We went to the Firehouse subs and the spectrum plaza in Tucson Arizona Jasmine was behind the counter somebody was in front of us ordered 20 subs they told us it would be about 20 minutes before they could get to us we said why why does one sub have to wait for 20 to be made that seems like very poor customer service her or the rest of the crew didn't really give a s*** told us well thanks for coming in maybe you should get a manager in there to open up instead of some flunky that doesn't know how to run the store they should have made the one sandwich before making somebody wait for 20 to be made there was nobody else in the store I can see why you guys only have two star rating the food is good but the service is horrible once again this was Jasmine at the Tucson Arizona store in the spectrum plaza

Did an online order, went to go pick it up, walked in without any sort of greeting, stood there while every employee looked at me but decided to not say anything at all. Then a CUSTOMER asked me what I was there for, I told him a pickup order and he grabbed it for me from behind the counter because no one working there said a word to me. I open the bag and I was missing one of my three subs so I stood there waiting. Again, no one said a word to me for about 7/8 minutes and I said yes, I'm missing a sub, she rolls her eyes and sloppily makes one. Hands it to me and says have a nice day. I didn't have my 3 drink cups nor my 3 bags of chips, I had to grab them all. Once the customer left (the one who grabbed my bag for me) all 4 employees loudly started talking about him and swearing behind the counter about how "impatient" and "rude" he was. He was more help than any of those employees were. Oh, and the customer took a video or picture of all employees so I wouldn't be surprised if he's also writing a review about this experience….Ridiculous…don't work in a customer service job if you can't even demonstrate VERY LITTLE of it.

POOR QUALITY OF HAM

YESTERDAY, FEBRUARY 7,2024, WE WENT TO FIREHOUSE SUBS & ORDERED OUR USUAL 2 LARGE HAM SUBS. FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE QUALITY OF THE HAM IN OUR SUBS WAS NOT UP TO PAR & IT NOW COSTS $35 FOR 2 LARGE SUBS & 2 SMALL FOUNTAIN DRINKS!

Disappointed
September 24, 2018

Not a fan. 8 inch looked like 6 inches. The taste was at best okay. Jersey Mike's is much better hands down, but for $2 more and you get a 7 inch.

Missing food!

Extremely poor service
February 24, 2023

I went to Firehouse subs in Timonium Maryland today the 24th of February. I asked for a Pastrami sandwich on whole wheat with ONLY lettuce,mushrooms, pickle on the side, GREEN PEPPERS and YELLOW mustard hear me YELLOW mustard. Absolutely NO cheese. NO ONION. They put spicy deli mustard on there with onion and did not put the green peppers on it. I had to go back in. They took an absolutely long enough time to make the 1st sandwich and there was hardly anyone in there eating. That sandwich had pastrami with no fat on it which I liked. I took it back in for them to remake it they still did not understand what I wanted. They had to go get someone from the back who could understand me. I get home I open the sandwich up not only is there a good lean pastrami on there but they added some pinkish colored meat with loads of fat. I will never shop there again and I am a retired 1st responder.

I do have my receipt and I could take photos of it but it's not worth my time to do it but it was worth it for me to write this review. The 1st time I went there there were white men working in there and they knew exactly what I wanted. This was my 2nd time and there were foreigners in there who could not understand a word I was saying and I could not understand them.
