Customer beware! I ordered a pair of women's converse, and I was sent the mens size. I repackaged the item and brought it straight to fedex. I watched the tracking and saw that it arrived back at their warehouse on April 8th. By April 22nd I emailed them and asked them for my refund, I was told 3-5 more business days. Okay that's fine. But then the refund never came! So I reached out again and was told the refund was cancelled because the weight of the package was "slightly different." Excuse me? I have called and emailed back and forth with customer service and was told that I should contact fedex to confirm the weight of the package and have it updated. Uh why? You've had the package at your warehouse for almost a month. Just open up and check the package? It's pretty apparent this is a scam they are running so they get to keep the return and your money. Reporting them to the consumer financial protection bureau and the federal trade commission for online shopping. This is not how a reputable business is run! Also they outsource all their customer service to India, which I already take issue with. And good luck getting a supervisor on the phone. This company is a joke and I will buy from anywhere else before I buy from finish line.
If you have item that are online and the size and you put them in your cart order them the last day of the month then wait 6 days later after ordering to inform people you remove them from the cart then say I gotta wait 5-7 business days to get refunded but you quickly took that money out my cart when I ordered three things. This place is the worst and I will never order from this fake place again glad the stores closed down the worst sneaker store ever
I have tried numerous times to give my business to finish line. I only purchase shoes when exclusive drops come out like Jordan's and yeezy's. Even if you've never purchased shoes from footlocker, Footaction or champs you can enter the raffle. Finish line blocks you out, this was never the case in the past. Good luck I'll continue to purchase from the competitors.
I don't even want to give finishline.com 1 star! I am completely disappointed with everything they have done! First, they send me the wrong shoes, so I spent about 100 dollars for a gift that my boyfriend still hasn't received. I ordered them "Rushed," 5 days before Christmas, and the shoes we received came late. I now understand that paying the extra $20 for the delivery is a sham, even though it is advertised all over their webpage. It is now the 4th, and I'm still fighting with finish line. They said they would send me out a return label for these cheap shoes that I didn't order, that were sent to my boyfriend, and send his correct shoes to him. However, I have seen NOTHING. I want my money back, but I can't get in contact with these people ever since my first call to inform them of their huge mistake! Terrible service; I vow to never shop there again.

I placed an order on Sunday night at 11 pm but the wrong color was selected. I called immediately and the company was closed, I called at 8 am when the company opened and spoke with a supervisor who said she would request a cancellation since she could not change the color. I called back the following day and was told after a tracking # is assigned they could not do anything. When I called the first day, a tracking number had not been assigned, in fact, the order had not been processed. A tracking number was not assigned until 5 hours after the call was placed. I have emails to prove it. I will never order from this company again, I mean ever again. I am turning this in to the better busines bureau as well. There is nothing on their site that says anything about this.
The online mobile site does not allow you to search shop for a specific item (i. E. "Nike shoes Men black") and return to your place mark inside the item category. The user has to return to the beginning of the search category, which is a huge hassle if the user has over 100+ items in the search category. Otherwise, it's a decent site to use for shopping.
I am absolutely disgusted with Finish Line. Never order from them! Can't get ahold of anyone for hours. Ordered $75 shoes for Xmas for my son they never came… called customer service and waited two hours to get ahold of someone. Said they would resend and never got them. It's been 18 days! My son is still waiting on his gift! They had no problem charging me though. I would never recommend ordering or shopping at their store. AWFUL
I tried to order 3 times from their website and was canceled by them because the shipping address did not match the credit card I used. I call their customer service and they were no better than the website...am not sure what kind of customer service they have but they do not know what they are doing... nit to mention that their prices are about 15% higher than other places on the web. I waisted almost 4 hours just to place an order just to find out that it did not go through...very incompetent staff and customer service. NEVER AGAIN! Shop else where don't waist your time... terrible service...
I brought a shoes which I really needed for an occasion. They had trouble with deliver and just kept the item in local usps for 1 day and returned to sender. Then the next day, they refund the money.
They did even tried a bid to accommodate or to do their best I receive the item. They had my email and phone number. At least just give me a little call or send an email to ask me for an updated address or to inform the item is in the local area for pickup.
Their excuse is that I need to track the item. I did track the items. The only thing I see is that they returned the item due to incorrect address. I was hope they contact me for an update address. But nothing. They just refund it. Don't make a decision for me. Call the costumer and inform what's is going on and ask how to proceed.
Plus give more time to pick up the item and not only 1 day. Call or send email to inform the item is ready to pick up. Why been so lazy to do a proper costumer services? So upset and disappointed!
I ordered shoes for my son and about a week later I get a email saying they canceled my order. I called the next morning and talked to a guy who told me they no longer have my sons shoe size. What a bunch of bull $#*! knowing I ordered something and it take them a week later to let me know they don't have his size?! I will never shop with finish line again!
I ordered a pair of shoes they shipped the wrong size and color. I tried to return them at the mall they said I was in able to. So I was able to mail them back. The customer service rep asked if I wanted a refund or exchange I said refund. She said it would take 5-7 days. Didn't receive anything. Called back an additional 4 times. Each call the rep said 5-7 days. I felt like they were giving me the run around. Called PayPal, disputed it. My money was back in my account the next day.
Shoes arrived dirty and then afterwards when I requested a replacement the replacement arrived with even more stains. Customer service was very unhelpful and I tried to refund them but they said they would not pay for shipping then so I would get $106 back for what I paid $116 for and so I said a replacement would do then. Come to find out now my replacement is cancelled and since the shoes are now worth only $99 they will only refund me $99.
Missing order of running shoes. I called them and they could see my order but didn't know why it hadn't been sent to me. They then reimbursed me but deducted $10. Would never buy from them again and would not recommend to anybody, too many problems.

I order a pair of kid female Jordan 25 days ago, up to now I haven't received my kids sneakers. Whenever I call they give me excuses. Saying the post office said the order got delayed, two days past, I call another excuse again it got missing from the post office. I need my refund, you need to fill out a complaint form. I fill it out been 2 weeks i haven't received my money. I work hard for my money, I didn't get it illegally. I labor for it, if you guys can't give my money back, I will continue to leave negativity review. I regret ordering from Finishline.
Purchased a Jordan retro 9 from finish line on September 22nd because I could not find the size any where else and It was a birthday present for my daughter. After reviewing all the negative reviews I immediately called to cancel the order and informed the representative why. I was assured it would take 48 hours. I could not believe it but that same evening I received an email indicating it was in the mail. I was still apprehensive but continued to track the package. I was overjoyed that the package was delivered on my daughter's b'day and she was extremely happy. I would definitely shop here in the future.
This company need to hire good people to handle customer complaints.I bought a sneaker for my son and pay for ups shipping, I was shipped with ups but end up in local post office.the post office some how misplaced my package.I spoke to finish line customer service and was promised to get a replacement with 2days shipping.when I called next day to verify if package was shipped, It was not and they telling me to go pick up my package at post office.after I explained in plain english that the package is lost by post office.I ask to speak to a manager but was not allowed to speak to manager...I wont be buying nothing here again.they should start the star count from zero not 1 so i can give them zero instead of 1 star
I ordered from this place on cyber Monday this year 2015 they cancel my order because they claim they did not have any more shoes like the one that I ordered, however, they do have those shoes on their website for more money now... I still have not received my refund.

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
