I ordered a pair of air ones. The item was never delivered. However they sent an email saying congrats your order was delivered today. I called customer service the representative I spoke to clearly did not understand English. I asked several time to speak to her manager however the rep kept on insisting she will email me a refund. I will not be ordering online again
My son purchased a pair of expensive tennis shoes from Finish Line. He wore them one time but they hurt his feet so he went to exchange them for a larger size. He was advised that they do not accept ANY shoes that have been worn. This is so ridiculous. We will not be patronizing ANY FINISH LINE store again. If you want to be treated with care and concern you may want to consider purchasing merchandise elsewhere.
Made an online purchase paying $32.99 for rush 2 day shipping. The next day, order status still shows processing and estimated arrival in 5days. When I called in, the only solution offered to me was to cancel the order so I cancelled the order. Twenty minutes later I receive an email that the item shipped and will now arrive the following week. Upset, I called back. I have so far been told that my rush shipping (now taking more than a week instead of 2 days) will NOT be refunded, I have been polite and calm on the phone but have been hung up on twice when I asked to speak to a supervisor/department manager. I am consistently told to call back another time or take the shoes back to the store when they arrive. All I want is my "rush" shipping refunded. This store is a complete scam. I wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering.
Impossible to get to someone on the phone. After an hour on hold I was promised a refund because the shoes were 30 days old. Now they a sent me new ones after buying them from another retailer. Of course they are charging me. Never shop with them again. I see why they get one star
Purchased a product that was marked as available for pick up in store today. Paid. Received confirmation number. Went to the store less than 24hrs later to be told they canceled my order. Called customer service and waited on hold for over 1 hour. The woman was very pleasant but just informed me that yep that's just the way it is. Sorry. Oh and since your not a loyalty program member you will only be receiving a reimbursement.
My family purchased the Nike air forces for Christmas 2 yrs ago(this problem has been going on for a while) anyways we return the first shoe because it was two big. We bring it back to the store and they don't have the size we need so we order online. Send us right size but in kids so it did not fit. And we ordered the $110 adult shoes. The kids ones are $90. And we get the kids ones and we're like this is not right so we brought it two the store. The guy says sorry we can't refund u the price even though we had the receipt. They take the shoes and don't give any refund not even $90. Our family calls the company. A women tells us we will get a full $100 refund in the next month. January 2024 way after the women told us we will get the refund no money. This company owes me and my family $110. And it does not look like they will be paying it. The shoes were in ok condition not the best I've seen but it was only two of there pairs. Anyways a fine company to shop from just do not return the items because it may not go well.
Never received order for Christmas gift for my daughter left her crying on Christmas without a gift. They gave me the run around 4 calls waited 2 hours each time to get lied to about replacement then a cancel without warning then 3rd & 4th call run around about when my refund was processed now over a month after order & still no refund now it's just online robbery by Finish line. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Would give negative stars if I could😡
Garbage company. For a second it looked like a great deal for a pair of running shoes - after placing an order and assuming everything was fine, I got an email a day later saying that my order was partially canceled, the shoes bring removed only. Website still shows everything in stock in my size for the item, even though the customer service rep said they weren't. Because I found the deal through slickdeals, I went back to the deal thread and saw that that others were posting the exact issue had happened to them, in various other sizes. Extremely misleading and dishonest business behavior. I won't be purchasing from this company again.
Horrible. If they had to rely on web alone, they would be out of business by now. If you order multiple sale items online, they are shipped out from various stores. The workers at the stores obviously don't give a sh&t about these orders - the packaging and labeling is terrible and each package is different. Their phone and online customer service is slow and stupid. Again, every person I dealt with seemed like they were annoyed and could not care less about helping me with my problem. The rewards program is a joke too. Don't bother.
I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews. I bought a $60 hoodie and $10 socks right before looking at the reviews so I was worried once I'd bought it that they'd cancel it. Estimated delivery date was Dec 3, though, and I got the hoodie on exactly Dec 3. Finish Line has been communicating with me the information about my order details so much that it's almost unnecessarily persistent. I just received an email today saying I'll be receiving my socks by today. The quality is just as good as a Champions hoodie anywhere else. The material is really comfy and it arrived just in time for my boyfriend's anniversary. I'm pretty satisfied.
I recently visited finish line in roosevelt field mall and I encounter the most unpleasant dealing with one of the female staff employed in finish line store inside macy's. First she ignored me when I tried to get her attention, second when I asked for the size her tone of voice was so obnoxious and extremely rude. Any potential buyer would work away from this even if they are the last store standing. Never again I put the step in that store. I wouldn't give 1 star if it is not mandatory
I am amazed at how many bad reviews there are online (involving a broad number of websites) for Finish Line. Folks, if you've had a bad experience with this company, maybe it's time to reach out to the people in charge at this company, because customer service obviously doesn't care.

I ordered a pair of basketball shoes a month ago and I still don't have the shoes. Finish Line sent the wrong shoes, so I got a return label and sent back the pair they sent me. A few days later I saw that my return was delivered. Finish Line then contacted UPS and voided the shipping label to make it look like my shoes were never delivered. Now they want me to contact UPS and find out what happened. Why am I doing your work? You voided the label. My replacement shoes have still not been sent out and we're at day 30. This is either the most disorganized company I've ever dealt with, or they are running a scam. I would never order from them again. I've had to call 6 times and they just can't seem to straighten this out. I'm thinking of calling my credit card company and just disputing the charge.
I purchased 3 pairs of sneakers, paid for rush shipping which would have the item delivered in 2 days and only received 1 pair in 2 days. 2 days later I received an email that one pair was cancelled but never got a reason why and for the 3rd pair it's been a week since it says that the mail carrier hasn't picked it up. Called and they keep you on hold for hours. I don't recommend wasting your money or time purchasing from finish line.
Crappy company by far. They are also linked with JD Sports. Placed orders but within minutes it was cancelled. One service rep said it was because it was out of stock then transferred me to another rep so I could reorder, and she said they had plenty in stock. Waited on the phone for the order to process and she said everything was good to go then 2 minutes later the order was cancelled again. Two days later, I tried placing an order with JD Sports and the SAME thing happened. I called again but was on hold for so long I finally hung up. I highly recommend not ordering for them.
They sent me sweatpants that were clearly used before. Had a stain on the front and the plastic wrap it came in was ripped open. Being sent used items after being charged full price by FinishLine is very odd.
I had purchased a pair of Nike Dunks for my son for his birthday! When his birthday arrived and he opened the package the awful smell that came from not only the box but mainly the shoes was beyond unpleasant. After doing research online this smell was from a "fake" shoe! To get in contact with someone from corporate of this company is unheard of and honestly I will never even attempt to do any other type of business with them! I kept on asking were they selling fake shoes and of course it was never answered!
I do not want to bore you with this long frustrating process that i went through trying to buy a pair of shoes online from these people. Did not get my shoes, took over a month for them to actually refund my $80 to me, totally not fu***** okay. These people are stupid, do not know how to run a business, don't even think about ordering from them.

How does a brand name site get this bad?!?! Htm shows when trying to check out, order confirmation and charge shows but no order history. I mean wow. I am shocked this site is this bad. I build a website in High-school with my eyes closed and never had this many issues. Did finish line hire interns who are 5 in Ch!na to build this site?!? Lol.my gawd.

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
