Finish Line Gift Card

If buying from Finish Line with their gift cards, be sure to buy from the store with a store associate. If your buying online, they won't send you an order number or an email confirmation and they'll steal your money… My $100 gift card balance is zero with out an order confirmation and my $50 dollar gift card is at zero. Finish line can't do anything about it, gift card company can't do anything about it. Y'all need to fire some of the pirates that work at your company…

Never again!

I shop in the store quite often. No problems. Ordered online on August 18th. Today is the 30th and my shoes still have not shipped! Although it says shipped on the email they sent on the 18th! I called and was told they r still n the warehouse. Im like I just want a refund. I was told No! They can't be refunded until I receive them! Please look elsewhere!

Seriously tried to buy 4 sweatshirts from the site on Cyber Monday, the site would not alllow me to purchase the sweatshirts. Every time I got to the checkout it would say to review order but would never let me purchase it. So I tried calling, after 30 minutes on hold, I decided nobody works at Finish Line. So I decided to call a local store, the guy told me "Yeah our website is messed up, but if you want to order in the store... you can do that" I asked How about over the phone? No it doesn't work over the phone. Talk about terrible business sense and a horrible company for customer service. PATHETIC!

I placed an order for my brothers Christmas present... I got a confirmation number saying my order was on its way. After 3 days of waiting I check the status of my order which now shows it has been canceled. I had to contact your customer service line which did not for me other then say, sorry they were sold to a store and we have no more inventory. Why dale something online if you don't have it. I got charge the full amount and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded which will take 7 business according to customer service. It's ridiculous my order number is*******557. Now I see why everyone told me. Not to buy through finish line... Very upset now I won't. Be able to get my brother what he wanted for Christmas thank you finish line.

Be aware of already worn shoes

My my my I must say I had the worst experience with finish line. Sent wrong shoe 1st time 2nd time. The shoes was already worn. Tried getting my refund sent through check by mail as me a representative agreed on. They send refund through a different payment method and never contacted me. I reach out to them 5X on this matter. Shipping sucks, quality sucks, employees doing their jobs sucks all around the bord coming from a sneaker head that orders lots of shoes… I'm one unsatisfied customer! That's that on that!

Didn't get my order

Terrible customer service, I get email saying my shoes came I checked my porch I see nothing looked at my camera I seen not a delivery sent to me. I call to let them know and they started off saying they was looking into it and so they did one of the customer service rep even called me back cause he was investigating it, so he called back and apologized and supposed refunded me back one of the shoe cause they didn't have the size, but the other one they did which I was fine with that, week go back I still didn't get the shoe or refund for the other shoe so I called and they tell me they cant refund me i need check with my neighbor's or call ups, so when was y'all going call me back and tell me y'all decided not to refund me my stuff I never got! I will never shop with finish line again.

Jordan 6 Rings

I ordered Jordan's 6 Rings ( Red Ones) a couple days ago. Received shoes they were the wrong size. All my fault! Traveled to a nearby Finish Line in McLean Va to return them. Sale Rep helped accepted the shoes and also ordered the correct size for me. While I was there I also ordered a second pair. ( The Black Ones)
Received them all last night! Ordered on 5/13 from store and received 5/20 No Damages! Only Fire $#*! Jordan's

Finishline.com is not a scam! It is a legit website and a real store. I have been ordering shoes for my son from here for years. Shipping takes no more than 5 days and other than the Free Shipping claim that is usually outdated, I have never had a problem.

Two different shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and some clothes one pair they ended up cancelling said no more inventory, in the box that the other shoes were in had two completely different shoes of two completely different sizes. I took them to the store the same day to get resolved they ordered them and were supposed to call me Monday to let me know if they arrived at the store, it's Wednesday. Also, half the clothes I ordered were cancelled for no inventory so I have mismatched sweatsuits yay!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 3/12/16 and it is now 3/24/16 and my order is still "processing". According to what they told me, once it is shipped then the "processing" will be changed to "shipped" and I will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number... Does it seriously take this long to ship out an order!? I've already waited 12 days, which isn't much but if you include the mailing time (WHENEVER THAT MAY BE) then it would be well over 15 or 16 days! Their "economy" shipping states 5-10 days but I didn't realize they don't include "processing" time within those days, what a joke of a company.

Ruined my sons christmas
December 27, 2019

My son only wanted an expensive pair of Jordan's for Christmas. Nothing else. I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas. On the 18th the package comes and I discover there is only one shoe! An hour wait to get customer service, who called the store it shipped from to find the other shoe. They promise to express it out. New package arrives at 4 pm
On the 24th, with a pair oif ugly grey champions! 2 hours on the phone, they do NOTHING but say to ship back and they will try to locate another pair after Christmas. Kids. Christmas. Ruined.
I'll never buy from them again

I ordered some shoes from this website which for 1 made be set up a PayPal account for the purchase. I received a stupid number supposedly to track the item but it didn't track anything. It has been 3 months and I don't have my money back or the shoes. I got an email asking how I liked my purchase and when I replied that the item still hadn't arrived and provided other information pertaining to this, I never got any kind of response. SMH I need answers, my money or the shoes.

We purchased the men's ultraboost DNA 1.0 sneaker for my 15 yr old son... didn't last a month and got a hole in them... returned under 45 days and they were returned back to me stating "possible fraud" no satisfaction at all on honoring their policy, sending me another pair, etc. Talked to customer service before sending them in... and again after sent back... NO satisfaction at all... said to address it with Adidas.com! We have bought these sneakers many times for our 2 boys and NEVER have they gotten a hole in under a month... I will Never buy from finishline again!

Cross county finishlin3 has rude young punks working there no sense of customer service and i will not step foot in a finishline again and never will order online as well. Place is over priced and they have these young rude kids that dont have no customer service i will not explain what happen today 6/27/23 it was coming they should close everyone of those stores for not having any sense of customer satisfaction. Can load your cart, but you can't login to complete the purchase.

Discount disappears when transferring from cart to page to complete the purchase.

4 out of 5 orders were cancelled after I paid because the items I purchased were "no longer available".

Absolute garbage website! I guess this is characteristic of the company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not order anything. I ordered some shoes and I did not receive them. I have been waiting over a month for my refund. The customer service has told me many lies and won't let me speak to a supervisor. The sad thing is that I work as a sales associate for Finishline. If they will treat an employee this way. Image how they will treat you.
