contact a buyer to try to sell them more options, and I did not appreciate that.

Not happy about little or no info on where the tv was at and was not notified when it did arrive. 4 days it sat in a apartment office. The TV itself is horrible looks like something from 10 years ago. I can not get it to look any better Than a cheap led tv.

The order process was good

The order process was good. The time it took to receive was a bit frustrating. I believe the trucking company used has to hold freight for a while before shipping to where I live. Normally should not take more than a few days but this took a few weeks.

Perhaps working on transit times with your carrier would be beneficial.

Very aggressive tv price

Very aggressive tv price. My only suggestion for improvement is that other than initial confirmation of the purchase it was radio silence for about two weeks until I heard from the delivery company out of the blue.

Please consider providing periodic shipping updates so customers have some idea when delivery is coming.

The price was phenomenal and while delivery took a good bit long it was well within the stated time frame they stated. The home delivery service used was professional and took care of my new TV. My only only complaint is the sales person from First Class TVs was very pushy with an extended warranty. He kept saying that they had nothing in it but just trying to look out for me but every time I denied the warranty the price for it decreased.

We are really happy with our TV

We are really happy with our TV. It's one of the best TV's on the market at the best price we've seen. We were a bit disappointed in the tracking system of such an expensive item. We knew it left the warehouse and was received by the shipping company's delivery terminal but then had no idea where it was at until the day before it arrived.

The shipping company's service was great when they delivered the TV. The guys were friendly and professional, they did a great job.
